I am able to find phone calls quickly and use that to train and coach team members for improvement. **What do you dislike about Car Wars?** As a user, I currently do not have any dislikes. I use the product to strictly search for phone calls when a situation pops up. I am able to do that easily. **What problems is Car Wars solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us listen to calls from our call center to make sure they are explaining things properly. It also helps us listen to phone calls from customers to confirm if they indeed said what they are claiming they did. ### 2. I love the user interface in the backend tool, and the quality of the product combined with the ease of use. That said, the best thing about Carwars is the level of service you receive from their representatives to ensure you're meeting your goals. **What do you dislike about Car Wars?** Not applicable. Knowing what this tool can accomplish and track has been the way to execute customers who are still in the market. Judson Jones is EXTREMELY HELPFUL !! **What do you dislike about Car Wars?** Just would like training videos about the tool "helpful tips" every time some one logs in. Different ones every time to help the salesman gain knowledge on how it works. Or even an on-site training just with them. But car wars has been very helpful when i need help or have a concern **Recommendations to others considering Car Wars:** This is the best phone tracking system I have encountered yet. **What problems is Car Wars solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving Tracking lines, where to spend our marketing dollars depending on how many calls/connections we get with that source. We also use it for training purposes- how to speak to customers and overcome objections. Call back soft appointments and make them firm. Also how to pursue opportunities still in the market. Best thing is that we can recover any missed calls from customers and make sure they have been helped. ### 8.
