Not only did he accept the request (which he didn't have to), but he provided a ton of value for my team. The meeting actually ended up running over our allotted time slot by 30 minutes. Through my work with Richard, I created a solid foundation that was pivotal in starting out on the right foot. The coaching spanned across the board from call techniques to identifying core pain. It was my first introduction to many of these concepts and it was presented in a very digestible manner. I think the key was having Richard back several times over the months after the training. This made me realize the areas I had been slacking in, how I had improved, and new ideas or techniques that weren't covered in the original training.
