What do you like best about UJET?

Newest update of UI makes our comfortability increase when using the software. Because of the new update it helps us to give different options on where we could transfer our customer call if necessary. What do you dislike about UJET?

Sometimes UJET has a bug on the app wherein the waiting time of the customer stucks at 1. But I think that's normal that the UJET has a bug. In terms of the connectivity and performance, I can't say nothing but thank you for the great software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UJET?

What do you dislike about UJET?

The sync Ujet in Kustomer cannot be move outside the frame of Kustomer. Also, the I hope it has the function to sync it's mute with the mute button of the headset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UJET?

With the newest update of the UJET, it gives us an insight of how much we are avail on the calls that we got in. The color scheme is good and the new features are good as well. This includes the categorized feature that you can do especially if you need to transfer the call to one of your department. It also helps us "customer support" to make a efficient workload. Especially you need to go on avail. Having a new update makes our job easier. Implementing a frequent update will help the business g row. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UJET?

With the new update sometimes it has some bugs wherein the waiting caller is not actually real. Also, you have to navigate deeply enough to find the outbound call that you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UJET?

I actually like Ujet Phones. I think it's very easy to use for both the agent and customers. It offers some great features like text messages that help when assisting your customers. Especially, when trying to provide a phone number or email but the customer doesn't have anything to note the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UJET?

My dislike is mainly with Ujet chat but overall our agents do have to reboot Ujet often due to it "freezing" up. I don't like that I have to enter a forward slash to pull up the macro language and that agents do not have full access to the shortcuts. It's always easier to start typing the keywords; any macro language with those words will populate for an agent to select rather than using the forward slash. Admins can see the entire chat macro language in shortcuts before using it, but agents can only see a portion of the chat language and have to, at that point, select what they think is the best language from the partial view they get. Also, why not have an option in shortcuts to just "apply macro" to the chat instead of having to go back in and use the slash to enter it manually? We also can't send customers images within the chat even though we can receive them from the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UJET?

Since I am a Customer Representative and using this amazing platform. This was very inconvenient to use specially when I have an interaction with my customers it really helps me to provide a efficient and excellent customer service! It also offers a both voice and chat system to manage customers inquiries and concern that is very amazing! My experience on this from the start that I use this was good and one of a kind! What do you like best about UJET?

It's quite simple to use, and I like how many functions the developers managed to pack into a single product that is far easier to use and maintain than other CRMs. Finding what you're looking for doesn't take too many clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UJET?

Its tendency to become stuck occasionally makes sense for a web-based utility. However, it shouldn't do that for easy tasks like perusing person lists. Additionally, the reporting tool has to be improved. While it works excellent overall, there are situations where it offers incomplete information and there is no other method to obtain the information you are missing. What do you like best about UJET?

The best about UJET is the friendly interface, it does not show more complex that can make out mind confuse while assisting customer. It has a more ease of use features , like transferring the customer to another department than the old ones.

What do you dislike about UJET?

For me there is no problem or there is nothing i didn't like in this application because it gives us convenicency in receiving call. I dont have to suggest any impovements because for me it serves its purpose and this is a stable app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
