“eliable Platform for Mobile and Web Testing Across Real Devices”
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Automated testing on BrowserStack for both our mobile applications and web platforms has been very beneficial for our organisation. It helps us catch bugs early and report them quickly. With frequent changes and continuous deployments across multiple integration releases, I run daily sanity tests to make sure everything is working as expected. BrowserStack has significantly reduced the manual effort involved, and it requires minimal intervention from our side. The integration with CircleCI and Firebase for both manual and automated testing was also smooth and easy to set up.

Whenever we run into issues with BrowserStack, their support team responds promptly and resolves them within the committed SLA timelines. We’ve also been assigned a dedicated account manager who stays in touch regularly, keeps us informed about new features and product updates, and shares timely information about platform upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

From a pricing perspective, this solution can feel expensive for smaller teams or organisations with limited testing budgets, especially when higher parallel execution capacity is needed. That said, when I weigh the device coverage, the infrastructure savings, and the testing capabilities it offers, the overall value still outweighs the cost challenges for our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

BrowserStack addresses one of the biggest challenges for our organisation: testing across a wide range of real Android and iOS devices without having to maintain a physical device lab. With App Live, we can instantly access different devices and OS versions in just a few clicks, saving a significant amount of time and effort during test execution.

Another major advantage is being able to run both web and mobile automation suites on BrowserStack’s cloud infrastructure. We use Automation Pro and App Automate as part of our CI/CD pipeline, integrated with CircleCI. Whenever a new build is deployed to the staging environment, automated tests are triggered automatically. This allows us to perform thorough QA validation before every release, catch issues early, and reduce the number of bugs that reach production.

BrowserStack also provides detailed test reports, screenshots, videos, and error logs, which makes troubleshooting much easier. When defects are reported by the QA team, these insights help us pinpoint the root cause faster and collaborate effectively with developers to resolve issues.

The cloud-based platform has improved our overall productivity by removing the need for device setup, ongoing maintenance, and manual app installation. Integration with Firebase is especially helpful because it lets us access and install the required application builds directly, making the testing process more efficient.

A feature that adds significant value for us is the ability to test across multiple devices simultaneously. Comparing application behaviour side by side on Android and iOS devices helps us validate platform-specific functionality, spot inconsistencies quickly, and deliver a better user experience across all supported devices.

Overall, BrowserStack has helped us accelerate testing cycles, improve release quality, reduce infrastructure overhead, and increase confidence in every deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive, Seamless GitHub Experience That Boosts Collaboration and Efficiency”
What do you like best about GitHub?

GitHub has been essential to my engineering journey. The UI/UX feels intuitive, which makes managing repositories straightforward, and the performance is top-notch with zero latency. Its integration with VS Code is seamless, and features like Copilot have noticeably improved my efficiency. In terms of pricing, it delivers strong value (ROI) for students, and the onboarding experience is smooth thanks to excellent documentation and helpful community support. Overall, it’s the best platform for collaborative development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GitHub?

The main downside is the initial learning curve, which can feel a bit steep for complete beginners—especially when handling complex merge conflicts or working through command-line operations. Also, while the free tier is quite generous, some advanced enterprise-level features or higher storage limits for large binary files can get expensive as projects scale up significantly. That said, these drawbacks are relatively minor compared to the overall benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GitHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

GitHub effectively addresses the challenges of version control and fragmented collaboration in software development. For me, it simplifies managing codebases for open-source contributions—such as my work with Sugar Labs and AOSSIE-Org—by keeping changes organized, traceable, and easy to access. It removes the hassle of manually tracking file versions, helps prevent code loss, and supports smooth collaboration with developers around the world. Overall, it has been a major help for my academic projects and technical skill development, making it easier to maintain a professional, version-controlled portfolio. “Postman Makes API Testing Fast and Organized with Collections”
What do you like best about Postman?

I use Postman almost every time I'm working with backend APIs because it lets me test endpoints before connecting them to the frontend. I especially like collections and environment variables since they save me from repeatedly changing base URLs, tokens, and IDs while switching between local and deployed environments. The ability to inspect headers, payloads, status codes, and response times in one place makes debugging much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postman?

Once collections start growing, keeping requests organized takes some effort and the desktop app can become noticeably heavier during long sessions. I also wish more collaboration and monitoring features were available on the free plan since many individual developers and students rely on it for learning and personal projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postman solving and how is that benefiting you?

Postman has become one of the first tools I open when building APIs. It helps me verify authentication flows, test request payloads, validate responses, and catch backend issues before they appear in the frontend application. Having everything stored in collections also makes regression testing much easier whenever an API changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Fantastic SDK Integrations and a Unified Workflow for Safe Deployments & Experimentation”
What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?

The SDK integrations are fantastic. LaunchDarkly collapsed two major headaches—safe deployments and structured experimentation—into a single, unified workflow. The compounding time savings and the confidence it gives our engineering and on-call teams are immense.

The context tracking and intuitive UI make it easy to manage who sees what. The ability to run A/B tests and progressively roll out new UI elements to specific user segments without engineering intervention is brilliant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?

There is definitely a learning curve for new team members when it comes to organizing and cleaning up flags. Once a project scales, managing multiple flags can become cluttered and performance could degrade if you don't stay on top of deprecation and maintenance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily use it for continuous delivery and targeted rollouts. It allows us to test changes on small segments of real traffic before rolling them out widely. Rollbacks have become a simple toggle flip instead of a stressful, emergency fire drill Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful Salesforce DevOps That Makes Every Release Easier”
What do you like best about Gearset DevOps?

What I like best about Gearset DevOps is how powerful it is. It gives me excellent visibility into merge requests, deployments, merge conflicts, code reviews, and rollback options, making the entire release process much easier to manage. The automation and overall workflow have significantly improved our development and deployment process. It’s an incredibly capable platform and has become an essential part of our DevOps toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gearset DevOps?

My biggest frustration is that some new features are released as trials and later require an additional paid upgrade to continue using them. I would prefer that platform enhancements and new functionality be included with the existing subscription rather than becoming separate add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gearset DevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gearset has solved many of the challenges we used to face with Salesforce deployments. It provides reliable version control, full Git synchronization, merge conflict detection and resolution, and rollback capabilities that give us confidence during releases. Compared to the old Change Set deployment process, it’s a massive improvement in both reliability and efficiency.

One of the features I value most is the ability to compare and deploy changes between any Salesforce org or Git branch. That flexibility, combined with the visibility into deployments and source control, has streamlined our development process, reduced deployment risk, and made collaboration across the team much easier. “Improved Our QA Workflow and Test Tracking”
What do you like best about Tuskr?

At Cognizant, our QA team used Tuskr for managing test cases and tracking regression testing for enterprise web applications. What I liked most was its clean interface and structured test management. We used features like test case organization, test runs, and reporting regularly. It helped our team track execution status clearly and reduced dependency on manual spreadsheets. Collaboration between QA and developers also became smoother because bug tracking and testing progress were visible in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

Tuskr works well for day-to-day test management, but some advanced reporting and dashboard customization options feel limited compared to larger enterprise tools. For bigger projects with multiple teams, filtering and analytics could be more detailed. Also, a few UI workflows can be improved to reduce navigation time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tuskr solved one major problem for our QA workflow: managing test cases, test execution, and defect tracking in an organized and centralized way. Before using Tuskr, a lot of testing activities were handled manually through spreadsheets, emails, and multiple tools, which made tracking difficult and time-consuming.

In our team, especially during regression and release testing cycles, it was challenging to maintain visibility on which test cases were completed, failed, blocked, or pending. Coordination between QA engineers, developers, and project stakeholders also required a lot of manual follow-up.

With Tuskr, we were able to organize test cases properly into suites, plan test runs efficiently, and monitor execution progress in real time. This gave better visibility into overall testing status and helped identify critical issues earlier in the release cycle.

The biggest benefit for me was improved productivity and reduced manual effort. Instead of spending time updating spreadsheets or preparing manual reports, I could focus more on actual testing and defect analysis. It also improved collaboration because everyone in the team had a clear understanding of testing progress, bug status, and release readiness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Extending RPA Capabilities with Agentic AI”
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

Having worked extensively with the UiPath ecosystem, what I appreciate most about UiPath Agentic Automation is its ability to automate processes that go beyond rule-based tasks. We have used it in scenarios involving document processing and decision-making workflows, where AI agents can understand context and take actions with minimal human intervention. Since it is tightly integrated with existing UiPath products, the learning curve was relatively smooth for our team. From an ROI perspective, we started seeing value fairly quickly as it reduced manual effort, improved processing speed, and allowed teams to focus on higher-value activities. While the pricing may appear premium initially, especially for organizations just starting their automation journey, the overall return justifies the investment when deployed for enterprise-scale and complex business processes. It has helped us design more intelligent and scalable automation solutions while significantly reducing manual effort across critical workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

While UiPath Agentic Automation is powerful, there is still a learning curve when moving from traditional RPA to agent-based automation. Designing and troubleshooting agent workflows requires a different mindset, and debugging can sometimes be challenging due to the dynamic nature of AI responses. The licensing cost may also be on the higher side for smaller teams. That said, most of these challenges are manageable with proper training and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

UiPath Agentic Automation is helping us address business processes that require contextual understanding and dynamic decision-making, which were challenging to automate using traditional RPA. We are using it in document processing and workflow orchestration scenarios, where AI agents analyze information, make decisions, and trigger the appropriate actions. As a result, we have reduced manual intervention, improved processing speed, and achieved better operational efficiency while expanding automation coverage across complex business processes. Appcircle makes the entire mobile release process seamless, from build to store submission, in a single platform. The publish module connecting to both Google Play and App Store Connect is straightforward, and once set up, submitting a release takes just a few clicks without ever logging into the developer portals manually. The store status visibility after submission is a great touch that saves a lot of back-and-forth checking.

The UI is clean and the learning curve is manageable even for teams that are new to CI/CD. Overall it feels like a tool built by people who actually understand mobile release workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appcircle?

Except some small issues, there's not much to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to handle store submissions manually, which was time consuming and error prone. Appcircle automated that entire flow; build, sign, and publish and cutting down our release cycle significantly. The Re-sign Binary feature has also been a huge time saver, allowing us to redistribute the same build with different signing identities without rebuilding from scratch. The publish module in particular removed the need for anyone on the team to have direct access to developer portal credentials, which also improved our security posture. Original Information
“Redgate Flyway: Schema-as-Code Migrations That Fit Seamlessly Into CI/CD”
What do you like best about Redgate Flyway?

Redgate Flyway is a leading database migration tool that uses a “schema-as-code” approach to help manage database changes efficiently. It integrates smoothly with CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments from development through to production. Flyway also supports over 50 database management systems, helping ensure consistent and reliable database schema evolution across a wide range of environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redgate Flyway?

What I dislike about Redgate Flyway generally comes down to a few key areas that can slow development workflows and add unnecessary overhead.

First, the learning curve can feel quite steep, especially for teams that are new to migration-based database management. The documentation sometimes seems insufficient, which makes it harder to understand migrations and manage them effectively. As a result, developers can get frustrated and the ramp-up period can take longer than it should.

Another major drawback is the lack of certain features, particularly when important capabilities are limited to paid editions. This “paywall fatigue” comes from seeing functions that feel like they should be standard—such as undo migrations, dry runs, or more advanced reporting—locked behind higher-priced tiers. That can be difficult to justify, especially for smaller teams or projects working with tight budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Redgate Flyway solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the fast-paced world of software development, managing database changes can often feel like navigating a minefield. Inconsistent environments, manual errors, and the dreaded "it works on my machine" syndrome are common headaches that can derail projects and lead to costly downtime. This is precisely where Redgate Flyway steps in, offering a robust solution to these pervasive problems and bringing significant benefits to our development and operations alike.

One of the primary problems Redgate Flyway tackles is the lack of a standardized, version-controlled approach to database changes. Traditionally, database updates often involved a series of ad-hoc scripts and manual interventions, making it incredibly difficult to track what changes were applied, when, and by whom. Flyway resolves this by treating database migrations as code, allowing us to define, version, and apply these changes systematically across all our environments. This means our database schema is always in sync with our application code, eliminating inconsistencies between development, testing, and production environments. The benefit here is clear: improved quality and reliability, as we can apply the same rigorous standards of version control, testing, and code review that we use for our application code to our database.

Another critical issue Flyway addresses is the potential for manual errors and the resulting unreliability of deployments. When database changes are handled manually, human error is almost inevitable, leading to broken deployments, data corruption, or unexpected behavior. Flyway automates this process, ensuring that changes are applied in the correct order and consistently. This automation not only reduces the risk of errors but also significantly speeds up the deployment process. For us, this translates into greater peace of mind, knowing that what we've tested in a staging environment will reliably be what goes into production. It minimizes the risk and impact of database failures by ensuring our migrations are tested, verified, and even reversible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its AI capability as auto pilot helped me to write complex logic of IST to PST timezone conversion considering the daylight saving and leap year within few minutes by giving simple prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

There isn’t much to dislike. Previously, when we needed to update action parameter test data, we had to open the test case first and then make the changes. With the latest update, we can now update it directly from the list view as well, which is a helpful improvement they’ve added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ACCELQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our client had a requirement to create a regression suite and run it in QA,UAT and Production after every deployment, and the deployment cycles were of one week. So manual test approach would have taken a lot of time to test it in only single environment that too with more resource allocation.

With Accelq, I’ve been able to run the scripts daily in the QA sandbox and biweekly in the UAT and Prod environments after deployment on the same day with single resource. Also, by integrating API steps into the scripts, test data creation and verification have become much faster. This increased execution speed and stability in all sandboxes and client's trust in us. “QA Wolf: Simple UI, Strong Automation Coverage, and Exceptionally Responsive Support”
What do you like best about QA Wolf?

What I like about QA Wolf is both the software platform and the staff support. The software has helped us improve our QA automation coverage and gives us better visibility into our regression testing. It has been useful in helping us scale automated testing across key workflows without adding too much manual overhead.

The UI is simple, clean and easy for us to navigate, which makes it easier for our team to review test runs, understand failures, and track automation progress without needing a lot of extra hand-holding.

The QA Wolf team has also been very responsive, collaborative and very easy to work with. Brandon/Eunice and their staff are quick to answer questions, help with test issues, and support our team when we need updates or clarification. Overall, the combination of the automation platform and the responsive staff has made QA Wolf a valuable partner for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

One area where QA Wolf could continue to add value is by providing even more proactive reporting and insights as our automation coverage grows. The platform is already helpful and easy to use, but additional visibility into coverage trends and recommended next areas for automation would make it even stronger.

Overall, this is not a major concern, but more of an opportunity to further strengthen an already positive partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?

QA Wolf is helping us improve and scale our QA automation coverage without placing as much manual burden on our internal teams.

The biggest problem it helps solve is making regression testing more efficient and consistent across key workflows. Instead of relying heavily on manual testing, QA Wolf gives us better automated coverage and visibility into test results, which helps our squads identify issues earlier and have more confidence in release readiness.

It also benefits us through the combination of an easy-to-use platform and a responsive support team. Their UI makes it simple to review test runs and failures, while their staff helps us move quickly when we need support, clarification, or updates.

Overall, QA Wolf helps us strengthen our QA process, improve test coverage and support faster deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
