Very easy to navigate QQCatalyst. From creating a contact, task, attaching files and new policies. Emailing within QQC also very simple. Enables you to attach files and acords easily.

Sometimes when an "error" message is received, a task may not be saved.

What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I generally like all the functions it has, it's a very large and extensive system, honestly all the functions are spectacular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I don't like the new way reports are run. Previously, I could run several reports at once, and now I have to do one at a time. I would also like more functions in the commission percentage options depending on the line of business and the coverages in personal auto companies, as the policies are paid at different percentages. For example, if the policy is:

- No proof of prior auto insurance - ??%

- Personal Auto Customer has proof of prior insurance, no lapse in coverage, and earns the Continuous Insurance Discount - ??%

- Safe driver + Homeowner Customer has proof of prior insurance, no lapse in coverage, and earns Continuous Insurance, Homeowner, and 3-Year Safe Driver discounts - ??%

What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

QQCatalyst is an all-in-one platform that makes managing my insurance agency much easier. I like how intuitive the interface is and how everything from quoting to client management is centralized in one place. The ability to store documents, run reports, and access carrier links without switching systems saves me a lot of time. Their support team is also very responsive whenever I need help. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

Sometimes the system can run a bit slow when loading large client files or reports, and a few features could be more customizable. The learning curve for new users can also be a little steep at first, but once you get used to it, it works great overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I love QQCatalyst for its user-friendly features, which make it incredibly easy to manage my customer base and keep track of their sales stage efficiently. The initial setup of QQCatalyst was very simple and user-friendly, ensuring a hassle-free implementation process. One of my favorite features is the sales room's ability to send automatic emails, which saves a significant amount of time in my day by automating routine tasks and allowing me to focus on more important work. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

Downloads are pretty easy, support is quick to respond and help. Easy to navigate and manage. Its a big step up from what we did have previously and what I had worked with in the past. Lots of neat features that make client management easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

Initial set up/Integration is difficult if you do not have a coordinating database that makes importing easy. We had hired a 3rd party consultant at the recomendation of Verifore and it was not helpful. Resulting in big bills and still a lot of work on our end. We did have to have a dedicated team member to manage this. We did run into an odd, frustrating issue but we appreciate that our support team was able to help us overcome it. Its not the best when it comes to commissions, but I believe there could be some things we can do to help it get better for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the engagement with the QQ team and their ideas to improve the system. Our efficiency has increased and we can focus on growth through cross-sell marketing. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

Like most technology, it occasionally fails to work; however, we experience minimal downtime compared to other tech companies. I don't like the QB integration. The downloads deserve an A+ grade, but I don't like that it downloads intents to cancel but doesn't automatically remove them when the insurance company does. I greatly enjoy using QQCatalyst as it enormously facilitates my daily work with its ability to efficiently manage tasks. It allows me to easily find client information and control payments, which is crucial for the effective management of my time and resources. I particularly appreciate being able to communicate with clients effectively via text or email, which significantly improves the quality of service I can offer. Additionally, having an accurate database and receiving efficient reports allows me to keep all the information I need organized and accessible, which undoubtedly maximizes my productivity. I also value the user-friendly interface of QQCatalyst, as its ease of use has allowed us to learn to navigate the platform through practice, without the need for complicated training processes. I would like QQCatalyst to include the option for live chat with clients, the ability to send faxes directly from the platform, and better integration with Turbo Rater. I love the texting feature in QQCatalyst, which enhances our communication and makes it a valuable tool for our operations. The most recent addition, the Sticky note feature, is particularly beneficial as it allows us to keep important information accessible to everyone in the office, ensuring that all team members are up to date with the current status of customer files. I dislike not being able to write a description of an individual policy under it to show on the display. This feature would be helpful when a customer owns more than one home or has multiple policies.
