I like that the products they offer keep evolving and adding new features. I really value the way they continue to build out their suite of offerings to match the current needs of our industry. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate for your everyday user. They also take feedback seriously and shape it into future releases, which makes the improvements feel aligned with what users actually need. We are currently in the process of stacking their Social Community tool to the CRM and the project is going well. The help section can be difficult to use and could use some work to better align with what a customers view would need. The possibility of extracting data much more quickly and in an organized manner, with various profiles gathered on the same screen, is a major positive point. The reporting can be limited. On Sprout, our golden report was a cross-platform table that showed ALL profiles and sorted by key metrics such as impressions, engagements, followers, etc... Seems simple, but the closest thing Emplifi has is a cross-platform table by audience size and nothing else.

Emplifi is a powerhouse tool with reporting, UGC gathering, ratings/reviews, and so much more, all under one "roof". It allows teams to work together in one platform vs have information scattered all over Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some bugs in the platform and quirks, as there is with any platform, but the team is always responsive and so kind to help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
