It is very easy to send instructions for the end user to join a remote session to complete any assistance needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

"Works well for the most part"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

Splashtop is easy to install and use. I only use it to access programs on multiple computers (think remoting in for work) so I know nothing about the additional features it has.

I love that I can transfer files between computers and easily print to my printer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

I don't like that after I print, it doesn't reset so my clients print to nowhere the next time they use their computer. The program should never leave remnants behind like this on others' computers.

It super slows down the computer that I remote into. So to run a QuickBooks report that should take a few minutes, it can take a half hour. I click on wrong things because it can lag so bad. When I remote into my own personal computer, it actually locks up due to the lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Splashtop checks almost all of the boxes"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

Splashtop works from your phone, computer, or tablet. And you can remote into a phone, computer, or tablet. With the endpoint add-on, it's almost as robust as Kaseya. They're adding more and more features all the time and has the potential to be THE go-to remote control endpoint management software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

Two things about Splashtop I wish would change -

1) Remoting in without notification. There are times IT is tasked with monitoring an employee. Splashtop does not offer an option to connect without notifying the endpoint.

2) I'd like to be able to add techs to multiple computer groups. Right now I can only assign one tech to a group. So all techs are assigned to one group and all endpoints are in that group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Who needs citrix? splashtop is perfect for business."
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

Easy to deploy, secure, users like it, no servers to maintain, set and forget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

requires a desktop in the office or virtual machine, so this product may not be ideal for all business setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

It’s versatility and the deployment packages. Interface is simple and neat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

The fact that the business licence needs me to add the computer to my company, it would be nice to be able to connect exceptionally to computers outside my org Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
