I love the user interface in the backend tool, and the quality of the product combined with the ease of use. If you don't have a good representative/account manager then you won't have the knowledge to use this tool to the maximum of its abilities. Just would like training videos about the tool "helpful tips" every time someone logs in. Different ones every time to help the salesman gain knowledge on how it works.
