It was both consulting with the sales leadership team on how we wanted our process to work as well as sales training with the quota carrying teams on how to better execute. What we walked away with was a better defined process as well as motivated, engaged, and more effective sellers that were immediately able to generate top of funnel opportunities and do a better job of qualifying and executing on leads.
