What do you like best about Remote Utilities?

What I like the most is the ability to access equipment unattended and securely. I can work remotely without the user having to accept the connection, which is ideal for technical support. With Remote Utilities I can remotely access any device in my IT infrastructure, I can have full and unrestricted access, either by direct connection or by Remote Desktop. With Remote Utilities the support and management of the infrastructure is centralized in a single point, the integration with Active Directory is very good, it allows the correct permissions to be given to each user of the support team. Being free up to 10 computers is awesome! Options like printing remotely that are very difficult to have on others platforms works like a charm on this tool!

Remote Utilities is an excellent tool for remote desktop. It has extremely interesting and useful features, such as dragging a file from your machine to "inside" the machine accessed remotely. You can access all the features of the remote machine, enable video, sound and other features. What do you dislike about Remote Utilities?

Remote Utilities is an excellent tool, but there are some problems. I believe that the main thing is the fact that once you have installed the tool, it is necessary that you connect individually and to each host, and that connection takes about 5 minutes to occur, which is too long.

In addition, the tool works only on Windows. It would be great if it could also connect to other operating systems, such as Mac, Lunix and even Android, which would make it a complete remote access tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
