# i would like to understand how other organizations resource the support needed for Allego.  i.e.  Do you have a dedicated admin / FTE for adminstration?

We have a 3 person Sales Enablement team that manages the content, courses and collections.  We use our Salesforce Sales Operations team to augment administration of users and permission as well as provisioning in our Okta portal.
