What I like best about Qualtrics Strategy & Research is how comprehensive and flexible the platform is for gathering and interpreting insights. It allows us to design sophisticated research studies and quickly turn feedback into actionable strategies. What I dislike about Qualtrics Strategy & Research is that the platform can feel a bit complex at first, especially when setting up advanced studies or custom logic. Some of the deeper analytics features require more technical know-how or support to fully leverage. QualtricsXM makes building surveys with complex logic simple, the interface is intuitive, and the reporting dashboards give clear, real-time insights. It scales well for large projects, integrates smoothly with other systems (like our online community, for example) and still gives flexibility for customization when you need it. There is a steep learning curve for advanced features if you’re used to other platforms. Also it is a higher cost compared to lighter tools, and occasional frustrations with collaboration or survey ownership, especially if someone outside your organization is helping you. The best part of Qualtrics Strategy & Research is its flexibility. It is powerful enough for advanced, logic-heavy surveys yet intuitive enough for teams to get up and running without writing code. The ability to centralize brand tracking, market insights, and customer behavior analysis in one platform is a huge win for a marketer like me to use. While incredibly powerful, the learning curve can be steep for beginners. Some advanced features are hidden behind complex menus or require training to fully utilize. Collaboration between users such as real-time co-editing or comment threads feels limited too. While the basics are intuitive, more complex functions (like embedded data, custom workflows, and advanced logic) can require significant training or support.
