The overall image quality is good and options to update remotely, reboot, block remote enter, etc makes remoteview a great support tool. Really advisable. **What do you dislike about RemoteView?** There is no functional difference compared to competing products. Rather, it shows better performance without failure. They needs more advertising and more users. **What problems is RemoteView solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is really amazing to manage more than 200 computers and even several countries equipment in one place. We really saved a lot of money and time. And our customer The most important thing is that our customers are also 100% happy, Of course, we're happy too. ### 2. GUI is pretty simple, i did not face any connection issue or anything which can slow connection down. I think price for this software is low too. **What do you dislike about RemoteView?** Nothing that brings it apart from the crown of same genre applications. Same boring remote desktop application. **Recommendations to others considering RemoteView:** Make it more interesting with additional features. **What problems is RemoteView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cheap price for business but i think there are so many free apps which work same as this. ### 4. Whether its for a personal reason or business it is super CONVENIENT! It saves so much time and the pricing is not bad at all. Super reasonable especially if its for personal reasons. They offer different pricing depending what you're using it for. **What do you dislike about RemoteView?** Although for the most part its pretty simple it can be a little confusing for just anyone to use if you aren't too familiar with 'technology' and computer stuff. **Recommendations to others considering RemoteView:** I'd deffinitely move forward and use it. Can't beat the price and the simplicity of it. I can't companin for what I use it for its great! **What problems is RemoteView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Both personal and business. I would use it at work to help other customers. Also if I would work from home I was able to connect to my PC at work from home. It is super convenient if you need to help a customer or friend and family with a computer issue.
