There are no downsides of VS Code in general . It is extremly sufficient to use with all required features and functionality. Ont feature that my need to be added is the multiple profiles feature, as currently we can only login with a single account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firstly it's Free and open source for coders.

The best part I like about Visual Studio Code is its Interface and the best part is Extensions, there are so many extensions that can integrate different services and themes.
