Voice and Chat can be purchased separately or as a bundle. There is a per user license cost and highly reduced and competitive usage costs, encouraging UJET to share your focus of efficiency gains.

UJET is disrupting the pricing for Cloud customer support providers by drastically reducing per minute call charges. We don't think it makes sense to add excessive margins to per-minute pricing. This common practice fails to incentivize your provider to help you reduce call duration and call transfer time and increase first call resolution. The result is an average of 30% reduction in total cost of operations for telephony support. Chat and voices are priced on a per-user basis. The downside of using UJET is that it often crashes at the times I need it most. When I’m using it, it shows a lot of unnecessary tabs, which can be confusing and makes my work harder.
