**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

This software has wonderful functionalities that allow to exercise a good work, without excluding that it presents an extensive flexibility along its options of use, which is a very essential virtue, because any user close to these facilities, can use this system without learning curves, or similar qualities, which accesses to a better development from any operator who intends to promote its systematic activities, being one of my favorite servers, focused on the clients, of the individuals who use SplashTop Business.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The configuration at the client end that each organization maintains and uses this system, to provide good services, is not efficient in its majority, since it presents failures from the point of view of these individuals, which can become frustrating and nefarious, which can result in a loss of the users that navigate through this platform dedicated to the technical support of certain corporations, being a quite serious problem that requires a solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

For organizations that want their customers to be able to access remote monitors much more easily and regardless of their location, SplashTop Business is the best solution they can take into account, because its functionalities are unique, and allow for better performance in these robust areas, without excluding that it is reliable and responsive, providing automated support for organizations that need to manage their operational lists.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this software to access different remote desktops, on various platforms, dedicated to commercial marketing, of the products we acquire, being a great tool for our environment, attracting excellent results of the sales we exercise in the multiple websites in which users loyal to the facilities we have, are registered to resell these instances that we acquire as a company, it is worth noting that we use this system, especially to make adjustments to the most recent offers, to the rates of the day, to be aware of the monetary updates that are made and the actions that we maintain in force, without excluding the lists of marketing strategies that we have.

I used to use LogMeIn (expensive) and Splashtop does everything I need it to do at a MUCH better price point!

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Only 2 things "missing", that is I can't move a file from the user's computer to mine (i can move a file from my computer to their though) and the unattended access, I can only put that on 5 computers, due to my level of Splashtop, but not a deal breaker!

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Great product! Does everything I need it to do!

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a completely remote company. All of us work from home. As soon as I started working here, I said I need a remote tool. I researched and found lots of folks liked Splashtop. I can remote in to anyone at any time with this. Great software!

  ### 5. Great product!! It works better than others I've tried and it's less expensive!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica Rebecca W. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The connections are high resolution and very fast. I really like the features available in the toolbar when connected to a remote computer. Also, the wake-up option in the mobile app has been incredibly helpful. The interface is easy to use and low-profile so it's not distracting at all. It's almost impossible to tell that I'm using a remote computer because it looks and acts just like normal!

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The wake-up option doesn't work in the desktop app and there have been a couple of times that it doesn't work in the mobile app. However, this is a feature that has never worked on other products I've tried, so I'm used to working around that. The fact that it works most of the time from the mobile app has been an incredible addition to my workflow!

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Splashtop Business Access is the best remote access software I've found. It works better than others I've tried and it's much less expensive (can't beat that combo!) The wake-up feature in the mobile app is incredible and the resolution of the remote connections is the best I've ever seen. It's definitely worth the investment to upgrade to Splashtop Business Access.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The laptop that I use for travel isn't very well equipped, so trying to use intense Adobe software on it was a nightmare. Being able to access my fully-equipped desktop computer is like a dream! It makes it so easy to pick up from where I left off, even when I'm not in the office. I literally can work from anywhere now! Also, the wake-up feature has made it much easier to ensure that I'm able to access my desktop computer when I need it. That's a surprisingly hard feature to find, so I was thrilled when I found it with Splashtop at such a great price.

  ### 6. It's like being in my office

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

All my office work is accessible at home with Splashtop.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Sometimes I have to toggle between the Original Size view and the Scaled view in order to read smaller text, but that could be my own vision issues.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't really have problems to solve. Splashtop enables me to access all of my files without needing to physically be in my office.

  ### 7. A great remote client software that allows easy access to client and coworkers computers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

It's a much more affordable solution for being able to log into desktops remotely without attendance. It's easy to use and see what clients are available.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

You must accept permissions on the remote computer after attempting to login after software is installed and is easy to overlook if you plan on leaving a computer onsite active.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Make sure to accept permissions from the remote computer before leaving the site and it will save a return visit.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to login to all our office computers as well as help are techs in the field is invaluable. Being able to help clients remotely and show them what we are doing to fix an issue is another level of service we are now able to provide.

  ### 8. Excellent - Program does exactly what they say it will do. Excellent support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Ease of use of program. Once set up, no issues

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I really do not have anything specific I do not like.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Need a button on the top to access live support

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Had some small technical issues with my email and drop and drag, but one call and it was fixed

  ### 9. Easy to Deploy, Good Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn M. | IT Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I can connect easily to any computer in my organization, help the user with their issue or perform after-hours maintenance on the workstation without leaving my desk. Recently they added the capability to use GPU hardware to stream so it's possible to even run games or other 3d-accelerated applications over the streamer connection.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

There is little in the way of automated features, like forcing a machine to perform Windows updates or shut a machine down without logging into it. Occasionally the streamer app doesn't connect properly but this is very infrequent.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Splashtop I can deploy an application upgrade to 50+ machines in the space of 2-3 hours without leaving my desk. I can also connect from my home machine to my office for emergencies.

  ### 10. Saved $$ and It Works GREAT!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherry G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I switched from another provider because I discovered they had been jacking my monthly cost until it was 4 times the original price. I looked around online, read up on a few applications, and chose Splashtop due to it's good reviews and low cost. It was very easy to install, set up and use. The thing I like the best is that Splashtop is so easy to use. It works perfectly and gives me no problems at all.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Nothing - I love everything about Splashtop. I have no complaints about the program, because it works well.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can log in to my office remotely and work - and I love it. It is especially helpful when I am out of town. I can log in to my computer from my laptop on the road, check to see how the sales are going in my retail store, do my banking, and keep an eye on how things are going back at my business. I've been using a remote access for a long, long time now, but this Splashtop is much better than the other service I was using. It is easier to work, more convenient, and the fact that I never have to think about it is a good thing.

Also, I said it before, but I love the pricing. If I'm going to be using a program for the next ten years or more, then I want to get a great price structure so it makes it worth my while. Yes, I am very happy with Splashtop - more than you know.

  ### 11. Great application for unattended remote access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark O. | Server Operations Engineer/Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The program is small and lightweight. Runs very efficiently and priced very reasonably. I have used multiple applications for remote access and this one functions just as well if not better than team viewer and logmein. The software is very reliable, and very easy to use and navigate. It has excellent security features built in. You are able to effectively classify your computers in the application so they are easily accessible.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The only thing that can be improved is that every install I have to configure individually. Not a big deal but they should allow you to package an install with all the configurations preset to what you want if needed for ease of deployment but I understand why that's an option. The licensing is a little different because you can only buy in multiples of 10 but they are reasonably priced so it makes it a little more tolerable. Other than those things there is not much that I dislike about this application.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Cost, reliability, ease of use are all factors that I have found Splashtop to be good with.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had issues with team viewer and their client not allowing connection if its not the exact same version. Splashtop allows me to access and manage all of my computers with no hesitation and doesn't break the bank. When evaluating remote access I could not afford other companies like Team Viewer. I was worried about the reliability and ease of use with Splashtop and HAVE NOT regretted my purchase yet.

  ### 12. Great software for access into machines and offering quick and easy remote assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Ease of installation, remote deployment, and price!

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Prefer some more features or tracking included with the base software installation

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

For the price: it is a much better solution than Teamviewer or VNC

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access to over 200+ employees on site and off

  ### 13. Splashtop Business Solo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Very affordable, easy connectivity (first time), with no issues.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Not being able to Wake Up the remote computer.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During Covid it was necessary to remote from home, which was easy with Splashtop.

  ### 14. Perfect replacement for GoToMyPC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

As a former long-time user of GoToMyPC, I really like that Splashtop's features are very similar. This made the transition very easy for my users. I also find being able to add and remove licenses as needed with a pro-rated bill to be very useful, as we have users that may not need a full-time license and may just need temporary access. The best thing about Splashtop is that it is functionally the perfect replacement for GoToMyPC, but for a fraction of the cost. Splashtop's features and price easily put it above any of it's current competitors.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I have not yet noticed anything I personally dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Splashtop is setting the standard for remote access. Bigger companies are charging ever increasing prices thinking they have this market cornered. They are wrong.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees who need to be able to access their workstations from home or be on-call at any moment. I also use it as a means of accessing remote workstations for troubleshooting, updating, and other various IT tasks. With the current Coronavirus situation, being able to grant remote access to employees at a moment's notice is exceptionally useful.

  ### 15. Customer service has been helpful whenever needed answers to questions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Easy of customer service and communication

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I would appreciate tutorials on how to use the software to the maximum ability

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved were switching computers and adding additional devices.

  ### 16. Great tool for using multiple screens

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cathy W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

It's way more affordable than Teamviewer and has excellent functionality for streaming multiple screens in separate windows.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Sometimes my connection gets a bit laggy. It would be nice if the program could notify you if the connection is struggling and perhaps lower resolution or something along those lines.
Sometimes it's a bit buggy when not used in fullscreen mode, but it's not a big deal.
Would be nice if multi-screen functionality were available for non-business users. I don't need to access 10 computers, or whatever the limit is!

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

It's excellent value. Worth it for me.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to use both of my screens at work when I'm at home. Really useful when you need to use many programs at once and need to see them all at the same time. It lets me work from home in the evenings and on weekends which is definitely more pleasant than needing to be in the office all the time.

  ### 17. I didnt think Teamviewer got any better, boy was i WRONG!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I love the easiness of logging into my computer without needing a special number and password that changes every time. its as easy as logging into my email. i mean, the other day i was at Disneyland and i was sending out contracts from my phone on a ride, it doesn't get any better than hat if you ask me. talk about freedom and endless possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

honestly, nothing at all, its extremely easy to use, the only thing that i would probably change would be the screen quality, unless that is something that is availbale and i am not sure how to fix it.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i love the fact that i can have my computer at my fingertips at all times, it doesn't get any better than that! i can log in without a lot of hassle from my mobile, iPad, any computer and complete my task and log off, it definitely gives me a lot more freedom to be away from the office when i need to be, and never actually leave.

  ### 18. Easiest Remote Access Ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa M. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Splashtop is incredibly easy to set up and use. I had a very hard time finding a cost effective and easy to use remote access software to use so I can work from home and somehow found this. It's well worth the small price.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I honestly haven't found anything about it I don't like. I do have to remember to leave my work computer on in order to use it, but I can still "lock" it so no one else can use it and it looks shut off.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

I would recommend using Splashtop if you are a small business and you need access to one computer that has limited access or just one user.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can access my work computer desktop from home, I didn't have to install Quickbooks on my home computer, I can log on quickly and easily. I have two screens on my work computer but only one at home and Splashtop even allows you to switch between screens if you have two on the computer you are accessing. I really love this remote access software.

  ### 19. great competitor to all the usual remote brands

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** matthew h. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

easy to setup - download and installation was cinch; email confirmation on connections and when logging in tot the website for management purposes - love this; competitively priced!

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

had to perform a very minor tweak on the internet facing firewall to let connections through which was a bit of a shame when some other remote desktop apps need none at all.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

if you are after ease of setup such as with Team Viewer you are going to have to put a little bit more work in i think, but the difference in price is well worth it

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ad-hoc remote use from non-work computers to work

  ### 20. Excellent app for accessing your desktop while away

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duncan M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The app is easy and intuitive to use and works well without any lag. Best feature is that it can be used on an iPad. The app is cost effective for the occasional l use that we require.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

We have found no downsides to this app at all. We have used various other products which do have limitations when it comes to our specific requirements.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Go for it!

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My wife runs a small medical practice in Cape Town and is now able to consistently access her business administration while visiting me in the UAE where I work. I can also assist remotely with IT issues.

  ### 21. It just works, smooth connections and a great remote experience.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John T. | Senior Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Access is easy, deploying the client is easy, connecting is easy. The cost of licensing makes sense.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Would be nice to be able to buy additional device licenses rather than another user license. To be able to add devices 1, 5, 10, etc at a time rather than another user account, which I don't need, just to get another 10 device licenses, which I dont need yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

You can't get better remote support software than splashtop.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote connections, remote update, remote support are all so much easier than windows remote assistance and Team Viewer.

  ### 22. Great alternative to TeamViewer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tzivi B. | vice president, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Splashtop is very easy to use, and is very affordable. I also love the different options of accessing a remote computer. I can either set it to use the login info (no one needs to be at the remote location), or to grant permission when requested.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I can't think of a single downside. This program is very straightforward and easy to use. There was virtually no learning curve.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

I love it! It's simple to use, very reliable, and very affordable.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this for 3 different purposes:
1. When my client wants me to tweak his file, it's often simpler for him to watch me work on his file while we're on the phone.
2. Great for training purposes.
3. Perfect for when I want to access my own computer from a remote location.

  ### 23. Makes my life easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Splashtop is easy to install and very easy to use. A mobility issue makes it difficult for me to get into the office sometimes, and using Splashtop makes it just like I am in the office - easy access to all my programs and our shared server. If I could give this program a 15 on a scale of 1 - 10, I would - it's that good.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Honestly, to tell you the truth, the only downside to using Splashtop Business Access is that it is so easy to use, I am tempted to "catch up" at night on things I didn't get done during the day.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

It's easy to set up on your computer and easy to use. Try it you'll like it.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Splashtop, even if my knee isn't working, I can always "get into the office". We have VOIP phones so I just plug my phone into the back of my computer, fire up Splashtop and it's just like I'm there. I can get my work done in a timely manor. It's great!

  ### 24. Great useful product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary W. | Veterinarian, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Very easy to install, access, and use. Works great. Fast and reliable. Able to jump onto my computers in my office from home without delay.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Possibly more levels in pricing structure. More options for of users with more pricing options.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Give this program a try. Very easy to set up and use.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to computers at different locations from home. Office has a computer system that i need to access at times and this allows me to remote in and access that system and my computer.

  ### 25. Simple, efficient, and inexpensive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Splashtop is simple to setup and deploy. It hides nice in the background and consistently works well. It is the best bang for the buck for our company.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I have not found anything that does not work well with Splashtop.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a variety of VNC but suffered from frequent disconnects and lack of availability when users travelled off our network. Splashtop has stabilized the connections and as a perk we now have access to multi monitor setups.

  ### 26. Replaces GoToMyPC nicely!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra A. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I like that it works just as well for a fraction of the new price of our previous remote work solution, GoToMyPC. They jacked up their prices to a level that wasn't cost-effective for us, as it's not used often.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I haven't come across anything I dislike. I did have some trouble getting it installed initially, but I don't think it was a problem with the software as much as my computer. The customer service help I received to get it installed and set up properly was top notch!

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop Business Access allows us to get urgent work done without having to go into the office. Working remotely is not something we do much, but the benefit is worth the money.

  ### 27. Works brilliantly for users struggling with software working over other remote desktop applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark T. | Photo and Video Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Ease of use. It was up a running in no time, across several machines. Nothing needed to be changed to my applications to make them work. It seems different to other remote desktop software in that it runs as fluently as if you were using the machine directly in a good resolution too. File transfer is also a great addition to the system, as I've never come across this before...handy tool to have, going from the host machine to external machine in no time.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I've been using this software for about 2-3 months now and nothing to dislike currently, it works perfectly

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

If you are having trouble with speed of performance for CAD/Design software, or even trying to open certain software over remote desktop apps, give this a try. It really has meant that I can start working on my laptop, phone and desktop via the plethora of connection options with the same speed (taking the internet connection in to account) as being on the machine directly

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All applications just work, and very smoothly too. I had problems with choppy use of Cinema 4d (kept reverting away from Hardware OpenGL in the viewport) and had no access at all to software like Substance Suite and Rizom UV...Splashtop has made them all 100% accessible. This is also solving the problem of accessing multiple machines, really great.

  ### 28. So Glad I Found Splashtop!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanne F. | Owner, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I have a small business and occasionally need to access my office comp from home. I have used TeamViewer in the past but their price is MUCH higher than Splashtop and I had real hassle with them auto renewing my subscription without notice. Splashtop does exactly what I need at a very reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I haven't found anything yet. Recently switched to Splashtop and haven't had any trouble thus far.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I own my own small business and occasionally need to access my office comp from home. It allows me to answer client questions without having to go to the office to access client files.

  ### 29. Quick and Easy Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick G. | Private citizen, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Splashtop is easy to install and link to my account. Once installed, the software does not place an undue burden on the target system. When active, it is very responsive and easy to use. The ability to allow the person using the system to see what is going on and/or explain things via the chat is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The status update off all systems in the account is not very good. While it does portray the "last known" status, it does not poll that status, so any change from the last refresh is not displayed.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

This is a good product that deserves a long look by those looking at remote access solutions that requrie the support of many different OS (XP, Win, Win 10, etc).

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the software to monitor multiple remotely located system by performing log reviews and general health checks. When I do find a problem I can react quickly.

  ### 30. One of the best remote access products out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

It's easy to use and has great multimonitor support and can transfer sound from the remote PC. I love how it automatically starts a session showing both of my remote monitors based on how I had it configured during my last session. It's also very reliable. I very rarely have any connection issues like I've had with other products. And to top it off, it's very reasonably priced!

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I wish the Splashtop Streamer had support for SOCKS proxies. Also, it would be nice if it supported Logitech mouse buttons (like back/forward buttons).

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can connect to my work PC from home and work as though I was in the office. I'm not limited by the number of screens I can use, I can hear audio from the remote PC, and do all this without hardly any sense of delay or slowness.

  ### 31. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LORINDA D. | OWNER, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

For over 10 years I had used another major computer access software. My host computer was continually freezing up, not loading programs correctly and generally taking up too much of my time to "stop the process" every day after I had accessed the host computer.

Then the price increased 300% on my renewal date without prior notice!! This prompted me to start the search!

After I searched for other software and read the reviews, Splashtop came out on top. I also liked that, unlike my prior software, I could use it on a Chromebook. I travel quite a lot and don't like lugging a laptop with me all the time.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Nothing to dislike! I have been pleased from the very moment I opened the program!

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily gain access from anywhere and from any machine! My staff doesn't have to go to my computer to stop the software process and reboot the computer.

Everyone is happy!

  ### 32. Best Remote Access App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Virgil H. | Managing Partner, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Splashtop is so easy to use. It has great features like chat options and mobile access. It's easy to connect. Much easier than Teamviewer and so much better price. You get more features than other remote access apps and yet cost so much less. Overall a better product than Teamviewer.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

It would be nice to have more package options. For example 1-10 computers with two users.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Take the trail and you will be convinced that it is better than the similar apps.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now I can remote into my remote site computers from my Laptop, Ipad and Iphone.

  ### 33. Splashtop Business from ex GoToMyPC user

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I moved from GoToMyPC as the price increased dramatically.
Splashtop was easy to install (9 PCs) I've not had a failed connection (I use several times a day)
Quick to connect and control over security levels you need.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I haven't found anything to dislike yet.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a small business running at home and I spend a lot of time out. It means I can connect to all of my machines efficiently.

  ### 34. Easy to install and use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Easy to use control panel - quick access to managed pc's and servers

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Better ability to shift screen view from target machine to my machine.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

try out the FREE trial!

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing customers machines has become easier and less time consuming. Cost is 1/3 of old solutions.

  ### 35. This software saved my business and changing from Logmein was easier than expected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The low cost was the best option initially, but as it's improved in performance, reliability and features over the years I've used it, I can say I'm much happier with the product than I ever was with Logmein

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

True Dual Monitor support is now an extra cost option, but I can live without that, or pay extra if I want it. Very old computers with very poor graphics can be slow but there is an add-on driver to help. However, it's very rare to find a PC that old that's still in use.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Use it in trial mode and if you're a small business particularly, it should be very cost effective compared to Logmein or Teamviewer.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of the work I do is remotely now, and after hours if possible. Customers just love the fact that I can connect immediately and solve their problems in minutes.

  ### 36. Easier than prior linking software that I have used!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denis K. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The software runs very wall even with the VPN operational. We have found it very helpful for our business and for getting reference material that is better to leave in the office.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I have not run into any downsides with the software. My needs are not that complicated athough some times it seems to be slow but so far I have not been stopped from accomplishing my objective of contacting my office information. It does not work for me on systems that are setup with extended screens.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Does not work with dual extended display setup which is a disappointment..

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The data that I leave behind by using Splashtop is secure and it helps me a lot that I do not feel I have to worry about it. The performance for us has been superb and allows us to feel comfortable to use even more that we may need it. It allows s to have less stress and strain during our frequent travels.

  ### 37. Great product which allows me to do my job from home occasional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denice W. | Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I like how easy it is to use and the password protection.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The way it moves around when in original size could be better.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

This is a great product for the cost.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use a mac at home when doing design work and a PC in the office for our patient communication system. I can log into my mac while at work to work on social media and video items and when I am at home, I can communicate with patients if needed and it is completely password protected.

  ### 38. Computer is as fast in Office as is Remotely

**Reviewed by:** Bill S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

My computer working remotely is as fast as if I was in my office on my computer. Other remotes desktops are SLOOOOOW and it made me crazy.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Having to keep my office computer on and logged in to use the remote desktop.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am saving time by not having to go into my office, 9 miles away, and I am able to work from home and be as efficeint as I am at my office.

  ### 39. WAY better than TeamViewer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan N. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The price is great for the value. I love that it just works - I haven't had to diagnose any connectivity issues. Other programs *cough - teamviewer - cough* had problems on wifi connections and other silly things.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The only thing I would change is to make the splashtop streamer a service instead of an icon down in the clock area. It is too easy to close it and kill connection ability. After you know about that quirk, it really isn't a problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

Get the trial, set up your boxes and never look back. It is so much easier and cheaper than what you have been doing.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I remote into my home computer from work to keep my work computer clean. I also have a few remote servers that I manage, and this makes it easy to stay connected.

  ### 40. Alternate remote access to LogmeIn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danis C. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Previously, we have used more expensive options to connect remotely. With the pricing increasing, we opted to find a more affordable option. Splashtop's pricing was perfect for our small business as we don't work remotely every day. It has worked seamlessly so far for all our remote needs.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

We haven't discovered any issues with the software as of yet.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can access our network when working from home which has been invaluable to keep the team going.

  ### 41. Great Platform

I think Splashtop is a great addition to my office. I have enjoyed being able to access needed info from home with no difficulty.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have enjoyed being able to access my work schedule from home and have access to patient info in an emergency situation.

  ### 42. Switched from GoTOMyPC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Broker/Co-owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I had used GTMPC, but looked at SPlashtop after a huge prie increse from GTMPC. I like Splashtop because when working 3 monitors I can move windows around easily, closing one monitor if I like. It is faster and easier file copy or moving from one computer to another. Just a faster and more customizable experience overall.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Most all of it i like, it has a different feel than other solutions, so it took a bit of time to get used to it.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

It is different than other, but be patient, by the end of the free trial, you should easily be using it.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From time to time when I re-open a screen it is frozen, so I go to task manager and cancel and then it is running again.

  ### 43. Great program, reasonable cost

**Reviewed by:** Greg K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

Simple process to download and work with it. No complicated methods needed to add another machine.

Haven't found anything to dislike. Tech support answered my only questions promptly via email. I couldn't

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

An additional service plan for only 5 computers would be a nice added benefit for someone who doesn't quite need 10 but needs more than 2 computers.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the initial install on a client computer it allows seamless remote access without needing additional input from the user.

**Reviewed by:** Paul I. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

The speed and simplicity are the best attributes of Splashtop. The price is great as well. Have used 2 other remote programs in the past 10 years, but neither compare to this.

just do it, great platform at a great price

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Ryan E. | Endodontist, Medical Practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

We've only been using it for a couple of months, but it has been such an easy transition from our last program. It's also a better price. We don't need access often, but when we do, it's very user friendly and consistent. We've had no issues at all.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara C. | Bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I have been using Splashtop Business Access for a couple of months, and I have been very happy with it. I switched from another remote access service, and I find that Splashtop gives me clearer graphics than the other service I used. It moves quickly and gives me no lag. It is easy to use and is not glitchy. On top of all the positive features and characteristics of Splashtop, it costs much less than the alternatives.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?**

I have not run into any issues with Splashtop, and I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:**

The only advice I have to those considering Splashtop is to try it. I was a bit unsure before I tried it because I wasn't able to find much user feedback online before trying it. I've had very good experience with the product though.

**What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an independent accountant, I often need to remotely access a company's computer to run payroll or view reports. Having reliable remote access capability lets me run payroll (and perform other tasks) without having to drive to the office. I also find the printing options that Splashtop has to be very helpful. If I want to print to the printer where I am, I can do that. Alternatively, I can choose to print to the printer attached to the computer I am accessing.
