Made it easy, with one click, to get on any machine. Worked very well and did not have any issues. **What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?** At times, there was significant lag when working with customers. **What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is faster, depending on the issue, to use Splashtop rather than going to the user. ### 2. Very straight forward, took no time to learn how to use and navigate it. **What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?** If you are tech savy and in your 20's, you will become very frustrated with Splashtop. It is SO slow, and very old school. Very clunky looking - like it came straight from the early 90's. **Recommendations to others considering Splashtop Remote Access:** Ease of use for many, I would imagine.
