I am FAR from and EDI expert, so when anything comes up I don't know, I reach out and ALWAYS get the best service and normally super fast. TC handles all our EDI needs, with no issues. They offer continuing ed webinars once a month that are always helpful. Previous experience with other platform, such as Sps Commerce left us rely on their professional services. At every turn with true commerce we can use their mapping tool and build our own saved searches for the integration. **What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?** What I dislike about true commerce is the website user interface too many things get hidden behind layered menus, and I would prefer to be able to open new tabs in separate windows within the browser versus using their integrated windowing system. It works, but it takes a lot of getting used to. Also, EDI in general is terrible but that's not true. My frequenct of use is based on notifications recieved when there are orders pending so that I do not have to log in hourly to see if orders are placed. The ease of implementation and ease of intregration was seamless with our customer base. **What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?** I have yet to discover any downside. This is important to me because we are a manufacturer and as such we do not have a set of requirements. We have to customize our transactions to meet the many different requirements of our trading partners. Transaction Manager allows me to customize the documents myself. ### 33. Configuration changes are not developer friendly and most of the configuration settings are blackbox and need to be routed thorugh a representative from Truecommerce. Other services and at big companies require someone else to fix every little problem which is cumbersome and wastes time. Minor issues are just fixed temporarily and not long-term. TC allows you to take ownership and do these small tasks on your own. **What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?** Overall it's a great service. The automatic time-out and relogin requirement is annoying and pointless. TrueCommerce can seem a little limited with mapping requests for "vendor optional" fields. Deploying some of the features in this platform are time consuming.
