I do feel the parts ordering aspect can get confusing sometimes and not always work the way I would hope. Sometimes when trying to order parts through AutoLeap, the portal to the supplier's website doesn't always work properly. Another thing I would like to see is the ability to save and print tax reports and other statements as a PDF. For the info we give to the accountants, it only lets us export to Excel. Since we’re a transmission shop, we use the canned jobs and sell the transmission as a complete unit. For inventory purposes, it would be helpful to track the cost and the specific parts we used to build it, without generating a huge parts list for the customer.
