What do you like best about UJET?

UJET helps me reach my full potential in customer service. It has features that make my communication easier to understand, and they also help me better comprehend what the caller is saying. What do you dislike about UJET?

The downside of using UJET is that it often crashes at the times I need it most. When I’m using it, it shows a lot of unnecessary tabs, which can be confusing and makes my work harder.
