“eliable Platform for Mobile and Web Testing Across Real Devices”
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Automated testing on BrowserStack for both our mobile applications and web platforms has been very beneficial for our organisation. It helps us catch bugs early and report them quickly. With frequent changes and continuous deployments across multiple integration releases, I run daily sanity tests to make sure everything is working as expected. BrowserStack has significantly reduced the manual effort involved, and it requires minimal intervention from our side. The integration with CircleCI and Firebase for both manual and automated testing was also smooth and easy to set up.

Whenever we run into issues with BrowserStack, their support team responds promptly and resolves them within the committed SLA timelines. We’ve also been assigned a dedicated account manager who stays in touch regularly, keeps us informed about new features and product updates, and shares timely information about platform upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

From a pricing perspective, this solution can feel expensive for smaller teams or organisations with limited testing budgets, especially when higher parallel execution capacity is needed. That said, when I weigh the device coverage, the infrastructure savings, and the testing capabilities it offers, the overall value still outweighs the cost challenges for our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

BrowserStack addresses one of the biggest challenges for our organisation: testing across a wide range of real Android and iOS devices without having to maintain a physical device lab. With App Live, we can instantly access different devices and OS versions in just a few clicks, saving a significant amount of time and effort during test execution.

Another major advantage is being able to run both web and mobile automation suites on BrowserStack’s cloud infrastructure. We use Automation Pro and App Automate as part of our CI/CD pipeline, integrated with CircleCI. Whenever a new build is deployed to the staging environment, automated tests are triggered automatically. This allows us to perform thorough QA validation before every release, catch issues early, and reduce the number of bugs that reach production.

BrowserStack also provides detailed test reports, screenshots, videos, and error logs, which makes troubleshooting much easier. When defects are reported by the QA team, these insights help us pinpoint the root cause faster and collaborate effectively with developers to resolve issues.

The cloud-based platform has improved our overall productivity by removing the need for device setup, ongoing maintenance, and manual app installation. Integration with Firebase is especially helpful because it lets us access and install the required application builds directly, making the testing process more efficient.

A feature that adds significant value for us is the ability to test across multiple devices simultaneously. Comparing application behaviour side by side on Android and iOS devices helps us validate platform-specific functionality, spot inconsistencies quickly, and deliver a better user experience across all supported devices.

Overall, BrowserStack has helped us accelerate testing cycles, improve release quality, reduce infrastructure overhead, and increase confidence in every deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“GitHub Makes Collaboration and CI/CD Seamless with Powerful Integrations”
What do you like best about GitHub?

I appreciate GitHub for its exceptional ability to streamline collaboration and version control across development teams. The Pull Request workflow is polished and intuitive, making code reviews structured, transparent, and easy to manage. GitHub’s ecosystem — especially Actions, Issues, and integrated CI/CD — transforms project management into a seamless, automated experience. The platform’s reliability, clean interface, and powerful integrations make it an indispensable tool in any modern development workflow. My experience with AI and its automated features has been a mix of impressive capabilities and noticeable limitations. On the positive side, AI has significantly improved my workflow by accelerating repetitive tasks, generating creative ideas, and helping me explore unconventional solutions in programming challenges. It often provides insights or approaches that I wouldn’t have considered on my own, which makes problem‑solving faster and more efficient.

However, AI tools can still be inconsistent, especially in areas that require precision or strong visual structure. Automated UI generation, for example, tends to produce layouts that need extensive manual correction, and the output doesn’t always align with real design standards. Additionally, some automated features struggle with complex or ambiguous requests, which means I sometimes have to redo the work manually.

Overall, AI has become a valuable assistant in my development process, but it still requires careful oversight and isn’t fully reliable for tasks that demand high accuracy or refined visual design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GitHub?

While GitHub is an exceptional platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features — especially around enterprise‑level automation and security — are locked behind higher‑tier plans, which limits flexibility for smaller teams. The interface can also feel slow or cluttered when navigating large repositories with many branches, issues, or pull requests. Additionally, GitHub Actions sometimes requires deep YAML knowledge, making complex workflows harder to maintain.

One major concern for me is customer support responsiveness. When I encounter a serious issue and open a support ticket, it often takes months before I receive any meaningful reply. This delay makes it difficult to resolve critical problems in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GitHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

GitHub solves several critical challenges in modern software development. It provides a reliable and structured way to manage version control, ensuring that every change is tracked, documented, and reversible. This eliminates confusion around code updates and makes collaboration far more efficient. The Pull Request workflow helps maintain code quality by enabling clear reviews, discussions, and approvals before merging.

GitHub also centralizes project management through Issues, Discussions, and integrated CI/CD pipelines with Actions, allowing me to automate builds, tests, and deployments without relying on external tools. This reduces operational overhead and keeps the entire development lifecycle in one place. Overall, GitHub gives me a more organized, secure, and productive environment for building and maintaining software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Postman Makes API Development, Testing, and Debugging Fast and Easy”
What do you like best about Postman?

What I like best about Postman is how easy it makes API development, testing, and debugging. It lets me organize API collections, manage environments, automate test cases, and quickly validate API responses, which saves a lot of development time and improves collaboration across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postman?

One limitation I've experienced with Postman is that managing large API collections and environments can become difficult as projects grow. When working with multiple AI services and backend APIs, collections can get cluttered, making navigation and maintenance more time-consuming. In addition, collaboration features like advanced governance, reporting, and workspace management are more useful in the paid plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Overall, these are minor drawbacks, and they don't outweigh the value Postman provides for API development and testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postman solving and how is that benefiting you?

Postman solves the challenge of validating and debugging APIs before they are integrated into our applications. In our AI-powered insurance document processing project, I use it to test APIs for document uploads, policy data extraction, authentication, and backend integrations. It allows me to quickly verify request and response data, identify issues early, and ensure APIs work correctly before deployment. This has reduced debugging time, improved API reliability, and accelerated the delivery of AI features, resulting in a more stable and efficient development process. “Safer Production Rollouts with Instant Feature Toggles and Precise Targeting”
What do you like best about LaunchDarkly?

LaunchDarkly has made it much safer to test new features in production by rolling them out to a small percentage of users first, rather than deploying changes to everyone at once. Being able to toggle features on or off instantly without redeploying code has sped up testing cycles significantly, especially when validating changes to trip flow or platform functionality before a full rollout. The targeting rules for controlling exactly who sees a given feature, whether by user segment or percentage, have made testing much more precise than relying on separate staging environments alone. The dashboard makes it easy to monitor flag status and adjust rollouts on the fly without needing a developer to make code changes for every adjustment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly?

Managing a growing number of feature flags over time requires discipline to clean up ones that are no longer needed, otherwise the codebase accumulates unnecessary complexity. Pricing scales with usage and seats, which can get expensive as the number of flags and monthly active users grows. The initial setup for integrating flags cleanly into existing code took some restructuring, especially for parts of the codebase that weren't originally built with feature flagging in mind. Some of the more advanced targeting and experimentation features have a learning curve before getting full value out of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you?

LaunchDarkly has let us test new features on a small subset of real users before a full rollout, catching issues early without risking a broken experience for everyone on the platform. This has made deploying changes to core functionality, like trip flow updates, much safer, since we can instantly disable a feature if something goes wrong instead of needing an emergency rollback and redeploy. What do you dislike about Gearset DevOps?

We would all like for it to be able to be faster, but it is getting better, and vastly better than traditional tools. I would like to be able to more easily accommodate refreshing sandboxes in the pipeline (or hot-swapping). No real dislikes, just feature requests, I guess! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gearset DevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowing our team to be able to work across the globe, on projects that may or may not overlap in terms of metadata components that we touch, while not hindering our ability to deploy changes. “Extending RPA Capabilities with Agentic AI”
What do you like best about UiPath Agentic Automation?

Having worked extensively with the UiPath ecosystem, what I appreciate most about UiPath Agentic Automation is its ability to automate processes that go beyond rule-based tasks. We have used it in scenarios involving document processing and decision-making workflows, where AI agents can understand context and take actions with minimal human intervention. Since it is tightly integrated with existing UiPath products, the learning curve was relatively smooth for our team. From an ROI perspective, we started seeing value fairly quickly as it reduced manual effort, improved processing speed, and allowed teams to focus on higher-value activities. While the pricing may appear premium initially, especially for organizations just starting their automation journey, the overall return justifies the investment when deployed for enterprise-scale and complex business processes. It has helped us design more intelligent and scalable automation solutions while significantly reducing manual effort across critical workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UiPath Agentic Automation?

While UiPath Agentic Automation is powerful, there is still a learning curve when moving from traditional RPA to agent-based automation. Designing and troubleshooting agent workflows requires a different mindset, and debugging can sometimes be challenging due to the dynamic nature of AI responses. The licensing cost may also be on the higher side for smaller teams. That said, most of these challenges are manageable with proper training and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UiPath Agentic Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

UiPath Agentic Automation is helping us address business processes that require contextual understanding and dynamic decision-making, which were challenging to automate using traditional RPA. We are using it in document processing and workflow orchestration scenarios, where AI agents analyze information, make decisions, and trigger the appropriate actions. As a result, we have reduced manual intervention, improved processing speed, and achieved better operational efficiency while expanding automation coverage across complex business processes. What do you like best about ACCELQ?

The locator-free approach for identifying UI elements using natural language helps me script in less time during the implementation phase. It has also saved time later and kept maintenance low as the application evolves and integrates with different platforms. The solution engineers from the accelq team are extraordinary, and their expertise really helped us get the implementation completed smoothly. Pricing-wise, they are not too expensive and sit in the mid-range, with very good community and training support. Test execution is managed by agents, which feels seamless and delivers strong reporting outcomes that can be understood by both technical and non-technical teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACCELQ?

While the product documentation is solid, I’ve noticed that community-driven resources such as blogs, tutorials, YouTube videos, and real-world implementation examples are still somewhat limited compared to more established automation platforms. Expanding the community ecosystem and encouraging more shared examples would make it even easier for new users to learn the platform and adopt it with confidence. Solves the regular testing that is needed when we do new features or changes to our features. Our applications are new and we have a small team. Having QA Wolf fills the gap for small teams. We struggle with regular testing as we do not have a dedicated QA group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive, great integrations and test case management”
What do you like best about Qase?

I found the UI very clean and intuitive. The custom fields support is excellent, with plenty of options and configuration flexibility. The integration with Jira and testing frameworks is also a strong point, as well as the MCP support, which makes today’s AI-oriented programming and workflows feel smooth and easy.

The Starter Tier is priced really well for the features it offers, and it stands out compared with other tools that provide fewer features for more expensive subscriptions. The demo project also helped me understand how Qase works and how it fits into the different workflows across the testing process.

Coming from using spreadsheets with Gherkin-formatted test cases, being able to import them via a CSV file makes migration from our old system to this tool incredibly fast and straightforward, improving greatly the speed and pace of the testing process from start to finish. What do you dislike about Qase?

So far, I haven’t found anything to dislike, as it is a great improvement over our team's old processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Test case repository management is better overall. The integration with Jira and MCP speeds up test case creation and helps me create new cases more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Keploy Makes API Testing Easier and increase dev productivity!”
What do you like best about Keploy?

One of the things I appreciate most about Keploy is how it prioritizes the developer experience. Instead of relying on manual test creation, it captures actual API interactions to generate meaningful test cases automatically, making the testing process far more efficient and seamless. I’m also drawn to its collaborative open-source community and its strong focus on engineering excellence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keploy?

Nothing sort of such to dislike in keploy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Personally I have dealt with the problem of first finding the actual production flows in the application , and then writing tests for it , needed manual intervention, keploy helps me to reduce the time on testing while automatically finding the flows, and helping the robust release for the application at each deployment! “Effortless Automation and Robust Pipeline Management”
What do you like best about Bitrise Mobile DevOps Platform?

I like that Bitrise Mobile DevOps Platform is well maintained. The images being up-to-date is really helpful for maintaining my applications. The setup was straightforward for me, particularly since I had some prior experience with it at a different company. Automating tasks and setting up different workflows instead of doing things manually is a big plus. It's effective in ensuring pipelines are working and prevents new additions from breaking the existing master branch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
