Being able to call text and email from with Dabadu has made life so much better. It keeps track of all the leads i have worked making lead management and follow up a breeze. **What do you dislike about Dabadu XRM?** Nothing at this stage, I would love see an automated dialer which callls all the leads automatically and connect the ones who picked up the phone. **What problems is Dabadu XRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The challenge before dabadu was us trying to work with multiple softwares, we had a different system for calls, a different one for sms and outlook for emails and then leads would come in email and excel to manage everything. Sometimes the mobile app will provide some error messages that I am not sure about, but support helps me to see what's not working and then it's good. Rohit is the best, he is very calm and helps with everything.
