"Great text editor/light IDE"
What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

The extensions make for great usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

The only dislikes I could come up with would be very nitpicky. The code folding isn't quite to my taste, but only because the keyboard shortcut for it isn't one I'm used to (and I find hard to remember). Some of my less-used extensions' keyboard shortcuts are hard to remember (there are a lot of keyboard shortcuts, which I love). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Probably the perfect text editor"
What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

The sheer amount of plugins available for various languages. Also the application is pretty lighweight and also includes an integrated terminal which is a big plus to have. It's very simple to write, debug, arrange and organize code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

There should be a 4 way code editing option. That is what I miss the most. Also there should be an option for an even darker color scheme to be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
