I dislike that there is no tagging mechanism where you can, for example, pull up all devices with a particular operating system, or are tagged as "IT machines" or whatever. There's rudimentary grouping, but a machine can't belong to multiple groups, soo... tags would be MUCH more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Splashtop is how lightweight and responsive it is during remote sessions. As an IT technician, I appreciate that it connects quickly, handles multiple monitors smoothly, and doesn’t choke bandwidth.
