**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

Competitor visibility is genuinely useful. I can see what other apps are doing with their custom product pages and custom store listings without having to dig through multiple tools, which saves a load of time.The change tracking is the standout for me. Whether it's a description tweak, a promotional image swap or an app name change, it all sits in one place and is easy to discover. That kind of visibility is hard to get anywhere else.Reporting does the job too, although I'd much rather plug it into Claude and work with the data through that interface instead.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

The UI and UX can feel overwhelming. There's a lot packed in, and navigating to specific areas isn't always intuitive, so you end up clicking around to find what you need.
The other gap is AI integration. It would be a real step forward to have an assistant you could just ask to pull specific data or surface changes, rather than hunting through the interface yourself. My preference would be to plug AppTweak into Claude via an MCP so I can work with the data conversationally. Until something like that exists, the cluttered UX is the main friction point.

**What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppTweak gives us a layer of intelligence on what competitors are doing and what's working in our space. We use it mainly on the analytics side at the moment: baseline reporting, inspiration for custom product pages and general competitor intelligence.
The ratings and reviews view on competitor apps is particularly useful. It helps us spot gaps we can fill, both in our own product and in how we position it. Rather than guessing at what's resonating, we can see it in the data.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

What I like most about AppTweak is the clean UI/UX, which makes complex App Store Optimization (ASO) data much easier to navigate, along with its strong integrations with ad and analytics tools. Overall performance is solid, especially for keyword tracking and competitor insights, and on the latest features the AI-driven intelligence is particularly helpful for generating recommendations. That said, the pricing/ROI really only feels justified for teams with actively managed apps. Onboarding and support are helpful, but the platform’s depth can make the initial experience feel a bit overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

What I dislike about AppTweak is the high pricing for smaller teams, the steep learning curve that comes with such a large feature set, and the fact that some data estimates are occasionally not fully accurate. The onboarding process can feel overwhelming at first because there’s a lot to take in, and it doesn’t always feel easy to know where to start. On top of that, some of the more advanced features like keyword history and trend analysis are locked behind expensive plans, which limits accessibility for low budget users or early stage apps.

**What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my client app, AppTweak helps address app store visibility and optimization challenges by making it easier to identify high-impact keywords, refine listings, and analyze competitors. It supports stronger conversion and more installs across the App Store and Google Play Store, and it also helps track performance over time. I find its value is strongest when there’s an active budget in place and ongoing growth work to support it.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

I find AppTweak to be very comfortable and intuitive. It has features that other platforms don't have, like ranked keywords and monthly searches estimation, which help me understand which keywords are the most valuable for me to use. The representatives are super helpful and nice. I also love that the initial setup was very easy. I requested to work with AppTweak in my current job because of a positive experience with them at my previous workplace.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

I would like to have the option to customize my competitors in some of the features. Usually it goes by the category my app is in, but it's too wide. I would like to choose only my direct competitors in those features.

**What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppTweak for optimizing Wix apps, seeing my rankings, comparing with competitors, conducting keyword research, and refining my ASO strategy. It brings more traffic and revenue while helping me understand valuable keywords.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

We use AppTweak to take the guesswork out of our ASO and Paid Media App Campaign strategies. It's great for identifying striking opportunities and helps us meet potential app installers where they are in the search journey. It helps us inform these potential installers about what they will get from the app. I find AppTweak valuable for the research, evaluation, and measurement of our strategies. The support team stands out for me; our account representatives understand the industry and platform well. They're not afraid to 'get their hands dirty' and show us how to best navigate the tool and answer any ad hoc questions we have along the way. They're responsive and strategically-minded, explaining the tactic and the benefit while being available when needed. Also, the initial setup was easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

Increasing AI features to surface insights quicker would be beneficial. We have many tools and platforms we look at daily, so having more direct-to-manager insights would be great.

Apptweak is constantly improving. Good for keyword research - I really like the translation option. 
Competitor research tools are very useful.
It was easy to implement. 
The team is usually quick to reply.
I like the new features for exploring creatives/in app events etc
I was fairly easy to integrate

It is a bit difficult to navigate - sometimes I struggle to find what I am looking for. There are a lot of different sections. Some things seem a bit hidden.
Sometimes support is a bit generic.
With all new product updates its hard to keep up with new features
UI could be simpler

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

I really like the design of AppTweak. It offers very fast, valuable insights in one place, making it very intuitive to use. The tool consolidates everything we need to know about the app into one easy-to-access view, eliminating the need for a very siloed approach with different metrics from tools like Play Console and App Store Connect. The team behind AppTweak, including account and strategy managers, is very hands-on. They help us go beyond just using the tool by providing additional insights that enhance our app and marketing strategies. This includes getting the most out of paid advertising and staying proactive in problem-solving. The consolidation of all reports in a single view is the first step in making it a very efficient tool. It's an excellent tool for driving visibility in app stores, and the support from the team in setting up dashboards, reporting, and getting keyword insights running smoothly is remarkable.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

I find the onboarding process could use some more guidance. Connecting all the existing accounts to get insights can take some time, although it's quite intuitive.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

I love using the Analytics tab in AppTweak for its ability to quickly measure performance by source, especially in relation to algorithm changes, store promotions, and metadata updates. I find it incredibly useful for creating quarterly ASO scorecard reports, as it allows me to screenshot views like installs by source easily. The setup was smooth, and the managed service team was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

I think it'd be nice to have more details in the worldwide views, similar to how you can get a lot of detail and visuals for United States only. I'd like to see charts over time for installs, conversion, impressions, etc.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

I really like the creative explorer and the keyword tool in AppTweak. The keyword tool's 'all ranked keywords' function works great for optimizing keywords and tracking them. It shows every keyword that we rank for and all the keywords that competitors rank for. The creative explorer tool makes it easy to research what creative assets competitors are using and what they are testing. It shows what A/B tests competitors are running or have run in the past, in every geo, and it's a lot easier than searching the store. The initial setup of AppTweak was very easy.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

I think the data dashboard could use improvement. We find it more useful to use our internal Tableau dashboard since I can't get every view I need. The Storemaven Polarbeam product was the best-in-class when it existed. It was highly configurable, had built-in pre-vs-post comparison, and annotated the graph with key dates automatically. The pre vs post comparison (with user-selected date ranges), the ability to graph whatever you want (highly configurable), the key dates for build releases, featurings, and any user-inputted dates.

I use AppTweak to optimize keywords and conduct competitor research. The 'all ranked keywords' function is great for optimization and tracking, while the creative explorer tool makes researching competitor assets and A/B tests across geos easier than searching the store.

Complete platform, with a huge amount of data to process. The reports are customizable, which allows us to adapt the tracking to our needs. I also appreciate the constant support from the account managers, who remain available and responsive.

I find that there is a limitation on the number of applications to track, as well as on the number of reports available compared to what is stipulated in the contract. Furthermore, the distinction between the workspaces does not seem really useful to me.

I really appreciate AppTweak for its high-quality data, which is crucial for understanding our app's ASO situation. The intuitive interface makes navigation seamless, enhancing my experience with the tool. The initial setup was very easy, almost instant, and I was up and running quickly. It gets you everything you need on a basic level with periodical updates.

I appreciate the simplicity of AppTweak, as it's great for navigating different features. All information is available in one place, which I find to be the best part. I also like the accuracy of the data provided by AppTweak. Additionally, the customer support is really good with a fast TAT, and responses are always helpful.

I feel more deeper level analysis can be included. Like competitors conversion metrics, benchmarking, marketing channels they are using and what's the estimated spends, what's the conversion metrics there. Not actual data, but benchmarking can be there.

There were a couple of times where the results were sluggish to load or we got a consistent error.  AppTweak did fix those and it is rare for that to happen.

We also use the Ads feature to understand where we stand in comparison to others when it comes to keyword advertising.

Apptweak is probably is the ASO tools with the most easy and logical UI.

The new pricing and product split is too pricy and difficult to use.
I enjoy the fact that we can create our own product from several sub-product but it has made it so much more expensive.
Also, I would love to use the Apple Search Ads manager but the pricing is too high compared to market.
The keyword limitation is also very frustrating as it doesn't make a lot of sense to limit that much.

AppTweak is constantly evolving and brings the newest trends into the platform, very intuitive to use, very simple, and yet very specific - you can find anything you may nead for any of the appstores. The data is straightforward and accurate, that it makes any app store optimization challenge easy to accomplish. 
I've recently started using the Reporting studio and it has saved a lot of my time and workload - working on many titles at once requires a lot of attention and now it's easy not to miss anything important.
The App/Game DNA is an amazing addition that has helped to look at apps beyond categories and get a deeper understanding of clusters of apps/games accoridng to their similarities.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

I have found AppTweak to be very useful to research existing and new keywords. Besides that, I regularly use it to track our organic ranking, and to keep a tab on our competitors' creatives (PPO, CPP).

The customer support team is reactive, and has been very helpful to get me up to speed with what the platform offers.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

On the platform, I sometimes struggle a bit to find exactly what I need (mix up between features from ASO Intelligence and from Store Explorer).

**What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Keyword exploration: on Apple Search Ads, we have thousands of keywords, most of which do not yield any impressions. AppTweak helped me determine which are actually very low-volume keywords, and which are keywords with medium or high potential impressions, but on which we weren't competitive.
- Creatives: I used AppTweak to see the PPOs made by our main competitors, and knowing which designs they tried, and which they eventually chose, is valuable information for us.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

It is one central space for most things ASO. I like the way it quickly helps in researching keywords, looking into competitor ASO strategy, getting insights into reviews, and the capability of quickly switching between multiple markets is definitely useful.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

In the past few years, the incremental impact of KW optimisation is diminishing. Therefore, it doesn't make sense to spend too much time on it. Having said that, it still takes lot of time to conduct research and compose KW optimised metadata. 

AppTweak can enhance its KW optimisation functionality with the use of AI to suggest KW optimised metadata fields. For example, the "Keyword Set" on iOS is invisible. Apptweak can come up with a solution to auto compose "Keyword Set" based on the relevancy, traffic, difficulty, and rank of added keywords. This would make it so much easier to optimise keywords for multiple markets quickly.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

I like the vast range of features it offers. It compounds many different usabilities and I don't have to switch between a few different ASO tools to find what I need. It has a very friendly UI and a lot of different options that are well organized and presented intuitively which is a great pro. I'm also very happy with customer service which is very helpful and responsive. I love many of its features like store preview, and notifications for any type of featuring my app has.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

Recent changes in UI caused some confusion (at least in the beginning) as I couldn't find the "analytics" tab which is one of the most used by me (previously this section was visible at first glance). Another thing that I dislike is that usually there is data missing in the ratings section. When I look at ratings over time, there are blank weeks without any data which is disappointing.

It solves many problems like keyword optimization, competitive research, monitoring featurings and monitoring category ranking position.

Previously, bidding was done manually, but now it can be automated by setting rules, making operations more efficient.

I'm concerned about the accuracy of the numbers. I would be happy if we could get more accurate figures regarding the app rankings and download numbers of other companies and our own.

First, if you are manually managing Apple Ads, you can automate it. Additionally, being able to know information about competitors and where your company's keywords are being purchased is very beneficial.

The rate of innovation within the platform is fantastic. In addition to this, the team there are super proactive and always keen for feedback for improvements within the platform. They truly work to empower practitioners with the tools needed to report and optimise our client's apps alongside the super useful competitor landscape information that helps inform strategy.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

Very little to say regarding negatives, occasionally when an app is very small there is little historical data until you start tracking it.

**What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without apptweak, our teams would have to build scrapers for all the keyword tracking and App Store metrics. This would be a costly endeavour and very tough to do.

**What do you like best about AppTweak?**

Love the ability to track the performance of specified keywords as well as all ranked keywords. The addition of App DNA and AI tools also improves competitor analysis and makes the process of keyword ideation/discovery faster and easier.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

Limited number of seats and workspaces on an account. Of the two, I'd much rather have more seats to ensure more parts of the org (i.e. product, data) had access to the tool.

**What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppTweak helps us better understand the market landscape so we can identify gaps in our keyword coverage, overlap with competitors, and get estimates on how proposed metadata updates could impact our visibility in the stores. Additionally, AppTweak is the one place where we can analyze our performance (and competitors') in all the geos we participate in across both iOS and Android. **What do you like best about AppTweak?**

It pulls all relevant console information into one space, helping you view the data across apps, OS's and countries holistically. Switching back and forth between apps/consoles is time consuming, so this helps so much. Additionally, the implementation of AI tools is super impressive and helpful with forecasting and analysis of competitors. Integration is super easy and it's truly a tool I use every single day as an ASO specialist.

**What do you dislike about AppTweak?**

The one thing I have issues relatively often is API/Integration issues (mostly iOS) where there is an unexpected error and I can't view the analytics. But I do reach out to customer support on this and get feedback/help quickly, so that is great.

It's really the OS/console/app consolidation that is the most helpful for me in my role, but also the competitor estimates and insights are extrememly helpful & great to share with stakeholders.

AppTweak allows us to do comprehensive store analysis from different perspectives. The ranked keywords report shows our potential optimization opportunities. You can compare every single asset in the store with your competitors, including screenshots, in-app events, and copies.
It's great that you can also check your Share of Voice (SOV) and your competitors' SOV.

I like the different ASO tools that AppTweak offers, from keyword research to analyzing competition and getting estimations. The interface and ease of use were the things that made me choose Apptweak over the competitors. Review and ratings are also a big thing for us and it works well. Integration is also easy to understand and perform. Customer support is stellar, and for every question we have an answer. We use this daily.

reporting overall isn't that useful specifically for us, we need a broad scale and high-level reports of our followed campaigns across multiple regions. it's all about making a good customization for the client that is lacking for me.
