## Appcircle Reviews
  ### 1. Documentation and Support Make Advanced Pipeline Setup Straightforward

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oğuzhan K. | Executive Committee Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

Which features do you use most? (build pipelines, distribution, code signing, testing, etc.)
What impressed you the most? (speed, easy setup, self-hosted option, integrations, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

The initial setup and configuration of advanced pipeline steps can take a bit of time to get familiar with, but the documentation and support team make the process straightforward once you get started.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Appcircle, we managed our mobile CI/CD with a mix of Fastlane scripts and Jenkins pipelines. It worked, but it was fragile and increasingly difficult to maintain as the team grew. Our build processes were heavily manual, error-prone, and didn’t offer proper access control. Appcircle brought everything together into a single, unified, auditable workflow. Since migrating, we’ve significantly reduced build-related errors, shortened our release cycles, and gained clear visibility into who does what across the pipeline. The security and role-management features alone made the move worthwhile.

  ### 2. Fast, Easy-to-Use CI/CD with Great Support and Smooth GitHub & Slack Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serkan S. | Android Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

The interface is very easy to use, and you can quickly access everything you need. We received especially fast support during the Appcircle migration process. Thanks to the GitHub and Slack integrations, we can manage package creation and release preparation without even opening the Appcircle interface. Its overall performance speed is quite impressive. Once the setup is completed, almost everything runs automatically. It fully delivers what we expect from a CI/CD tool, and the pricing is also very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

For now, there’s nothing I dislike about it. It meets all of my needs.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Appcircle to build and distribute the test and release packages for our Android and iOS applications. In particular, with Appcircle Custom Script and Jira automation, we automatically add a comment to Jira when a package is ready.

  ### 3. A Huge Time Saver for Solo Founders Shipping Mobile Apps Frequently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erhan Y. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

What I like most about Appcircle is how much it simplifies and automates the entire mobile CI/CD process. As a solo entrepreneur and startup founder, speed is critical for me. I ship updates frequently and move very fast thanks to AI-assisted development. Appcircle makes it very easy to automate iOS builds, code signing, versioning, testing, and publishing. Instead of spending time manually building the app and uploading it to TestFlight or the App Store, everything runs automatically through the pipeline. It saves a huge amount of time and lets me focus on product development.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

So far, I haven't encountered any major issues. The platform is quite powerful, and most of the workflows are straightforward once you understand how the pipeline works. If anything, the initial setup can take a little time when configuring signing and build settings for the first time, especially for iOS projects, but after that everything runs smoothly.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appcircle solves the problem of manual mobile build and release management. Previously, I had to build the app locally, handle signing, upload it to TestFlight, and manage releases manually every time I wanted to ship a new version. Since I release frequently, this process quickly became inefficient. With Appcircle, the entire pipeline is automated—from build to distribution. This allows me to release updates much faster and with less effort, which is extremely valuable for a fast-moving startup where iteration speed matters a lot.

  ### 4. Simplifies CI/CD with Custom Scripting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hazar A. | Founder, Manufacturing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

I love how Appcircle provides a great pipeline to serve iOS instantly. The automation it offers is impressive, and I can write custom scripts to tailor my work, which I find to be a winning feature. The site is surprisingly fast and responsive, with pages opening quickly. I appreciate the user interface, as even though pipelines are usually complicated at first, Appcircle's UI makes it easy to figure out. It's easier and more configurable than what I used before, and I was able to set up my publishing automated work in just an hour.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

Literally nothing!

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Appcircle to ship my app easily with its automated pipelines. The custom scripting feature allows me to tailor processes to my needs, making deployment fast and configurable.

  ### 5. Appcircle Simplifies Mobile CI/CD with an Intuitive, Time-Saving Workflow

Appcircle has a clean and easy to use interface. The platform simplifies the CI/CD process and makes it easy to automate builds and deployments for our mobile applications. It helps speed up development and reduces manual steps in the build pipeline. Distribution is also very convenient, as testers and clients can easily install the builds.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

Some areas of the documentation could be improved, especially for more advanced configurations. At times the platform experiences occasional downtime or temporary unavailability. Additionally, the pricing can feel a bit high for smaller teams or projects.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us automate the mobile app build and deployment process through a CI/CD pipeline. Previously, builds and distributions required several manual steps. With Appcircle, we can automatically build the application, manage different environments, and distribute builds easily to testers and clients. This saves time, reduces manual errors, and helps our team release updates faster.

  ### 6. Streamlined Mobile Development with Customizable Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eren . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

I use Appcircle as an end-to-end mobile CI/CD and DevOps platform. It helps manage build automation, code signing, testing, and distribution processes efficiently. I appreciate how Appcircle streamlines our release cycles, reduces manual workload, and gives better control over our delivery pipeline, significantly improving our development workflow and productivity. The flexibility and easy customization allow us to tailor workflows to our needs. I truly appreciate the responsive and supportive team who are always solution-oriented and invested in our success. The integration with version control systems ensures a seamless connection between development, testing, and release, making our workflow efficient and coordinated. The initial setup was straightforward and easy, thanks to the intuitive interface. I also value the continuous improvements from the team.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

I think Appcircle could benefit from expanding some advanced documentation and in-app guidance for more complex configurations. Having more detailed examples or best practice quotes for advanced use cases could make onboarding and optimization even smoother. Step-by-step examples for advanced CI/CD scenarios, such as complex workflow configurations or multi-environment setups, would be very helpful. Short video tutorials or real-world samples could also make advanced features even more accessible. Continuous in-app tips for advanced settings could further enhance the user experience, especially for new team members.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Appcircle as our mobile CI/CD platform. It centralizes and automates build, testing, and distribution, streamlining release cycles and reducing manual workload. The flexibility in customization and responsive support significantly improve our development workflow and productivity.

  ### 7. Effortless CI/CD for React Native—Seamless Integration and Time-Saving Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmet Çağlar D. | Sr. Mobile Software Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

As a React Native developer, what I like most about Appcircle is how smoothly it handles the entire CI/CD flow for both iOS and Android without requiring complex manual setup. The integration with React Native projects is straightforward, and the environment variable management makes multi-environment builds incredibly easy. The iOS signing and provisioning automation is a huge time-saver compared to managing certificates manually. The build logs are clear, real-time, and very helpful when debugging native issues. The customizable pipeline steps, drag-and-drop workflow editor, and fast build machines significantly speed up our delivery process.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

There are only a few areas that could be improved. For more advanced React Native or monorepo setups, I would prefer more granular control over caching strategies, especially for node_modules, Pods, and Gradle caches. Sometimes the UI can feel slightly slow when switching between build history or pipeline views. Also, adding deeper analytics around build performance (average build time, cache hit rates, failed step metrics, etc.) would be helpful for optimizing pipelines. However, none of these are blockers for daily use.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appcircle solves several pain points that React Native teams face when managing both iOS and Android builds. It eliminates the complexity of dealing with native build environments, provisioning profiles, certificates, local machine inconsistencies, and custom scripts. Instead of maintaining separate CI setups for Android and iOS, everything runs in a unified cloud environment. Automatic signing, environment variable management, and pipeline steps significantly reduce manual errors and speed up our release process. This saves our team a lot of time, especially when preparing builds for QA, staging, and production. As a result, our delivery workflow is faster, more reliable, and requires much less maintenance.

  ### 8. A truly plug-and-play CI/CD platform that scales with fintech-grade demands

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uygar . | Head of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

What I like best about Appcircle is how effortlessly it fits into our engineering workflow. From the first setup to daily use, everything feels natural, reliable, and thoughtfully designed. It eliminates the friction often seen in CI/CD tools — builds just work, integrations connect smoothly, and support is always responsive when we need it. The platform keeps improving at a steady pace, adding meaningful features without ever feeling bloated. It’s one of those rare tools that scales gracefully with both the team and the product.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

What I dislike about Appcircle is mostly minor — the documentation for advanced YAML and custom workflows could be more detailed, especially for complex enterprise setups. Also, role-based access control could use finer granularity for large teams, or maybe it’s already there and I just haven’t discovered it yet. Other than that, the overall experience has been consistently solid and reliable.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started our journey with GitHub Actions, and honestly, it was painful — constant YAML edits, fragile pipelines, and endless signing configuration issues. Appcircle completely changed that experience. It’s fast, reliable, and genuinely built for mobile teams. Everything just works out of the box — from builds to signing and distribution. You can feel it’s made by people who truly understand the daily challenges of mobile developers. Appcircle saves us hours every week and brings real peace of mind to our release process.

Since the product is constantly evolving and is being developed frequently, updating it takes time, but this way, we have an up-to-date product that is constantly updated.

**Reviewed by:** Yusuf D. | iOS Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

The best part to me is all I need to do is push the code through the related branch. After setting a simple rule, the project will pass the build, test, send to TestFlight, send to AppStore steps. It's so clean and useful.
The product is also useful for Indie Developers like me.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

The design may be better. I also wish to see some responses when there is a mistake by my input.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appcircle solves the lack of the pipeline after the development is done. It helps me to save time at the testing and publishing steps.

  ### 30. Best Solution for Your Problems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kağan . | Software Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

It takes so much of worthless work of app development away and makes you focus on the part of the effort that brings value to your business with high stability and robustness. Moreover, it is always up to date. So, after a new XCode version is released Appcircle immediately updates itself accordingly without giving you any need to change anything in your work. Cloud builds are highly robust to environmental errors and Appcircle brings vital consistency there. It is especially crucial tool if you work in teams.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

Using such a tool requires some getting used to. Developers who do everything by themselves may not mentally be ready to leave redundant work behind.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using it, you get more time for the core business which is developing the app itself rather than dealing with human or environmental errors. It eliminates many errors and makes many of your work organized and automated.

  ### 31. CI/CD process for mobile platform has never been easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erhan Y. | Lead Software Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

First of all, it's really hard to find a properly working CI / CD tool for mobile environments. Appcircle not only works smoothly, it is also very easy to build and distribute apps for both iOS and Android environments.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

It has not given us any trouble so far. Sometimes it takes time to build however I think this is normal when you are developing something for mobile operating systems.

**Recommendations to others considering Appcircle:**

Appcircle solves the issues about mobile development. If you are looking for a CI/CD tool, you should look for another one. However if all your work is based on iOS and Android mobile devices, then Appcircle is a "must" for whole development process.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While developing products for mobile environments, we run the entire process from creating a profile to running the software on the emulator with Appcircle. It is too difficult for us to test a code written on a computer live in a mobile environment at every change. Appcircle makes our job quite easy at this stage and handles the entire pipeline process for us. Also signing identities, certifications and keystores are easily solved issues with Appcircle.

  ### 32. Works Fine for QA Tests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hatice P. | electronic, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

It is much less costly to use Appcircle than owning lots of devices. I highly recommend it to developers that want to test their apps with many devices.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

You need to contact Appcircle sales team for an emulator plan that has enough limitations for you. The one you can purchase without connecting to them is not going to be enough for you for sure

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appcircle helped us get rid of the need for many devices for QA tests. The emulator is accessed by all of our team members and anyone seeing any issue with the app can immediately return a feedback, with an option to attach screenshot of the device. So you don’t need to own multiple devices to test your apps, Appcircle’s emulator has them all and you can access them anywhere.

  ### 33. The Solution You Should Get

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hakan M. | Mobile developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

Appcircle has everything what other tools have. Additionally, there are signing identity management and emulator/simulator. Appcircle still has room for improvement even though it is not lacking anything.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

Carrying your project to such a tool is hard thing to do. However, Appcircle is very easy to figure out. They also provide onboarding sessions to help you get running.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every mobile app development team should tap into a tool like Appcircle. The conventional CI/CD tools are much less convenient for mobile app development. Appcircle gives you the option to build your app, share it with testers and see it on emulator. You don’t need separate tools to do all these. It also takes the burden of managing your keystores, provisioning profiles and certificates. Now you don’t need to worry about their expiration dates.

  ### 34. Very Useful Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ozgur Z. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

Even though Appcircle is new in the market, it’s mature enough to compete with other players. Support team responds within minutes or hours, and documentation is adequate.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

Teams definitely need professional plan since developer plan doesn’t allow team members.

**Recommendations to others considering Appcircle:**

Appcircle is tailored for mobile apps and gives user comprehensive control in CI/CD pipeline to build, deploy and test your app. Triggering endlessly configurable workflows with a push to Github/Bitbucket decreases our workload significantly. Team-work features makes collaboration efficient, but it is available on professional plan.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works much better than generic CI/CD tools. So if you are using other tools for your mobile app development processes, definitely give Appcircle a try.

  ### 35. Necessity for App Developers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

Appcircle makes the app development process much less cumbersome. It also reduces the costs dramatically.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

Simulator seems to be only for trial purposes in free plan although limitations for builds and distribution are sufficient.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the convenience it offers, Appcircle makes the lives of developers much smoother. Not needing any Mac for building your app saves a lot of money. Also you don’t need to think about Xcode version anymore since Appcircle always keeps it up to date. It also comes with simulator that enables you to preview your app without another tool. This is especially needed if you want to present your app to the people that don’t have any tools. With one single URL link, anyone can see how your app runs on any device. Even QA tests can be done there. AWS Device Farm integration will solve your physical device needs alongside many other tools that you can use with Appcircle seamlessly. You can also keep your certificates and provisioning profiles secure in Appcircle’s signing identity manager.

  ### 36. Easy and Effective CI/CD Tool for Mobile Platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Furkan B. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

Good performance and wide feature choice. It was easy to set up, customize and maintain.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

The setup process needs some effort, but it seems impossible to make it easy to set up and customizable at the same time.

**Recommendations to others considering Appcircle:**

Don’t be afraid of speding time on the setup. It is worth in the long run.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appcircle helps you automate your app development process end-to-end. If you can fully benefit from it, you don’t even need to log in. Everything works behind the scenes, automatically. It also has complementary features like signing identity management and emulator.

  ### 37. One mobile CI/CD tool to unite them all

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ercan B. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

The workflows with various steps and the option to develop your own step makes it a perfect tool to unite all the mobile app lifecycle in a single tool. What's more is that the whole workflow can be automated with an easy setup. You don't even need to use the user interface much but it's well-designed and provides a fresh experience.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

The build machines have sufficient performance though I would like to see higher performance options in plans other than the enterprise plan.

**Recommendations to others considering Appcircle:**

Late comer giving better features with acceptable price.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to run a complex pipeline for my mobile app for both for iOS and Android and Appcircle enabled me to create such a pipeline with ease. The workflow feature allowed me to configure the build freely. I didn’t require any additional tools to run a mobile app pipeline for full CI/CD.

  ### 38. Level Up Your Game

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

Appcircle is very convenient. You can easily learn how to use it by exploring yourself. It is very easy to
set your project up and running as well as get your first build right away. If you are still not stuck
somewhere, just reach out to their support team that helps you immediately. You can also direct their
roadmap by giving your feedback and feature requests. Don’t be shocked if they immediately add the
feature you just requested.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

At the beginning it is quite scary to try and learn such a product. But, other alternatives are even harder
to learn.

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Don’t be scared of changing the way you work. After starting using Appcircle, you will regret that you
were not using it before.

  ### 39. Start-up-friendly mobile DevOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Appcircle?**

Appcircle is a highly capable mobile CI tool and it meets all the needs of a growing start-up like ours. We don't have the resources to set up and manage multiple tools for a mobile CI solution and Appcircle provides all the features in a nifty package. They are able to fulfill their motto of CI CD for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Appcircle?**

The product is still new, so some small features are still being shipped though it is good that it is shaped based on our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Appcircle:**

Easy of use
All-in-one Mobile CI/CD Platform

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't want to set up a complex mobile CI and CD flow with custom tools and such. Appcircle came in handy just in time. We set up our pipelines easily. The product itself does not require any set up or maintenance. For instance, just recently, they provided support for Xcode 12 on the first release date. Without Appcircle, it would be utter chaos for us.

  ### 40. A real timesaver for Mobile CI

Small improvements like copying configurations can be considered, but nothing major.

**Recommendations to others considering Appcircle:**

A very good CI/CD platform for any software quality Engineer to use on their automated testing framework

**What problems is Appcircle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a cost and time saver for the mobile app build and deployment process. It helps us simplify these complicated processes and reduces the need for intervention or local operations. Just as they advertise, we can build and get apps just in a few minutes.
