Also a very powerful platform to understand competitions, what they do well and badly, and it makes it very easy to identify areas of focus for potential growth. **What do you dislike about AppTweak?** Not directly related to AppTweak, but App Store performance is very difficult to assess. We can't measure subscriptions from ASO efforts, which is a challenge in a business like ours. AppTweak does all what's possible, tracking visibility and expected installs. To top this off as I work hybrid amongst many teams here at H&B it is nice to actually have a homebase to gather round and circulate ideas and potential opportunites for further innovation and testing! Apptweak should be proud to have commited and genuine people on their team who make working with you feel like they are in the same business and colleagues rather than a 3rd party. Also a conversation in GIFS goes a long way! **What do you dislike about AppTweak?** im just going to put loads of full stops to fill this out as nothing is wrong................................................................................................ **What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without apptweak we would have no insight knowledge of market trends, how changes on our app stores effect performance & since having the product even throughout the demo we could actively use the store ranking tracker to see how we match up to our competitors. The product is not only used by myself from an acqusition stand point it is also used from the customer engagment team for app reviews, the product team for ratings, the insight team on market trends & the design team to pinch ideas from our closest competitors. It is also a great tool to check what our competitors are doing, select the best keywords to optimise metadata and keep track of ratings and reviews. **What do you dislike about AppTweak?** - Some "Live Search" information is not 100% accurate - I've seen different results IRL. - Keyword Research sometimes take a long time to load new keywords. - When navigating through Ratings charts, even though I select "day" or "month" as period visualisation, it always comes back to "week" if i change to another chart. **What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monitoring our competitors' moves and when we get featurd, spotting unusual trends in terms of ranking or ratings/reviews, optimising metadata based on high potential keywords. **Official Response from Lea Marrazzo:** > Hi Ilana, Thank you for your review, we're very happy to hear that you're making the most of our complete set of ASO Tools! This can explain the difference between AppTweak's Live Search and phone results. Also, Google is personalizing its search results to the different accounts, this can also lead to different keyword rankings. Regarding Keyword Research, this might be due to multiple factors so please feel free to reach out, whenever this might happen again to you, so that we can try to help. Also, the staff are amazing in how they handle cooperation with their clients. They are quick in offering solutions, solving problems, and delivering information. **What do you dislike about AppTweak?** Can't think of any. It's also a comprehensive ASO tool. However, the same features can be found in other services that cost less. Overall, while it offers many necessary features, the pricing leaves you dissatisfied and hinders the enjoyment of this service. **What do you dislike about AppTweak?** I had a disappointing experience with AppTweak, mainly due to the extremely poor support—I can't even say I had an experience with their support because there was none! To access download and revenue estimations I had to subscribe to the overpriced "Scale" plan, costing me a hefty $700 in total for a month. Most features in this plan were useless for my needs. In this plan, you have access to the download and revenue estimation per country. Need worldwide download and estimation data? Prepare to pay more, showcasing a profit-centric approach that disregards user needs and value. To compound the frustration, after my teammate invited me, clicking the invitation link just redirected me to the pricing page, demanding a subscription. We tried reaching out to their support four times, but alas, no response. This lack of support rendered the service unusable for us. I do understand businesses need to make money, but the current pricing strategy seems solely focused on maximizing profits, with little regard for customer satisfaction or fairness. In the realm of ASO tools, there are plenty of alternatives with much lower prices, especially for market research. So, my advice is to explore other options unless you're left with no choice! **What problems is AppTweak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Market Research and Analysis: AppTweak provides historical estimations of app downloads and revenues, aiding in market research. Understanding an app's download trends and revenue potential over time helps in making informed decisions. App Store Optimization (ASO): AppTweak serves as a comprehensive ASO tool: Discovering what keywords provide you with downloads. Monitoring the ranks of your app and your competitors.
