AutoLeap is helping us with many problems as a new shop. Customer and vehicle information tracking, estimate creation, inventory tracking, invoicing and payments. The least helpful thing I have found so far are 2 different features.

1) Your customer must be checked as Eligible for AR in order to push over... I'm not entirely sure why they wouldnt be but all of ours are I feel it should be reversed it should auto be checked and uncheck it if they are not. There are more customers that are going to pay than not. When you have several people in the office and not following after yourself its hard to get everyone on board. With checking this one box, that puts a dead holt on transferring transactions over to AR.

2) Applying 1 check to multiple transactions. I hate that when a customer wants a paid transaction I can enter it to show its paid, but then I have to void it because if they have 2 invoices it will show the same check number with a different amt and not blend in the end having to reenter correctly directly into QB. Maybe its the third party program but I feel there should be some way of making this work.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is not as customizable as we'd like, especially with messaging on the widgets that can feel stale after some time. I would love it if this messaging could be customized or even just rotated, so it was not the same message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are getting customers to stay on our website longer by utilizing PERQ quiz widgets, creating gamification of our site almost. We also can identify how many users submitted information through PERQ and were matched to a sale, as well as users who were not matched to a sale who we can remarket across various channels. The biggest caveat with Conquest will apply to dealers with multiple stores that carry the same franchises. Unfortunately, you cannot set up buckets to mirror across stores. So, if you've got multiple Chevrolet dealers and you want to price them exactly the same you will have to do this manually per dealer. It's concerning to me that this still isn't a feature with Conquest considering how many dealers across the nation have multiple stores with the same OEMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After having used other products, I really believe that Conquest is the one to go with. That said, if you're not already using vAuto as your inventory solution then Conquest is likely not the route you'll want to go. Keep in mind that Conquest is part of the vAuto group of solutions so it's best utilized with the rest of vAuto's features and integrated across your websites as one solution as opposed to multiple vendors (speaking from experience). Obviously, nobody wants to price hundreds of new cars manually. Conquest allows you to price all of your vehicles down to the specifications you decide upon and then export that price and applicable incentives. This alone is well worth the money for the program as it saves me time when we set up pricing strategies. Conquest also allows you to track specific competitors based on data pulled from across the internet and compare it against your pricing to ensure that you're keeping up with the market. Shopmonkey 2.0 added a few nice features... but mostly increased the hardship of using the software...within first 2 hours of using the new software I had a conversation with Judy ( which has since vanished from the face of the earth apparently) and I mentioned no less than 10 glitches/bugs/functionality problems.... roughly 2 months ago...since then.... NOT A SINGLE THING HAS BEEN RECTIFIED.

The downsides of CCC in my opinion is that if you work with fleet, you cannot make a profile for them so anytime you schedule their vehicles in you have to retype all of the same information. I hope they solve this asap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CCC is very helpful at solving scheduling problems. It has a great calendar feature to book each customer into the system on the day that they are scheduled, and you input all of their information then so you do not have to go back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
