# Best Practices

How can we recruit using our own panel and get them to download the UserTesting software? We've seen that as a barrier to finding test participants. 

Also has anyone figured out how to get the analysis in a format that is usable?

I agree and we've also had this as a barrier that we have not been able to solve.  Wish it would use software that they normally use.
