**What do you like best about PERQ?**

Perq has been a helpful tool to engage site visitors and keep them on our site longer than they might have been without the tool. We love working with our account rep to monitor performance, as well as get customized reports that help us target our marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

Sometimes it is not as customizable as we'd like, especially with messaging on the widgets that can feel stale after some time. I would love it if this messaging could be customized or even just rotated, so it was not the same message.

**What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting customers to stay on our website longer by utilizing PERQ quiz widgets, creating gamification of our site almost. We also can identify how many users submitted information through PERQ and were matched to a sale, as well as users who were not matched to a sale who we can remarket across various channels.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

Adding leads and setting appointments is easy and well organized.  Makes setting up meetings a breeze.  Being able to search throughout existing customer lists and see product information geared towards what the client was looking at is amazing.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

I dislike the fact that it doesnt have a live updating system.  Say I Mark a web lead and Won/Lost.  I have to go back to the main menu and go back to my sales leads to refresh and see whom I have marked to get off the list and who is still to be persued.

**What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its an all in one web lead system that keeps it simple and doesnt over stimlulate its user.  Easy platform to train someone on.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

Purchase cycle indicator. Good to know how close to purchasing the customer is. It also gives them a pretty accurate and dealer-friendly range. It also says their next step in the process. Their preferred contact method is, whether that be call, text, email, or just coming into the dealership and talking face to face. That helps to know how to best approach the customer and provide the best experience possible. That is the most important thing.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

Sometimes it is not exactly what kind of vehicle they are interested in. As with any other trade tool, there will always be the outlier where the value the customer is shown is not close to what we believe the vehicle's actual cash value is. But that is just something you have to risk when having something like this on the website.

**Recommendations to others considering PERQ:**

Be prepared to have people that are capable of handling the lead correctly. The tool provides a lot of information, and it will be waster if the staff does not utilize

**What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its ability to generate a very high volume of leads is impressive. It gives us a large pool of customers to work with and hopefully turn into a sale down the road.  It also helps us not go after a customer too aggressively if they indicate they are not necessarily looking to purchase soon.  If we can still nurture the relationship and make them into satisfied customers down the road, it is worth it.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

The best things about PERQ is the team behind it. They have a vision for what online shopping should be that is hard to come by in online companies. The team is always on top of things and constantly improving the product. Before I signed up with them, I was so skeptical they would be able to deliver them on their claims (because they were very high) I had them write them in as guarantees in my contract. A year and a half later and they have far exceeded their original promises! 

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

The only negative I could come up with is they spend so much time and effort investing in making specific areas outstanding that sometimes other areas (like integrations and clientside reporting, at the time of this writing) are left in the cold a little bit. But they have promised me they are working on solutions in the near future, which I have no reason to doubt because they have always delivered.

**What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PERQ has helped us not only capture way more leads and start more conversations with customers earlier in the process, but they have given us much more insight into our consumer than we would have ever had without them.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

It's easy to use and navigate. Our customers enjoy it and it generates a fair amount of leads. They easy to read and navigate and they provide more insight than normal trade leads. Not only do we get to see the value they were given, but we can also often see where they're at in the buying cycle, we can get physical address information and more that helps us be better informed and better tailor our follow-up to these customer in particular. I don't know of another trade tool that is quite like it.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

There isn't much to not like.  The only thing that could possibly be improved is that when it enters into our CRM, it doesn't automatically upload the miles into the lead like other trade tools. We have to click the link to go to the perq page (which we usually do anyway!) and then we can see the mileage of the vehicle. This is a small issue in comparison to all other things that PERQ does right.

It's definitely worth a try if you are looking for an easy to use trade tool that generates a good amount of traffic.

It's super helpful in giving our customers an easy way to get a trade evaluation and provide additional details about themselves and where they're at in the buying process.

Perq has a great team that is helping us build our customer experience on our website more efficient and memorable. 

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

The only thing we are not crazy about is the VIP program we are being enforced to use. I do not see this being consistent with our team so I do not believe we should push and market this as much. 

**Recommendations to others considering PERQ:**

I recommend using Perq if you are looking to expand your lead base. If you are looking for potential clients I would recommend adding Perq to your website to keep the customer engaged and on your website long enough to grow interest in your product.

We are in the process of creating a strong working team to be beneficial for our leads for the stores and online.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

We started with PERQ in  September 2019. The goal was to give a better website experience, and to drive more sales from our website. Well I'm here to tell you it did both! Since September we have increased between 10-15% every month since. Managed properly, and with motivated staff to make more money PERQ has become an extremely valuable tool in our tool belt

There is nothing at this time, we stay in constant contact with Perq to resolve anything needed

Able to see attribution of sales.  Able to see what the customer journey is.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

Needs more reporting & fine tuning on the notifications for the sales staff.  Regardless of if they have something open on their desktop, their phones should still send notifications.

If you're looking to show attribution or implement a CRM, would definitely recommend.

The main problem is attribution for sales people for commission.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

Implementation was a breeze and I have had a great relationship with my client success manager since day 1.  The product has proven our websites are our top source now that we have a way to engage customers. Bounce rates have improved and leads and tours are up.  

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

One time I asked them to customize my experiences to allow prospects to be able to translate the product into multiple languages to help engage a larger audience and they couldn’t say yes just yet.

Initially I investigated PERQ because I had an alarming number of web traffic with next to no leads submitted.   We saw an increase in leads on all the sites we implemented the experiences.

I love how PERQ is able to serve up relevant content and engage the user to share more information about their wants and needs. It allows us to personalize our conversations and create a stronger customer journey.

PERQ does not drive new leads, it just helps with moving them through the funnel.  It would be totally awesome if their platform could also drive more new traffic.

If you are serious about creating a customized customer journey and sincere about wanting to understand your prospects, then PERQ is the way to go! They are able to offer up information to the searcher in ways that engage and improve conversion. A game changer for sure!

We needed to drive leads to achieve more goals. PERQ has helped us improve this by leaps and bounds. We are gathering valuable intelligence about our leads to use when following up. I love that it seamlessly asks the prospect what they are looking for and narrows down their search without overwhelming them with pop-ups. We have seen an increase in qualified leads and an increase in leases generated from our website visits.

I would like the overlay to be able to recognize employee visits such as myself as a property manager so that when we visit our own site we are not considered a prospect view.

I recommend supplying PERQ with the most updated information so that they can best set up your overlay.

I would love to know more about where the prospect currently lives if that could be a question added into the process - knowing where they are now gives us an idea of what they want, if they have leased before, what side of town are they on, etc.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

I like the technology PERQ is leveraging to engage with people who visit websites in a unique and intuitive way. It creates a better experience for the user which translates into better business for us and better metrics for website engagement as a whole. This product is original and advanced in its objective. It's great!

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

There is nothing I dislike so far with this product and the process! Perhaps it would be better if the setup timeframe were shorter, but this is a small complaint and one easily worked around.

**What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've seen more engagement on our apartment community websites, more submissions from prospects with information to reach out, and more leases captured because of it. Metrics for website engagement have also improved including bounce rate, number of page views, and time spent on the website.

It seems like a good idea...We tried it for a year+.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

It just doesn't perform. PERQ blamed us for being to small - not getting enough unique visitors, you need 10K+ per month for it to "work". Very predatory cancellation policy - virtually impossible to cancel. If you'd like more details, feel free to reach out to me.

**Recommendations to others considering PERQ:**

Spend your money and efforts learning /implementing how to build word of mouth recommendations through your successful projects. 

If your a major retailer, selling over $10M/yr and you've got some extra money to throw around - then try it - but watch out for their predatory cancellation policy.

**What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to generate more in home design work. What we got was a lot of people calling wanting to know our hours, and very confused by the PERQ funnel.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

It's an interactive experience for our prospects that gets them engaged about our product before they even speak with us.  It provides us valuable information about the prospect before we speak with them.  This allows us to personalize our interaction with them and be as prepared as possible.  We know details about what they are looking for that a basic contact us form couldn't get.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

We don't always get 2 forms on contact information from the prospects.  Every lead provides an email but phone numbers are always the best way to contact them.  The scheduled appointment spot is easy to miss when we look over leads.  It should be highlighted or italicized to stand out more.  If we could get it integrated with our current CRM, that would be a huge game changer.  If we could put more required spots for them to fill out, it would allow us to get all the major questions answered before hand.

Teach your team to best utilize the information the PERQ experiences provide to complete the sale or transaction.  Continue to communicate with your rep at PERQ to keep the specials current.

It is helping us generate traffic and qualify our prospects before it even reaches our teams.  Our traffic has increased dramatically.  The price in comparison to the income we are gaining from it is huge.

Love the fact it's an overlay product of our own product.  You're not having to log in to another site to update or maintain the site. 

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

It's more of a suggestion than a dislike... make the date of when the Winner will be announced more visible   from when someone signs up.  Meaning on our site, a pop up grabs your attention asking you to sign up to win.

great product, we have seen an increase in qualified traffic and the site makes it easy for the prospect.  Kirk Flatter is our go to for support and he's been amazing!

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

I really like the overlay of the product - it blends in with our website but also elevates it with more function and a modern look. But also the customer service is outstanding. Responses to my emails within minutes and a genuine care is shown through their work. I really appreciate their willingness to help with whatever is needed. Even face to face meetings! Alex Boaz has stopped by to show new product and make sure my entire staff understood the product and where he could improve. That level of dedication goes a long way!  Caitlin Berger has also been such a help and that can't go unnoticed! 

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

At first I thought I would dislike me not being able to edit the site as needed. But time with the product and service has shown that one simple email gets the job done and its one less thing off my never ending to-do list! I have had to ask twice for invoices to be sent over that didn't automatically get sent, but again those were sent over within minutes! 

**Recommendations to others considering PERQ:**

In the Multifamily industry PERQ has been such a help in managing our website to prospects, filtering through the wants and needs of anyone on our site, and getting them to set the appointment and come in! We love the look of the HUB and really see its value each week!

**What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to solve a multitude of questions with our prospects that take up precious time. In todays digital world, these qualifying questions get out of the way online at the prospects convenience and speed 24 hours a day when we can't always get to the phone or email.  With PERQ now added in, prospects can play around with so many unique features that let them feel like they are customizing their apartment search to our community. It is such a benefit! Another huge benefit that we are seeing on a daily basis, is appointments being set. Since adding PERQ, we have seen a complete turn around in not only the actual appointments getting set but prospects are showing up at their set time! In leasing, this is everything!

Perq is a super helpful tool for our leasing agents - allowing them to have more background info about our prospects while offering interactive elements to our site. 

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

I would say the only downside to PERQ is that it doesn't integrate with our CMS and it can be pricey.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

I can't argue with data. The metrics provided show conversions and sales leads driven to my sales people. It is also the easiest and cheapest place to find a drip campaign fully automated to drive previous clients back to the site.These folks are also great to work with. I have a background in digital advertising and was extremely skeptical of this product and those behind the curtain but their work has proven itself and my ROI is off the charts. I also love the team that works there - everyone I speak with is knowledgeable and cares about my company's success.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

I would like a better approach with the leads being filtered to sales people directly rather than through my inbox. I am also concerned for the experience of those that don't convert if the perq experiences showing up while they are trying to browse and are interrupted. I also am not as big of a fan of long term contracts but otherwise that's not a deal breaker.

**Recommendations to others considering PERQ:**

Give them a try - or at least share your concerns with them. Doug is fantastic to work with and I feel they genuinely care about the mutual success of our businesses. 

**What problems is PERQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are consistently trying to reduce advertising costs and this has increase conversion rates through the web while helping us justify diverting ad spend away from some of our traditional platforms (which are obviously more expensive). We've both increased sales and decreased ad spend which is always a winning formula.

**What do you like best about PERQ?**

Simple, easy transition on the site. Customers don't feel like they are playing "20 Questions". Seems to be a good amount of logical data collected. Now with the addition of the rest of the "Deal Maker" section we get even more viable, warm/hot leads than before. Closing ratio is awesome. Seriously.

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

Values. Of course, some customers are not realistic even in the face of facts, however at times the values are overly optimistic or horribly pessimistic.

Be realistic in what you expect to gain, what you expect to receive. All in all, it works and it works very well.

Trying to capture trade in leads. Closing ratios are higher than expected and certainly much better than previous tools used.

PERQ is always trying to innovate the multifamily game and make their clients' lives easier. 

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

The design has gotten much better but the old platform did not have a clean UX.

Multitouch attribution is going to be a game changer for our portfolio. PERQ is ahead of most marketing products specific to the multifamily industry so this service will allow us to stay current with how we evaluate our marketing spend.

Perq does quarterly reviews to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. They freshen up the tool to keep it unique. They position the tool on your website to be very user friendly.

Nothing really , Perq keeps up with the market place and makes sure that they are easy to see and a clean application on your website, They work well with manufacturer sites as well.

What I do not like is that each time a customer fills out a different part of the experience it submits a new lead. If it could just add the information into the existing lead it would make it easier when viewing customer information.

Perq helps a lot when customers call in, they have went online and gave us a lot of information. Our BDC is able to handle leads better and know exactly where a customer is at in their process.

I love that the customer has to provide the information on their trade in. I feel when they are imputing the information they tend to be more honest. It is easy to fill out the lead form. I like the way they ask the questions to get the information from the customer. The customer service for FATWIN is great. They were very accommodating with getting this program installed on our website and to have the leads generated into our CRM. Jared in particular was helpful. 

**What do you dislike about PERQ?**

I do not like the way the SUV's and CUV's are categorized; they are listed under trucks. I wish the customer could put in the exact mileage. This would be helpful for customers with over 100,000 miles on their vehicles. Other than this I have no complaints.

Speak with Jarod. He was our representative and was very helpful.

We are realizing that our customers are generally getting an idea of what their vehicle is worth before coming into the dealership so when we appraise the vehicle there is not a "sticker shock". I also like that we have an idea ahead of time what they planned on trading in so we can be prepared with the trade information available. Anytime you can have more information and be more prepared its going to work out for the better.

We get tracked travel of our clients around our site to see what really grabbed them. Buying questions are prompted. We are able to collect information for several of the initial buying steps and learn our customers buying motivations before we ever speak to them.

A tad invasive to webpage load time. We've trimmed back a few of the images and made some lives ones static and it's helped, though.

They were very engaged with setting up the lead generation forms on our web sites and willing to give us the benefit of testing the tool to determine ROI. They also customized the link buttons to fit our specs and we have the ability to customize questions within the form. In addition, the $25,000 quarterly customer drawing is an added Perq to improve the quality of lead contact information.

The use of the larger banners on too many pages. I'd like the ability to create my own banners to be used with form.

**Recommendations to others considering PERQ:**

Many third party lead generation tools in the automotive industry do not allow you the ability to customize form questions. Fatwin does. You can also select basic or full feature levels based on your needs.
