# Is there any option to improve ticket search to find description words or related activity too?

Having a lot of difficulties when I need to find a old ticket and don`t know who created It.

Yes, you're able to accomplish this by adding filters from the Tickets page. 

Click "Add Filter" then either find or type "Ticket Description" into the search field. 

From there, you can type where it says "contains exactly" anything that you're looking for that was typed into the description. 

Note: If you looking for a keyword in a description put asterisks on both sides of the word like *keyword* That will use the keyword as a wildcard so that if it appears anywhere in the description it will show the results. 

Not sure which activity you're looking to filter but those capabilities are there as well.
