# Connection

I'm trying to access my computer via the spashtop app on my phone I see the laptop when I want to access it asks for the computers login credentials. When I enter the login details it says incorrect I don't understand? Please help me

If you open the Splashtop Streamer on your laptop (from the icon tray in the lower right of your screen), select Security on the left side of the Streamer app, and select "No additional password" then it won't prompt you for the Windows login info when you want to connect. If you have further questions, you can always open a support ticket at https://www.splashtop.com/support.
