Every sales trainer is different and you never know what to expect but Richard did a great job. He was engaging and took the time to unpack questions that our team had as we went through training. Sometimes trainers do not acknowledge that specific industries have specific eccentricities to their sales process so it was nice that he did not assume anything and gave us time to share our input on situations too. I have used a lot of what I learned each day and feel more confident in the sales process. We worked for multiple days and over the course of a few weeks to drive home each topic. Richard specializes in sales for software and technology companies and much of the training assumes a demo and some industry-specific jargon. which was not always relevant to my particular industry and sales cycle. Richard's curriculum and content is brilliant. The handbook is a great foundation for any sales professional and something that our team members still use and reference today. However, what I liked most of all was Richard's flexibility in listening to our team's pains as they were uncovered during the day and then doing small breakout sessions to dive into these and find solutions.
