I mainly use this to access apps remotely, but I wonder if I am missing some of the main benefits of this product. I would love to hear what other users love about this software and find to be the most useful.

It's my understanding that Macs don't offer wake-on-LAN so I just scheduled a time when they Macs would all turn on and then run all necessary admin tasks and updates then. Otherwise I'm at the mercy of the users as to when I can access the Macs that I'm trying to maintain, am I right?
