
It is so easy to access the most recent sales tools! Each product platform has its own section, so there is no fumbling through pieces that don't apply to the sales call. I also like that Mediafly is always adding new features. I also like that I can view insights to determine which pieces are being used the most and which ones are not being used at all. Another tip that everyone likes is the notifications when customers open the link sent to them. Being able to see that a customer actually opened and reviewed the piece is helpful. I also like that this will be able to link to our CRM for better tracking purposes too. The Team at Mediafly has been extremely helpful with Implementation making it easy for adoption. Uploading new content and organizing it within each section is very simple. The program makes it easy for the team to identify when new pieces have been uploaded with a tag labeling it as new, this is great for those that don't do the best with email notifications. I often times have to remind the Sales team that everything they need is in the Mediafly App, some would prefer to just have a PDF emailed to them. I have to sometimes remind them that they can still download a PDF from Mediafly. It can be challenging to find exactly what is needed. And given multiple files on the same topic, it can be difficult to quickly gauge which is the most current (most have no date stamp for last revision) and which is the best (user rating might be good). The category names chosen makes sense but are not intuitive to me, so sometimes I catch myself on a wild goose chase, opening folders in search of the topic I want.
