The conditional merging is simple and effecting. Being able to avoid modifying the Salesforce duplication rules entirely removes a lot of headaches and prevents staff from being confused who use the system on the regular. What do you dislike about Traction Complete?

We had some initial concerns about data retention and reversals but the product has evolved since then through feedback and those have been rectified Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old system did not have complete data on all of our members so when it came time to ingest all of the records into Salesforce there were duplicates and incomplete accounts that made tracking those down harder. Being able to build simple and complex matching rules and winning conditions allows us to merge in bulk with confidence with what would otherwise be a labor intensive task involving multiple reports.
