What do you like best about Car Wars?

I have used Carwars and their associated products for over 10 years now, 15 years when accounting for Call Measurement and the product that existed for Carwars. I love the user interface in the backend tool, and the quality of the product combined with the ease of use. That said, the best thing about Carwars is the level of service you receive from their representatives to ensure you're meeting your goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Car Wars?

Not applicable. Their texting functionality and integration into the CRM was not the best in the past, but they are quickly improving that product and service to adapt to today's consumer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Car Wars solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're improving both our inbound and outbound call processes using their CRISP reporting, and we're getting a much-improved ROI analysis from our marketing sources by knowing the number of phone leads that are generated from those sources, helping us to evaluate which vendors are generating quality traffic and sales. What do you like best about Car Wars?

If you don't have a good representative/account manager then you wont have the knowledge to use this tool to the maximum of its abilities. What do you dislike about Car Wars?

Just would like training videos about the tool "helpful tips" every time some one logs in. Different ones every time to help the salesman gain knowledge on how it works. Or even an on-site training just with them. But car wars has been very helpful when i need help or have a concern Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Car Wars solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving Tracking lines, where to spend our marketing dollars depending on how many calls/connections we get with that source. We also use it for training purposes- how to speak to customers and overcome objections. Call back soft appointments and make them firm. Also how to pursue opportunities still in the market.
