I wouldn't say this is something that I dislike about Data AI but I wish there was a way to view a heat map of where users spend time on your app store profile (i.e. are they seeing the 7th screen or reading the whole long description) **What problems is Sensor Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data AI has been helpful in optimizing our keywords and getting a glimpse into competitor insights. Having fast paced knowledge via product, become one step ahead from the others. The SensorTower team captures market updates and applies them very quickly to their products, such as Facebook Feeds. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** First of all, I love SensorTower and happy to use this product. Of course,like every product, this product has its shortcomings, but as long as you reach users and get feedback, you are likely to improve yourself. So, thanks for reaching users. My thoughts are like that; First of all, SensorTower can be reached directly to users for efficient use of the updated product, for example, by arranging a short webinar, the user experience can be improved.The advantages of using the product related to specific areas should be presented to the users, for example, what are the issues that match-3 game studio pay attention to when analyzing the market or how people in different titles use this product etc. It would be useful to see the effect of application updates on downloads and revues in a short and concise way. We saw that the SoV and network data on the creative side are not healthy, some parts are wrong and missing (we checked our products), I think this should be improved. It could've been way eaier if I could set my own colors for each competitor that associaties with its brand color. Those iterations provide significant impact practically. The biggest upside is the support, reports and analysis they are providing to us. They are providing what we are asking for and as an equally important thing **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** Personally, SensorTower's visual side is not my favourite tool out there. It isn't really affecting the functionality but I think there are room for improvement visually. As an additional side, I would rather work with a full set of products without having to decide drop-off which products to reduce the cost. Due to a user-friendly interface, I can easily access the graphs of the analyzes I want to do. I can edit the graphics on an app basis and with various parameters. I can save my own dash and this is one of the points that increases the efficiency of use. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** I think the Creative Intelligence dashboard is complex and inadequate. There are networks that cannot be differentiated based on OS. I just onboarded into this company. I initially poked around looking for game data. I was able to quickly figure out the tagging system, and create views that showed me some of the data I was looking for. After a 45 minute tutorial with our Sensor Tower rep, I could see I could get most of the data I was looking for. **What do you dislike about Sensor Tower?** An artificial limit on historic data. If the app has data going back to 2014, why am I limited to going back 2 years?
