I greatly appreciate the Harris Consulting Group's approach to sales training. Their services include learning sales methodology and applying it in real time with ease, thanks to their simple and digestible coaching points, talk tracks, scripts, and frameworks. This has significantly improved our ability to move prospects through the sales funnel faster and with better quality, resulting in enhanced experiences for everyone involved. The live sessions, post-session feedback, and comprehensive notes have been integral to our learning process. Furthermore, the actual content derived from Richard Harris's experience as a salesperson is incredibly beneficial. The ability to replicate and adapt this material with ease is phenomenal, making it highly valuable for our needs. I had the privilege of working with Richard Harris Consulting as work on my transition from Customer Success to Sales, and the experience was truly transformative. Richard did his research and made sure our training was 100% tailored to our organization. There were very few things in his training that weren't absolutely relevant to our crew. What do you like best about The Harris Consulting Group?

Richard took the time to truly listen to our team and understand our unique challenges when selling. He didn't take a cookie-cutter approach. Richard was able to adapt his teaching approach to suit our needs. He assessed the maturity levels of the team and tailored focus on the areas for improvement through role plays and deep Q&A. Also, given the on/off Covid situation, Richard was extremely flexible with timing and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we fully understood the material.

In addition, Richard is very personable and easily connected with my team on an individual level. He was always approachable, and I felt he genuinely cared about our success.
