What problems is Traction Complete solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traction Complete is helping us solve an issue with our lead capture. We use Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and a third-party tool to capture leads from events so if a customer with an existing contact record in Salesforce enters the system, the new data will be merged with the contact record and the record owner will not be notified, reducing visibility if these customers want different products or need to speak to someone in different areas of the business. Traction Complete allows us to create duplicate leads from these contact records and use specific criteria to assign them dynamically to the most appropriate salesperson, whether it be someone different to the original owner of the contact or not.
It also allows us to track and manage lead duplicates (when a lead already exists and another comes into the system), allowing us to flag/merge them as necessary and keep on top of our data quality by not having superfluous data.
We are also using Traction Complete to manage opportunity classifications within Salesforce, through detailed flows spanning multiple objects to analyse all opportunities and products that exist on an account record to determine whether products sold on new opportunities should be classified as new, cross-sell, or upsell. This is a great benefit as it keeps our opportunity data clean for reporting purposes particularly when we are focusing on a certain type of business, in addition to keeping our commissions correct as they vary with each type.
We have recently signed for Traction Complete Clean as well, which after a successful PoC we shall we using to merge duplicate accounts, increasing our data quality and improving our account hygiene. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
