EverAfter definitely improved my day-to-day work when it comes to communicating with my clients, sharing important updates with them as well as keeping them engaged.

The list of available features and potential use cases is extensive so you need to make sure you are using the right ones for your desired outcomes! Luckily, EverAfter CSMs are there to help you make the right decisions.

**What do you like best about EverAfter?**

Client has a one-stop shop for all they need to onboard AppsFlyer. They also have a centralized workspace to view all they need in AppsFlyer, contact information, meeting recordings, self-learning materials, webinars. 

The EverAfter team is exceptional, very knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

The analytic dashboard is a bit hard to digest. Our team built internal looker which have the reporting we need more easily available. 

Adding permission control for agencies; e.g. Agency should be able to log in The Hub and only see meetings that they joined and tickets that they submitted or cc'ed

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help AppsFlyer grow scalably with the mid-tier clients. Clients onboarded using The Hub are more likely look for help in The Hub than reach out to the CSM which saves our resource bandwidth.

**What do you like best about EverAfter?**

The system is highly intuitive and easy to use. There is a great deal of flexibility, which allows us to share information with our clients at a click of a button. The support we've had from Everafter has been exceptional.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

There is nothing we dislike about the system. Where we have found something that causes an issue, our Account Manager Uri has shown us how we can best utilise the system.

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EverAfter allows us to easily share information with our clients, in a way that is much more visual and efficient than our previous system. It is also much easier from a management perspective, so it is already saving us time on a weekly basis, and there are many new features which will support this.

**What do you like best about EverAfter?**

I love EverAfter's attention to detail, their responsiveness to questions and feature requests, the development team works amazingly fast which is great for fast-moving customers such as us.
The CSM assists us with any issue, however minor it is and gives invaluable tips.
The integration with SalesForce is very good and allows sharing information with other teams (Sales, Marketing) seamlessly and painlessly, saving the CSMs time and hassle.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

The EverAfter "jargon" is sometimes confusing, and often enough, too many workarounds and manual labor are needed to get things done. 
Still, at this stage, it's a fantastic product that keeps evolving astoundingly.

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use EverAfter's platform to streamline customer onboarding, standardize the integration process and increase customer engagement and retention.
In addition, we use it to share information and meeting summaries with different teams directly from the platform, so there is less friction.

**What do you like best about EverAfter?**

The platform allows us to communicate with our clients in an efficient way, and have all the meeting summaries, recordings and helpful resources in one place. In addition, the platform's user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

It is not possible to copy and paste images/screenshots in the meeting summaries.

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all the communication with our clients in one place. We can define mutual milestones with our clients and track them in EA, in addition to creating a mutual 'to-do list', and having the meeting summaries, helpful resources, etc in a way that is visible to our clients.

A great tool for managing the onboarding process with new clients, it allows the client to glide smoothly into the service and get all the documentation he needs.
I enjoy the product consultant who is always attentive and willing to help, listens to my needs, is very communicative, and does his best to provide solutions

The reporting needs improvement, but the Ever after team proposed a creative, customized solution we are examining now

**What do you like best about EverAfter?**

I like that changes made to specific kits can be applied across multiple accounts. As we grow our customer base, this has proven to be a great way to scale our operations.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

I would love it if EverAfter were more customizable. From a seamless brand perspective, I would like to better align EverAfter with the product I'm working on. Items like branding color palette, layout, and more widget personalization would be very beneficial for my team as we look to expand our use of EverAfter.

It's given us a place to house all resources that aid in our customer journey and cut down on some of the administrative burdens CSMs might have. EverAfter helps our customers have a central location of resources and tools to help them best navigate and continue their journey with our product.

It's formatted so it's more encouraging to our user to read our KB or information. Moreover when our clients is not necessary like to read :)

The only problem I see with EA is that it doesn't look good when trying to paste from a Microsoft Office application.

EverAfter is an incredible platform that allows you to create onboarding and training dashboards with ease.  What used to take much longer to create and setup was so easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

To be honest, I didn't have anything I didn't like.  It worked exactly how I needed it to.

EverAfter solved our problems where we needed to create client onboarding and expert training dashboards for our brands.  It saved us so much time and allowed our experts to learn at their own pace.

Everything our clients need for onboarding can be found in one location. They can see which tasks are completed and which are incomplete. I can also look at all my clients together for an update of their statuses.

Nothing currently. Just working on the best practices of ensuring clients are bookmarking their onboarding page and staying on track for an efficient onboarding process.

It is helping in creating a centralized platform to streamline new client onboarding. No more pasting form links into an email and attaching documents for integration. All can now be found in one location, and it's easier to quickly view what is complete/incomplete.

**What do you like best about EverAfter?**

- We can combine internal + customer-facing onboarding tasks in one simple view (goodbye Confluence SOPs, ppt, sheets etc)
- It was super easy to set up the integration to our CRM, so we could immediately get our customer list in EverAfter and use the data from the CRM to show to customers and condition behaviors
- We are adopting the idea of working in "widgets" and "kits", and it is helping CSMs to create a standardized engagement menu where all will have the same base, but a CSM can choose extra things

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

- Conceptually, we had to come around to understanding EverAfter's widgets, kits, and detached widgets components. That was different than e.g. a normal onboarding flow where we set up document XYZ at certain stages
- We'd love more possibilities for visualizing data to customers

**Recommendations to others considering EverAfter:**

Think about all those disparate templates you have for all your customers :) Sheets, docs, ppt, emails...
Imagine that you could put everything in one place and manage it using CRM data (when which parts should be done/shown/actioned) .
This is what I am really excited about: Our end goal is that CSMs can do 90% of their job through EverAfter.

**What do you like best about EverAfter?**

The low code/no code approach to EverAfter makes it very easy for semi-technical folks to integrate with Calendars and their CRMs. Within minutes you can create new portals that are powered by your CRM and stay up to date.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

EverAfter is only as powerful as your team's CRM or data. If you do not have your information organized well, EverAfter goes from a game-changer to a tool that takes time to populate. Sophisticated teams will gain the most benefit from this tool.

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team did not have a good way to show Clients where they were in the user journey or what steps come next.  Everafter allows us to quickly spin up beautiful, branded customer hubs that are accurate because they draw from our CRM data.

The main benefits we have realized are increased satisfaction from clients through their onboarding and decreased time our Success Managers spend writing emails and coordinating communications. Clients can get self-serve answers right from their portal.

EverAfter provides me a quick way to share content with my customers that I can control and personalize according to the customer license, usage and milestone in his customer journey. 
It is so easy to set up that you can react to the customer's behavior quickly and adjust the customer hub to make it work and clear for the customer, improving the customer experience and value they get from the engagement.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

EverAfter is mainly a passive platform in the sense that the user needs to actively log into the customer hub to see the content and the call to action. EverAfter is aware of this and adding with time more capabilities to allow CSM to proactively engage with their customers from within the platform

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using EverAftrer to handle our tech touch customers. Providing them a specific call to action and helping our customers to increase the ROI they are getting from our product.

The software has plenty of potential and limitations are tackled day by day by a careful and friendly team of experts, including CSMs and developers and support members.

Connecting to customers. Recommending the best content to them. Keeping them aware of our processes and how we are going to deliver value to them. Giving them space to offer their views and feedback.

How easy everything is to build and customise exactly as we'd require. It reduces communication errors between team members and clients and makes sure everyone is on the same page.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

Occasionally there are a few bugs that occur. However, often these are patched or solved by the Everafter team very quickly. The customer support is great!

Everafter solves the following issues for us:
- Reduced information blasting when connecting with prospects
- A visually pleasing on brand experience for process related information

They move very fast and keep on adding great features!

On part is that some of the backend configurations need Everafter team to help do - not a lot but self service is better :)

I love how intuitive the product is! Setting up kits is so easy, and the variety of options doesn't cloud the actual need for each project type. The fact we can use our own branding is also such a big plus!

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

I would love to see more options for internal project management, for cross-team functions.

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One centralized place for everything the customer needs and wants to know, insight into where they stand in terms of the product adoption and what they can do better to improve their usability. I love that it gives the CS teams visibility and it replaces all of the redundant sheets and docs.

New features and functionality is being released constantly which is great but would be helpful to see features tailored to certain industries like healthcare.

**What do you like best about EverAfter?**

EverAfter is the platform that my at-scale Customer Success dreams are made of. It's innovative, easy to use and it's centered around customer experience. I especially love how flexible it is - we've used EA to help scale our onboarding experience and there are dozens of other high-impact use cases for it that I can't wait to dive into.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

It's still a maturing product, so I've run into a few small bugs. Nothing that diminishes how much of a fan I am, though.

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EverAfter is critical for helping us scale - we're leveraging it for self-serve onboarding use cases to provide customers with a beautiful and intuitive onboarding portal that guides them through setup. We're deploying fewer human resources and getting customers up and running faster at the same time.

- Importing csv files for tables
- Support team / customer success

- Inability to customise how some widgets look
- Often errors with data appearing as error when they are fine on the original csv
- Issues with customers receiving the email code to access their account page

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Added an 'or' filter to tables which helped pull the correct data
- Added the analytics tab to show which customers are active and inactive

The easy way we can create widgets and kits. My point of contact Uri is super helpful and always makes time to guide me through any questions I have.

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

I have yet to come across anything that I dislike.

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using EverAfter to build a hub for our low-end customers who require low touch and become self-sufficient with their account and onboarding. Our next steps will be to continue creating kits in order for our customers to navigate and conduct their own troubleshooting by adding tasks and videos.

Limitations with the task list - isn't waterfall and updating the due dates is manual  + kpi widget can't integrate with anything so it's just to show goals and not real data

The platform is very intuitive from the client's perspective, and very simple to understand and to focus on the tasks at hand.

still a bit clunky from the CSM's perspective, but since it improves on a monthly basis - I feel very confident in it.

We have one place for the CSM's to communicate with our clients, to concentrate all the onboarding stage information in one spot, and the make the onboarding process easier for our clients.

EverAfter simplifies customer experience. On a single page, you can depict the customer journey, track onboarding tasks, share calendars and do much more. It creates an environment that enables real-time collaboration with customers. Our customers often compliment us about their seamless onboarding experience.  EverAfter enables us to deliver exceptional customer experience at scale. One of my new team members mentioned he wished he had this tool at a couple of previous places he worked at. That would have made their life simple and the customer experience delightful.

There is not much that I dislike. I feel the tool provides a mature interface and the company is a delight to work with.

A simple, brilliant solution that allows you to have an effective and transparent customer collaboration platform. Integrates with most essential software we use every day to create a perfect hub.

It took a bit to get used to the terminology of the different objects within the platform and how to utilize them.

EVERY step of the customer life cycle (even POC) is managed and is available to the customer to see and collaborate on. Complete transparency that drives a higher level of commitment from the customer and the ability to provide a clear pathway for success.

The ability to create templates that can be adapted to any type of client and that are created automatically by integration with Salesforce and other sources. 
Sending it to clients is also very easy

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

The platform is very shaky to use. For example, just to modify a table requires a lot of clicks and is not very smooth. Also refreshes a lot randomly, which loses changes.

Clients now have a written way to consult the plan that we prescribe to them. It is way more structured than what we used to have so there is more "stickyness" and success in the end.

I used Everafter to decrease the time it takes for our scale segment customers to onboard onto our platform. The Everafter Team is extremely helpful and works with their customers to solve their use cases!

**What do you dislike about EverAfter?**

There are a few areas of the UX I wish were more edit-able.

**What problems is EverAfter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our new customers now complete their technical onboarding 2-3x the rate than they did before, with 10x less emails between them and their CSM/AE.
