Honestly, very little. My one suggestion is to keep the LMS materials and the exam fully in sync. One exam question referenced something that wasn’t in the course materials, though Alia confirmed and fixed it quickly. It would also help to have every blueprint available as a clean, downloadable PDF in one place, which makes it easier to teach the content to the rest of the team. As a Sales Manager, I particularly value how it creates consistency across the team. Everyone operates from the same playbook, making coaching, performance management, and book reviews more effective. The framework also helps sellers move beyond transactional selling by focusing on customer outcomes, retention, and long-term growth opportunities.

I particularly enjoyed learning from Shane and Selena, whose expertise, engaging delivery, and ability to connect the concepts to real-world sales scenarios made the sessions both valuable and enjoyable. The biggest benefit was getting a clear, structured picture of how to run a sales process end-to-end. The SPICED framework (Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision) gave me a practical, repeatable way to qualify deals and guide conversations with prospects, rather than winging it call to call. It's made my approach much more consistent and confident.

I joined Winning by Design's 'Selling for Impact' course with Antoine, and it was very well structured, with a great combination of theory and hands-on practice of the Winning by Design methodologies. Antoine is one of the best facilitators I've had across any courses or online workshops, consistently bringing great energy and an excellent balance of engagement, theory, and curiosity to the classroom. Learning how to run sales conversations and demos has been a big value, especially in the early stages of building a startup. I find the methodology genuinely aligned with how I usually communicate with customers, so it was good to see what best practices are around it. Their frameworks and playbooks will be valuable as I plan my sales conversations. I like the very clear and pragmatic approach to learning about their methods. Aliyah made the material feel incredibly applicable, even for those of us without direct situations to apply it to immediately, showing that she was adept at ensuring the content resonated with a diverse range of experiences. I particularly appreciated how the training helped me draw parallels between my previous coaching background, which was primarily in higher education, and the customer success processes in SaaS. This helped bridge the gap between my past experiences and what I'm aiming to achieve in the SaaS industry. The structured approach of the training, including the blueprints and activities, was fantastic and offered concrete, tangible support. The activities were not only engaging but also very useful, providing practical tools and insights. Although I haven't completed all the reflections and challenges, I am definitely planning to revisit them because the initial encounter was so substantial. I wouldn't say there is anything I specifically dislike - though I think you have opportunity to have a specific I focus on helping individuals in career transitions, especially those transitioning into SaaS customer success roles. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the training incorporated more AI-focused content. I am also trying to better understand what organizations use the Winning by Design training, to help tailor my job search accordingly, and I wonder if there’s a way to partner more closely with organizations to facilitate job placements for training graduates.
