Aso, some duplicate data charges. They don't have their own VAN. EDI is inherently more accurate than manual processing and TrueCommerce accomplishes its main functionality well. We do enjoy the ability to create folders and organize our data dna exchanges in that manner, however, there is little else that I like about the platform as it relates to the user friendliness. **What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?** I find TrueCommerce EDI to be very clunky and not very user friendly. I find myself have to click excessively to get what I need and there are many repetitive tasks that I perform in the system that could be easily optimized. The search tool is also not intuitive, making it unclear what needs to be done to execute a search and performing slowly when you do search. Sometimes we receive a transmission that comes through in several lines. Unfortunately there is a limit to the number of lines that you can view on a particular page. This makes it difficult for us to mass download and creates inefficiencies. We also need to download the raw EDI data from each of the pack lists that we receive. We use this data to execute an invoice in our ERP system. Currently, you can only download the raw EDI date from one pack list at a time, so if we receive 50 pack lists on a shipment (which happens because we ship to big retailers, multiple distribution centers) we have to painstakingly go in and dowload each individually. **Recommendations to others considering TrueCommerce EDI:** Test the platform before using. Performs core functionality well, but does not allow for robust customization, etc. **What problems is TrueCommerce EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We just uploaded a price list to the system so that when an ASN is turned around into an invoice, the prices automatically populate. For a while we were entering items, quantites, prices, etc. to each invoice individually ### 14. It isn't confusing. **What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?** I don't like that you cant edit fields such as address field, needs to be filled out every single time you change a PO to an Invoice. I also don't like that you have to make a whole new invoice if you want to add tracking and that you can't just put the master tracking number. It needs to be each package. **What problems is TrueCommerce EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customer demands us to upload our invoices through TrueCommerce. It is a lot more work for me to have to invoice manually. If we had something that linked up with our ERP to do it automatically, that would help with user error and time management. ### 16. There are some interesting functions on their web portal. **What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?** The Dashboard needs MS Silverlight to run and it's very slow. If they redesign the web portal and not require Silverlight; it will be a lot better. **Recommendations to others considering TrueCommerce EDI:** Great place for getting all the EDI needs. **What problems is TrueCommerce EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us communicate with our Platform easier. We are able to use it to received orders from multiple platform. It integral well with a lot of other order processing services. ### 17. This is my 1st EDI software. Training on it was tough.
