This way users can effectively consider if purchasing it or not. **What do you dislike about Remote Utilities?** I've used it for few weeks and connectivity over different locations was often not good. It is a bad situation if you need to use it for your job! In addition it requires an installer for those who start connection and another for users who receive it. Absolutely need to improve the dashboard that is anything but intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering Remote Utilities:** I have been using it only for few weeks, but I can say for sure that many other software, even for free if you do not use it for commercial purposes, can be as useful as it is with: 1) lower price 2) better UX 3) better UI 4) most common updates **What problems is Remote Utilities solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you work remotely and need a tool to control other's PC, you need a remote desktop software to achieve your goals. It could be useful even for not commercial use or if your friend, grandparents or a collegue need your IT support. **Official Response from Conrad Sallian:** > Thank you for your review! Since this review was posted the new version 6.9 has been released. It has improved performance so we highly recommend that you upgrade to that version (both parts - Viewer and Host/Agent). With regards to the installer only option, actually both sides of a remote connection can use a portable version. On the Viewer side it's the "Portable Viewer" module and on the remote side it's the "Agent" module. We will do our best to further improve the UI and add more exciting features. ### 18.
