This includes a 2-Way Sync between almost any web app. Built-in database with customizable fields to allow you and your bots to store & retrieve information as part of your workflows. Built-in real-time chat system to collaborate with co-workers. Mobile iOS & Android apps are available with push notifications. ## zzBots Reviews ### 1. zzBots is a time saver! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Starlene S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2023 **What do you like best about zzBots?** I own a bookkeeping firm and was looking for a way to be notified when my clients uploaded their bank statements to our shared Google drive. I was under the impression that Google Workspace sends notifications, and had that setting turned on but it never worked; I have peers who experienced the same issue. Started searching for why I wasn't getting notified, and found a solution in Google forums. Enter my new hero app, zzBots. Before I got zzBots set up I was spending several minutes each week looking for uploaded bank statements from clients, granted it's only a few minutes but those minutes add up! It took less than 10 minutes to get signed up with zzBots, set up my first bot (Google Drive Shared Files > Send Emails), and uploaded a file to test. WOW! Within seconds I got an email telling me a file was uploaded, plus the email includes a link directly to the file, and the file is attached to the email. Now I can go about my other tasks, and when my client has time to upload documents, zzBots sends me an email. I have to admit zzBots has been removed a source of frustration because I'm no longer spending time looking at empty folders. :-) Today I needed to monitor a different folder and didn't see how to do that right away. I opened a chat and Lorin was available chatting within seconds. I'm still on the free plan, but I am actively looking for ways to use zzBots to help streamline other parts of my business. Grateful and thankful to zzBots! **What do you dislike about zzBots?** I've been using zzBots for over a month now, and no downsides. This is a great little app! **What problems is zzBots solving and how is that benefiting you?** No longer spending time looking to see if my bookkeeping clients have uploaded their bank statements, thanks to zzBots. ### 2. I ran into some issues (user error) while creating my first Bot and the customer service was extremely helpful and responsive in fixing my problem. We were able to work through it no problem. **What do you dislike about zzBots?** N/A the product works great and is easy to use. The one feature that I would like to see (maybe it's there and I still need to poke around) is an ability to change the syncing frequency. Ideally I would like a daily or weekly sync, if possible. **What problems is zzBots solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying to link consolidated Salesforce data gathered into google sheets to an external-facing Airtable for a client meeting. I initially built something similar using only Google Sheets but it became clunky as the volume increased. zzBots looks to be a great way to fix this issue. ### 3. Was so surprised that they would offer that level of guidance when I haven't even got a paid membership yet. **What do you dislike about zzBots?** I dislike how bad I am at computers, but that's no fault of zzbots. **Recommendations to others considering zzBots:** Worth it.
