What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

What I like most about QQCatalyst is how smoothly it keeps everything organized. It makes it easy to manage clients, track policies, and handle renewals without feeling overwhelmed or bogged down. The workflows and automation tools save time and help reduce errors, which makes a real difference in day-to-day efficiency. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

One thing I dislike about QQCatalyst is that certain parts of the system feel outdated and slower than they should be, especially when switching between screens or loading client files. Some workflows also take too many clicks, which makes otherwise simple tasks take longer than necessary. "Essential for Insurance Agencies, With Room for Mailroom Improvement"
What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I use QQCatalyst within my insurance agency, and I love how it provides a safe and confident space to store client information, allowing us to track all policy changes, renewals, and claims easily. It helps us stay organized and on top of all our clients' active policies. I appreciate being able to generate Acord forms requested by carriers, which saves us time. One of the things I like most is how it allows me to quickly see a brief rundown of my client's policies, which is very helpful, especially when I'm on the phone with a client. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I run into issues with the mailroom. That being not always showing consistency on incoming or outgoing threads like the connection breaks. It is run into every so often. So, right now I am handling my coworker's QQ mailroom as she is out on maternity leave, and when I go to their 'Sent Mail' folder, nothing appears. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I've found QQCatalyst to be very user friendly and it has helped speed up our quoting process with the integration of PL rater into our system. QQCatalyst has been very helpful throughout the integration process, especially with downloads. Whenever I get stuck, I can call and get issues resolved as they can remote into my computer if needed. I like that QQCatalyst keeps all customer information in one place. I was also able to link my DocuSign to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

One downside of QQCatalyst is that some processes can feel a bit manual and time-consuming, especially when it comes to updating records or running certain reports. At times, the system can be slightly slow, and customizing reports or workflows isn’t always as flexible as I’d like. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

QQ Catalyst is very easy to use and has a large variety of functions. Being able to assign tasks to other agents at my office that can be set far in the future, and the invoice/bill generator is very helpful. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

When I am working on filling out an acord, it would be nice to still have access to their QQ profile to pull up info. Having to save it over and over to use QQ, especially if I get a call in the middle of working on an Acord is cumbersome. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

It is a one stop shop for our needs to assist our customers. Payments, communications (texting, emails, etc.), policy documents, customer information. Everything is in ONE spot. It's easy to use daily and the features are endless. Integration is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

The only thing that I dislike about QQCatalyst is that they just recently did an update that makes you download reports instead of them just popping up like they used to do. It added in a few unnecessary steps to closing out for the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I generally like all the functions it has, it's a very large and extensive system, honestly all the functions are spectacular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I don't like the new way reports are run. Previously, I could run several reports at once, and now I have to do one at a time. I would also like more functions in the commission percentage options depending on the line of business and the coverages in personal auto companies, as the policies are paid at different percentages. For example, if the policy is:

- No proof of prior auto insurance - ??%

- Personal Auto Customer has proof of prior insurance, no lapse in coverage, and earns the Continuous Insurance Discount - ??%

- Safe driver + Homeowner Customer has proof of prior insurance, no lapse in coverage, and earns Continuous Insurance, Homeowner, and 3-Year Safe Driver discounts - ??%

I like how QQCatalyst offers many options like note-taking, processing payments, x-dating, sending emails, and more. It's convenient because I can do everything on one platform instead of managing different windows. I also appreciate that I can pin important notes to show on the profile face, and overall, this makes it easy for me to keep track. The initial setup was easy as well. What do you like best about QQCatalyst?

I like that QQCatalyst is cloud-based instead of being on local computers or one server that could go down, making it unusable. I also like that you can enter a ton of information about each client, including both personal and commercial customers. I love that there are tabs for each customer shell, so we can click through the customer info, the policy info, the notes, the files, etc. It allows for really clear organization of each customer's information and enables various agents to work with clients from different locations, making notes about what we've done. This way, a customer can call in or email us, and I can look in their QQ shell to see exactly what another agent in another location did the last time they interacted with this customer. What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?

I wish that the reporting was better. I wish that I could create more - and better - reports. I know a lot about databases and I know how to create reports and get exactly what I need out of databases - so it's a little frustrating to me to know that the information exists in QQCatalyst, and not be able to pull it out. I also wish that there were a better way to track payments and a better way to sync emails with QQCatalyst. It is very clunky and awkward to bring emails into QQCatalyst and I wish it was smoother and easier. The integration between QQCatalyst and PL Rater could be better. Right now to bring customer information over, the customer has to have an existing policy. I wish we could bridge customer info to PL for a new policy without entering information twice. Also, I wish home & auto could be bridged together at the same time into PL Rater for a bundle quote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
