I also wish there were a way to create task templates. It often takes a long time for items to populate (for example, customer search). Invoices are assigned a number, but you can’t search by that number. Another frustration is not being able to see an entire file title because you can’t adjust the width of the fields for files under Customers. It allows productivity to be at its max because the system is user-friendly, enabling my agents to help customers efficiently. Furthermore, the tool helps by reducing the waiting time for customer calls. One feature that the agents particularly like is the sticky notes function, which pops up to show who was working on a task and the last notes on it, contributing to a more diverse experience. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** QQCatalyst doesn't provide the top-tier reports that I need, especially for accounting. It is not accounting-ready or production-ready for the volume of clients we service. The key issue is with the reports; we're unable to see our production and revenue accurately. There's a lot of duplicate data in the system, which affects accuracy. It is what it is. The inability for them to make their product seem like you are using something for 2025 is baffling to me. I generally feel like they know they are going to have you screwed within a year and that is part of the plan. It isalways dissapointing when companies seem to work harder atmaking it so you cannot reasonably leave without paying them. I also like QQ's capability of linking and saving customer email incoming and outgoing communications. The widgets that show up on the dashboard are also helpful. For example, it is nice to see notifications of incoming and outgoing texts. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** I always struggle logging in in the morning. Sometimes the system has me enter my email and password close to five times before it will accept that I am not a robot and let me into my account. One of my work associates also has this problem, while my other work associate has never dealt with it. It is very inconvenient at times. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to track our daily transactions. We scan our policy endorsements with notes and save them to files that we creat for our customers. It took them over three months to fix an issue we had. CRMS such as salesforce which I have used in the past generate custom call lists based on prospect activity and make follow ups and callbacks a breeze. QQ is more of a customer data center as opposed to a CRM. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** As far as what they are improving that would benifit me, I am not sure. As far as I know QQ has nothing in the works for automations or to become more of a CRM and less of a prospect data collector. Allow customer info to import from phone and generate a new client automatically. Integrate the rating system into QQ, maake it a one stop shop, and generate call lists of quoted customers daily for sales team to follow up on. Be a CRM. ### 23. Bridging from QQ to PL does not offer the ability to use SAQ report and ultimately makes that feature pointless to use.
