What do you like best?

It is so easy to access the most recent sales tools! Each product platform has its own section, so there is no fumbling through pieces that don't apply to the sales call. I also like that Mediafly is always adding new features. I also like that I can view insights to determine which pieces are being used the most and which ones are not being used at all. Another tip that everyone likes is the notifications when customers open the link sent to them. Being able to see that a customer actually opened and reviewed the piece is helpful. I also like that this will be able to link to our CRM for better tracking purposes too. The Team at Mediafly has been extremely helpful with Implementation making it easy for adoption. Uploading new content and organizing it within each section is very simple. The program makes it easy for the team to identify when new pieces have been uploaded with a tag labeling it as new, this is great for those that don't do the best with email notifications. What do you dislike?

I often times have to remind the Sales team that everything they need is in the Mediafly App, some would prefer to just have a PDF emailed to them. I have to sometimes remind them that they can still download a PDF from Mediafly. At first I wasn't impressed with the insights option, but it has improved and provides great feedback on the most popular pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is a one-stop shop for Sales. They always know where to go to access tools quickly, knowing they are the most up-to-date piece. We have strict regulatory requirements and version control is important. This eliminates having to send a PDF via email. The PDFs within Mediafly are always the most recent versions and the team doesn't have to search their email to find an old, possibly outdated attachement. The insights option is helping identify what types of pieces are the most used with the team and helps identify what pieces aren't being used so we can go to the team and understand why. What do you like best?

Ease of presenting company materials that are traceable and always current. I always send a Mediafly link to my prospects and it is great to know when they are opening it as it helps prompt me when to follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

People opening Mediafly do not have to identify themselves which sometime is frustrating because it would be nice to know who it is. I guess it makes sense though as you don't want to prevent someone from opening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like that the latest information is highlighted and it is easily shareable via links and it is possible to measure when and how long a shared file has been viewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It can be challenging to find exactly what is needed. And given multiple files on the same topic, it can be difficult to quickly gauge which is the most current (most have no date stamp for last revision) and which is the best (user rating might be good). The category names chosen makes sense but are not intuitive to me, so sometimes I catch myself on a wild goose chase, opening folders in search of the topic I want. Often times I just want to print a hard copy to share or carry with me, and that requires more work than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is very easy to use for end users across many supported platforms. Our sales people have grown to rely on it. It also solved our problem with sales people creating their own materials since we made it so easy for them to quickly share the official materials with their customers and prospects. If you have many folders setup and the admin needs to copy a link to a new piece of content across all the folders, it's a bit tedious, but that is a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The agility and flexibility of the team - They were always here to find solutions to our problemes

I can take a sales flyer and send a link by email which prevents the need to send attachments. It increases the email open rate and reduces storage needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can customize Mediafly to work for our exact needs. We have so many assets, its awesome to be able to organize them in a way that is most efficient for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing! I do wish that when a client opened the link we could see more than just their location - it would be beneficial to see name or email (like a "please enter your name" to continue screen for them) when they open a link so it sends to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I love how I can see if my customers have viewed my documents or even downloaded them when I share a collection. It really makes follow up so easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the steps to share a collection link were a bit faster. I would also love to be able to edit our sell sheets right from the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
