**Reviewed by:** Danny S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia has made integrations effortless. Their connectors work smoothly with the tools we use, and the setup is quick and intuitive. A fantastic platform for anyone who needs reliable, easy-to-manage data integration.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

I haven't really found and negatives yet.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Backup solutions with Zoho products and WordPress

 ### 2. Good integration solution for Facebook Ads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hanna K. | Business assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia has been a game changer for us. It just makes pulling Facebook Ads data into Snowflake so much smoother. The whole integration is pretty seamless: it's like we’ve got all our data in one spot now.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Only thing that’s a bit tricky is the initial setup if you’re not familiar with data integrations. But honestly, once you’re past that small learning curve, it’s all smooth from there.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia has really solved our headache of collecting all that Facebook Ads data from various campaigns into a single data warehouse. Before, it was super time-consuming and a bit of a mess to gather everything manually. With Skyvia, we get accurate, real-time insights that we can actually trust, all at the click of a button. It’s not only sped up our reporting but also made our ad analytics and budgeting way more precise. Now, we save much time that we can focus on other moments.

 ### 3. A solid and reliable platform for data integration and automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco B. | Head of Digital Infrastructure & Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia offers a very intuitive interface and a wide range of connectors, which allowed us to seamlessly integrate data between our ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms without needing to write custom code. The scheduling and transformation features are easy to configure, and the logging system makes it simple to track job statuses and troubleshoot. As a system administrator, I particularly appreciate how quickly new integrations can be built and deployed, drastically reducing development time and effort.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

While Skyvia is powerful, sometimes more advanced transformation scenarios require workarounds or can't be fully implemented within the visual designer. In those cases, having more flexible scripting options or better error message details would help speed up debugging. However, their support team is always responsive and helpful when we need assistance.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia allows us to automate and manage complex data flows between various business systems, including our ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, without the need for custom development. This has drastically reduced manual intervention, minimized errors, and improved data consistency across our ecosystem. It also helps ensure that critical business information is always up to date and available where it's needed, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.

 ### 4. Frictionless integration, right where you need it.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lina T. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I was astounded by how simple it is to integrate and transfer data across services using Skyvia without having to write hundreds of lines of code. I like time-saving methods that maintain control because I'm an engineer. Its ability to quickly link databases, cloud platforms, and APIs is its finest feature. Additionally, scheduled activities execute consistently, which is essential for crucial ETL procedures.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

More UI customisation for intricate data manipulations is something I'd like to see. Even while it does a great job at handling the majority of regular jobs, there are instances when I have to come up with unique solutions for highly particular situations.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without depending on the BI team, we had to synchronize data between an analytics database and our CRM.
I was able to automate the integration using scheduled processes and develop it in an afternoon using Skyvia. This provided us with more recent data for decision-making and lessened the team's manual workload.

 ### 5. Reliable No-Code Data Integration at Its Best

**Reviewed by:** Jonas K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I find Skyvia to be reliable, flexible, and user-friendly, especially when it comes to no-code data integration between our platforms. It helps us to avoid building large integration solutions and cut down on API maintenance costs. The setup was very easy, almost like plug and play.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

I have no really downsites

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Skyvia for no-code data integration between platforms, avoiding the need to build large integration solutions and reducing costs for API maintenance.

 ### 6. Effortless Integration with Outstanding Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reuben D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I love that Skyvia allows me to easily link Google Sheets to NetSuite, and it uploads data every few minutes, which is super convenient. I really like the 'set and forget' aspect, as it makes the process hassle-free. We use the integration tool, and it works perfectly for what we need. The initial setup was very easy, taking maybe an hour.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

nothing exactly... works as required

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Skyvia to link Google Sheets to NetSuite, and it uploads data every few minutes. I love the 'set and forget' aspect. It works for exactly what I bought it for.

 ### 7. Streamlined Data Integration Champion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry M. | Operations Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia offers a very intuitive no-code interface that allows us to design and manage ETL and ENT pipelines without heavy engineering involvement. The wide range of connectors, especially for Salesforce, SQS, and BigQuery, makes it easy to integrate data from multiple sources into a unified environment. Additionally, the initial setup for Skyvia was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

There's a small learning curve for advanced transfer flexibility.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia removed the complexity of managing multi-pool data streams, ensuring data consistency, and significantly reduced manual work across our analytics operations.

 ### 8. Skyvia saves us time, money, and headaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duy T. | Senior Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We've been using Skyvia since 2022 and have experienced only one brief downtime, which lasted less than an hour. The technical team responded immediately, kept us informed, and quickly resolved the issue. Skyvia offers excellent service and reliability. Their representatives, Darina and Dmitry, are a pleasure to work with—very responsive by email and easy to schedule for longer calls.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Not really a dislike, but the only improvement we'd like to see is adding their notification system to each connector. They currently offer helpful notifications to prevent exceeding subscription limits, but when issues occur, we usually notice them first at the connector level rather than the subscription level.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose Skyvia over 5 other similar services during our 1 month evaluation back in 2022. Their easy-of-use, abundance of data connectors, and flexible subscriptions make data integration stress free. A majority of their process is no-code, but they can also handle more complex integrations with their SQL setup. Their data transfer speed is excellent and we can get live views of their progress.

 ### 9. Simplifies Advanced Data Strategy with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo F. | Chief Executive Officer , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia strikes a strong balance between simplicity and advanced functionality, making complex workflows easy to manage and maintain. The setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Advanced documentation could include more examples. Existing resources are similar but could offer more variety to help users understand better.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia supports advanced data strategies without complexity and adapts to evolving data strategies, supporting long-term scalability. It strikes a balance between simplicity and functionality, making complex workflows easy to manage.

 ### 10. Super Flexible and Receptive Support, Great Reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sven R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Wasn't aware that giving 9 out of 10 leads to a 4.5 star rating. Want to give 5 stars.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Nothing to add. Nothing to add. Really nothing.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Skyvia for easy and reliable ETL, making it ideal for integrating with PowerBI Dashboards.

 ### 11. Reliable for Backups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet M. | Data and Systems Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We use Skyvia as a backup for our Hubspot CRM in Australia. We've been using it for over a year and the integration with Hubspot was easy, it is set up automatically to run each week and I could configure it to delete the oldest version so that it never fails due to running out of space. On the rare occasion that I've needed to contact support with a question they've been really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

I initially found the navigation a little tricky for certain actions, however, improvements have been made over the last year

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A backup for our Hubspot CRM and the ability to restore

 ### 12. Most straight forward tool for data integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srinath P. | Head of Engineering, Founding Team, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia has the best product interface. Its easily accessible and very straight forward to use. They also have the best service. Their support team responds very quickly and resolves any issues within days.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

No way to embed skyvia in our product.
Not sure if this is an issue with Skyvia or Oracle db, but the data insertion on oracle db seems to be very slow.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to transfer data from different tools like CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot), Invoicing (Zoho books), Ad platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIN) to our DB.

 ### 13. Easiest way to export data from BigCommerce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** IRYNA F. | Head of Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I love that Skyvia automatically moves our orders from BigCommerce to our FTP. It keeps everything up-to-date, saves our team hours of manual work, and reduces errors.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Setting up field mapping initially took some trial and error, but once it’s done, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Skyvia, getting our data out was a headache..manual, slow, and full of mistakes. Now, our teams get accurate, timely data without the hassle, saving time, cutting mistakes, and making it easy to integrate into other systems for reporting and analytics.

 ### 14. Skyvia for Quickbooks online backup

Simlicity and Ease of Use. Fair and reasonable pricing model.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

no issue whatsoever, the experience has been smooth and flawless

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to protect our Quickbooks online environment.

 ### 15. Smooth Data Integration with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan V. | System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The platform is intuitive and easy to set up, and it performs reliably for scheduled data jobs and bulk operations. The support team is responsive and genuinely helpful, making issue resolution quick and painless.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The query functionality didn’t meet our expectations, and usage limits can be restrictive during large operations. However, their support team reset our usage promptly, and we’ve been able to work around these limitations.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia helps us solve several challenges related to data integration and automation. We rely on it to connect Salesforce with other systems and to manage complex data workflows, including scheduled jobs and bulk operations like inserts, updates, and deletes. This has allowed us to streamline processes that used to require manual effort, saving time and reducing the risk of human error. One of the biggest benefits is how Skyvia ensures our data remains consistent and up to date across platforms. During a critical period when we reached our usage limit, their support team responded quickly and reset our limits, allowing operations to continue without disruption. The platform is flexible, reliable, and backed by excellent support, which makes it a great fit for our team.

 ### 16. Smooth Experience Connecting Zoho Desk to NetSuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken C. | Purchasing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We used Skyvia to integrate Zoho Desk with NetSuite, and the experience has been excellent. Skyvia connected us with a consultant who handled the integration smoothly, and the process seemed fairly straightforward for them. Everything has worked without issues, and the platform has been reliable for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

No dislike so far. Everything has been smooth.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It connected Zoho Desk with NetSuite so our customer support data and ERP system could work together seamlessly

 ### 17. Skyvia Data Integration is the best choice for scaling data within your business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** fabien r. | Director Analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

At Tennis Canada, we primarily use Skyvia to replicate databases from cloud sources into a centralized data warehouse (Google Big Query), and it has been a total game-changer for us. One of the key differentiators of Skyvia compared to its direct competitors (such Integrate.io, Stitch, and Hevo) is its ability to handle a wide range of use cases: database replication, backup, ETL, reverse ETL (pushing data back into applications), import/export, and more. This makes skyvia a one-stop solution for most of our data integration needs.

Pros:

Ease of Use: The first thing you notice is how intuitive and well-designed the user interface is is: it is so easy to create and organize integrations and pipelines, schedule and monitor jobs in just a few clicks. It has saved our data team many hours.

Comprehensive Documentation: Skyvia’s documentation is exhaustive, easy to understand and regularly updated. We’ve been able to find answers to most of our questions without needing to contact support.

Customer Support: The customer support team is fantastic. They usually respond to our inquiries within hours and never more than a day or two. They are always helpful, friendly and professional. They really want you to be satisfied with your experience.

Competitive Pricing: Skyvia's data integration is affordable and competitively priced, especially when compared to alternatives like Fivetran, Airbyte, and Talend. The pricing comparable with competitors such as Integrate.io, Hevo, and Stitch.

Scalable Solution: Even if we are not currently using all the products and features available, one of the reason we chose Skyvia is for its ability to handle multiple data integration scenarios and grow with our needs.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Cons:

Available connectors: While Skyvia already offers a wide selection of connectors, it is still not has comprehensive as more mature solutions like Talend or Fivetran who offer hundreds of connectors. That said the primary connectors we need are currently available (salesforce, shopify, Google Analytics, Big Query, etc). Additionnally, the product team is very responsive and willing to build new connectors based on our requests, which will help us scale the platform as we adopt new applications .

Limited Advanced Features and customization for Larger data teams: For larger company with highly specialized and sophisticated integration needs, Skyvia may not offer as many advanced options or enterprise-grade features as some competitors, though it seems like a perfect solution for most use cases in smaller to medium sized organization who are at the beginning of their data integration journey and don't have dedicated data engineering teams .

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Skyvia to replicate databases from cloud sources into a centralized data warehouse for Business Intelligence, Analytics and reporting.
This allows us to build 360 view reports from a variety of sources which was very challenging before.
It also boosted our analytics capabilties by having all the data centralized in a fast querying and robust enviroment (Big Query).
Finally we can cross and leverage all these data to identify strategic customer segments and export those to the appropriate applications.

 ### 18. Excellent product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugene S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia is excellent for cloud data integration! It makes managing data super easy with its simple and intuitive interface. No coding skills needed to automate backups, integrate cloud apps, or migrate data. The platform supports a ton of data sources. Plus, their competitive pricing model gives you great value without breaking the bank. Customer support is quick and helpful, making the whole experience smooth. Performance is solid and combining it with pricing makes it very attractive. Skyvia is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

There are few areas where more work can be done.
Most notably error reporting and notifications.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving data between Salesforce environment and external sources allowing us more versatility in range of solution we are able to implement

 ### 19. Easy, convenient, and worth the pricing.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel A. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Customer support is generally very responsive and helpful. The no-code setup are also pretty intuitive, especially if you have prior experience with creating data flows. Failure notifications via email also mean that you don't need to keep too close and eye on automated integrations.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Debugging problems, however simple, can sometimes be time consuming. Althpugh to be, fair, I only experienced such issues when setting up connections with external databases with IP-based access.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organisation is pretty multifaceted and thus, has data living in many different platforms that often need to be combined and pulled into our intenal analytics platform. Skyvia's extraction and replication functionalities have helped us automate these processes to a large extent.

 ### 20. Easy to use and very versatile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Have used Skyvia in a couple of projects around Salesforce. It's very easy to setup and versatile in it's capabilities. Creating a Salesforce to Salesforce setup is very straightforward and a lot more cost effective than some of it's competitors.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

There's a few nice-to-have features missing like filtering on Synchronisations or been able to view detailed info of a process as it runs (i.e. able to see what errors there are in real time without having to wait for the process to complete) but it does the job we need it for.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the two instances of using Skyvia it's mainly been to migrate data into Salesforce in an automated/scheduled situation. We have used it to migrate one instance of Salesforce into another, migrate data from a SQL database into Salesforce, and sync data from one Salesforce instance to another.

 ### 21. Rest Connection feature is woefully bad. Poor docs and no debugging tools. Bad support bot.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Customer Success team is very helpful when support requests need to be escalated.
We decided not to use the REST connection in its current state but do plan to use Salesforce and MySQL.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

AI-assisted REST connection metadata construction could help overcome the REST connection's fiddly and undocumented current state.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ETL from application vendor API to Salesforce

 ### 22. Great bang for the buck integration and backup application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark M. | VP Salesforce Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We were shopping for 2 solutions and found 1 that does it all - and saved thousands. Skyvia is now our app for integrating Postgres database in AWS and Salesforce as well as backing up Salesforce

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

It would be nice if we could use Skyvia to also backup our Salesforce metadata (code)

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to have a summarized representation of data from our core AWS platform in Salesforce to use for usage based billing, reporting, and visibility within the Salesforce based partner portal
We also needed an affordable Salesforce backup solution

 ### 23. A very powerful cloud-based data integration platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farshid A. | Data Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia provided a fast and reliable solution for extracting data from a third-party application and transferring it to our data warehouse for further analysis. The platform was easy to use and saved us significant time in our data integration process.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

There’s very little to dislike about the product — it performs consistently well and offers a clean, intuitive interface. Nothing to dislike about.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy Data Extraction.

 ### 24. User-friendly interface and easy to configure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia offers a user-friendly interface and is easy to configure. Setting up integrations between HubSpot and other platforms including SQL Server and Xero is straightforward and does not require any coding knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Changing the display name of HubSpot properties in HubSpot breaks the integration. It would be more reliable if Skyvia used the internal property names for mapping instead of the display names.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Skyvia to extract data from various systems such as HubSpot, Xero, and MySQL for data backup. It also allows us to consolidate the data in BI dashboards for comprehensive management reporting.

 ### 25. Set and forget

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrod L. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I found Skyvia when Sequin switched their business model away from my purpose (replicating Airtable to BigQuery) and so far it's been great. They have far more features than I would use but is priced better than anyone out there for data replication. On day one I set it up and haven't needed to even go back to it. It replicates hourly for me and handles all of the little details that make this particular type of replication more complicated than I desire to try and figure out.
It's been great so far and barring no huge cost changes I have no plans to change services for the foreseeable future.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Haven't found anything yet to dislike as I've had it for just under a year and has done everything I've required it to.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's replicating data from Airtable to Google BigQuery.
I use the data to detail and analayze our manufacturing and field installation processes. I also use it to track our sales department along with our shipping and receiving.

 ### 26. Great experience so far with integrating HubSpot and NetSuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Simple, low code interface that we were able to use to effectively integrate HubSpot (CRM) with NetSuite (ERP). It was at a lower cost point than other programs and offered more user friendly / drag and drop options to set up the integration.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

There is opportunity to improve the documentation and online training options for using their integration tools.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating HubSpot (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP)

 ### 27. Wonderful solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria K. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

A low entry threshold for complex and heavy processes

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Waiting on a million rows feels painfully slow

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia helps me get data for my analytical programs quickly

 ### 28. Skyvia works perfectly to connect Oracle databases and other retail systems.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Papa C. | Blockchain & DAO Specialist and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The variety of options to integrate they provide for many systems in the market. The customer service is very professional and kind. All the integrations are very simple to implement without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Nothing yet, they work very fast and efficient.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The service help me connect a large Oracle database with a website for a big retail company, showing all the available products for sale on the warehouse system, reflecting inmediately on the wesbite.

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Setting up integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, including. SQL Server and Snowflake is fast and user‑friendly, thanks to wizards and mapping editors—no coding required.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Object and record backup works great, but there’s no built‑in support for backing up Salesforce metadata

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Businesses often need to share data between Salesforce and other systems, but building custom integrations is expensive and time‑consuming. Skyvia provides prebuilt connectors with no-code visual tools for Salesforce integrations.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Hard to say, but maybe too many options and different plans

 ### 31. Excellent Data Replication – Top-Notch Support!

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We've been using Skyvia's data replication service for a while now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The service is super reliable, easy to set up, and has really streamlined our data workflows. It’s made a noticeable difference in both speed and accuracy for us.

What really stands out, though, is the support. It's not every day you get such excellent customer service, and it’s made all the difference when we’ve had questions or needed assistance.

Overall, we’re really happy with Skyvia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, hassle-free data replication solution. Big thanks to Darina for going above and beyond, she has been amazing – always quick to respond and incredibly helpful!

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Out of all the technologies we use in our infrastructure, Skyvia's has always been on the ball and we have had no issues with their service - a rarity in the IT world!

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replication of data across multiple e-Commerce platforms into one local SQL server.

 ### 32. Very easy implementation and useful for SQL users who are moving to BigCommerce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mandy F. | CIO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The ease of install, the customer support, and the similarity to traditional database programs.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Speed could be improved, and I am hoping that they are adding customer metafields.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an easy way to "see" data in Bigcommerce versus using their API.

 ### 33. Amazing software

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Customer service has been amazing which is what i look for when working with companies and the interface was very easy to use. combining those two together will always make a great company/product.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

as of right now, there isnt anything i dislike about this software.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

auto uploading lists to my other platform daily

 ### 34. Love this app for scheduling daily business-critical data sync to Salesforce.com

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Easy to use, reasonably affordably priced, great logging and monitoring. Our company used to be able to lean on free versions of middleware software to do these tasks, but needed something more reliable as we grew. Skyvia was the perfect tool. I was able to deploy it in less than a week with basically no issues, other than a few data transformations we needed to do. Thankfully those were very easy to do in Skyvia, as long as we signed up for the paid version. I have our current integrations on a schedule that runs once a day. Would prefer more frequent but the price is right for 1x per day.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Everything works great for what we need it for. Would love to be able to run our operations once an hour instead of once a day, but we can work with once a day for the price we pay.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our legacy ERP has no out-of-the-box integrations with Salesforce.com, our CRM. Skyvia keeps them in sync so sales users can see all relevant operational data.

 ### 35. Skyvia

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel A. | CEO And Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Ease of data replication and the versatility

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

A few times I’ve reached my max data because I didn’t apply the filters right.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for data analytics across platforms

 ### 36. Data integration simplified

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Importing or exporting data is mostly straight forward. Don't need to be a professional IT specialist to create integration jobs. For small companies with limited number of transactions, it's free to use. Tech support is very good.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Queue processing can take a long time. Sometimes job finish but they remain in the queue.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial transactions generated in our reservation system (invoices, payments etc) can be easily transferred into QuickBooks Online.

 ### 37. Just What We Wanted; The Support We Need

**Reviewed by:** Frank A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The team was very helpful in getting us set up, and helping us troubleshoot any issues we were creating.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The only challenge relates to the fact that world is round, and our days don't align. But that is nothing anyone can control, really.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing our QBO files with our website server.

 ### 38. Love the ease of Skyvia Replication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kateryna K. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I like that Skyvia supports all the tools used in our daily workflow. It's Zoho CRM, MySQL and PostgreSQL. We really spent less than 5 minutes for connecting each tool to Skyvia. Setting up the data transfer pipelines between tools also takes several minutes.
Another thing I appreciate is the daily data renewal under the free plan. We're find with it at the moment but might consider swithcing to paid options as the data volumes grow.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Since this tool meets all our requirements and performs flawlessly, there is no reason to dislike it.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Let me explain the workflow first. So, it's about replicating all the CRM data to PostgreSQL as the main place for storing data. It's like a backup resort for the customer-related data. Skyvia replicates all Zoho CRM to PostgreSQL with the corresponding scenario. We also have MySQL database that underlies the company's website. So with Skyvia we then import messages and respective users from PostgreSQL to MySQL. Therefore, we can use these messages as reviews and comments on the main website page and in the testimonials section.

Skyvia facilitates our customer service management. Owing to Skyvia, we can pull out the customer's impressions and comments on our products and services and post them directly on our website. No manual work, just an automated series of data manipulations.

 ### 39. Seamless Integration of Azure DevOps Boards with PostgreSQL

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olesya K. | Principal CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The best thing about Skyvia is its simplicity. It's intuitive and easy to navigate that you even don't stuck in the process. Of course, we referred to the documentation to discover nuances on the replication flow, but the setup was easy. It's cool that replicaion can be set up on a schedule. And on the first run, Skyvia created all the tables on the PosgreSQL sude.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Skyvia doesn't provide any in-app notification when the repliation interaction is completed. For us, this is important.
Of course, it's possible to track the progress and see the results in the monitoring tab, but notifications would
certainly be a great plus.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apart from backup and recovery purposes, the replication between ADO and Postgre solves some other problems. First of all, we use the information from PostgreSQL table to make reports for our executives. Another great thing as that we can go back to the past projects archived on PostgreSQL and make some investigation if needed.

 ### 40. Great HubSpot-BigQuery connector

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vlad D. | Vice President of Performance Improvement and Analytics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia is a great connector. I crossed-shopped them with Windsor.AI and Weld.app, and Skyvia has the best price-functionality ratio. I use it to export our HubSpot data to BigQuery with a daily replication schedule. It was easy to set up, and customer support has been super helpful. I’m not a professional data scientist, so I needed some hand-holding connecting it to our BigQuery account.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

I haven't experienced any major issues with Skyvia.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us export our CRM data from HubSpot into a data warehouse from where we load it into Tableau for visualization.

 ### 41. Great for moving data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Data Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I love using skyvia's incremental update feature to move data from SFDC and many other sources into Google Bigquery. Skyvia can connect to most things including on prem data sources using their secure agents. The incremental updates let me keep data in sync with our data warehouse effectivly live with the sync happening every 5 minutes. Customer suppot is also killer and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

The outreach integration has an issue when syncing very large datasets.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping databases in sync with data warehouse

 ### 42. Good backup solution for Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Inna S. | Marketing Rockstar, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

We already knew that we wanted a solution for making regular backups of our SF data, but we didn't have any specific criteria for that. Just wanted it to be simple in use and economic in price. We're excited about Skyvia becuase it's clear, the backup is done in 4 steps all in visual form. An additional surprise was the automation of backups, so just one-time setup was needed. Now it's done regularly on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

"After several weeks of using Skyvia Backup we figured it our that our oldest backups were deleted. The reason was that
there was not enough space for newer backups so the oldest got removed. And we didn't get any notifications about
the lack of space. If anyone has the same thing, go to notification setting in your account and turn on notifications there. "

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia solves the problem of potential data loss. I think it's a must have to use a platform for backing up company data as no one is safe from accidental data deletion or system failures.

 ### 43. Powerful data platform - easy to use and implement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julien L. | Spécialiste automatisation et CRM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

It's a great tool to help you manage your data across different SAAS (CRM, Cloud accounting, ERP, etc) for differents usages : backup, migrate and integration.

I like it's flexibility and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Some apps are not already available for the backup functionnalities.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It give me the opportunity to migrate and backup my data accross my multiples SAAS.

 ### 44. Smooth Data Import between NetSuite and HubSpot with Skyvia

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasiia S. | Digital Marketing Manager, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia handles complex data mappings and transformations between NetSuite and HubSpot. We love how quickly we can set up and run data imports.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

It would be great to have more templates or detailed guides to streamline initial setups.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia helps bridge the data gap between our ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (HubSpot) systems, eliminating manual data entry and the risk of errors.

 ### 45. Highly impressed with Skyvia

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

I'm highly impressed with Skyvia's extensive range of functionalities and its user-friendly interface. We're leveraging Skyvia for database integration with Salesforce, and it delivers on every promise, performing at its full potential.

The platform effectively handles various data integration use cases and serves as a reliable bridge between multiple database engines and applications. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Nothing... We really like the product and We're supper happy!

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data integration with Saleforce.

 ### 46. A cool tool for data export from Google Sheets to Amazon S3

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia appears very efficient in transferring data from Google Sheets to Amazon S3. Its interface is understandable, so it's rather easu to set up and manage data flows. Its ability to schedule data exports and automate workflows is a huge plus. Owing to Skyvia we know that the data on Amazon S3 is always up-to-date without frequent manual interventions.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

Let's be honest that Skyvia lacks some advanced features within the platform. Loading data in real time is something important, and we'd like to see it there. I know that's complex, but real-time integration could be great to have.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia helped solve our data silo issues. Before, our data was scattered across various platforms, making it difficult to consolidate, analyze, and extract value. Skyvia has streamlined our data management processes by facilitating Google Sheets data export to Amazon S3.

 ### 47. A lifesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bohdan I. | CMO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia’s user-friendly interface makes it super easy to set up data replication. Just drag and drop, and you’re good to go. It also seamlessly connects with services we need like QuickBooks, and Google BigQuery.

Our database is always up-to-date

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

While Skyvia is great for straightforward data replication, some advanced customization options might be a bit limited.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia simplifies the integration process, ensures data is always ready-to-go and helps eliminate data silos so our teams have time to focus on more strategic tasks.

 ### 48. Adaptive, Simple Solution for Complex problems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zander K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

The team is focused on growth and expanding the applicable area of their tool. They have wonderfully responsive support and at its core, the tool is very easy to train on. Our company has a varied user base and to train them on a tool with complex functions has always been a challenge.

Implementing Skyvia? It took me 15 minutes and I was immediately able to start shipping deliverables. That time includes our first integration with Salesforce. I use this tool every day for scheduled jobs and ad hoc jobs, moving data around from one place to another, and each feature is as easy to use as the last.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

I've yet to find anything about Skyvia that I dislike.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skyvia is allowing me to schedule data drops to our various partners in their requested folders/drives, without asking them to access another system.

This saves significant time, allows them to respond faster to changes in data, and saves us money in time to train them on our core system and setup.

 ### 49. Looking for an automated approach for safeguarding data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick D. | Engineering Test Technican, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia offers full-featured backup solutions and a user friendly interface. While searching around I tried several other platforms to find the perfect fit for our company. Skyvia was the clear winner. Their platform integrated smoothly with our ActiveCampaign Sales CRM platform and scheduled backup automatons ran on cue.

Restoring relational data can be tricky - frustrating and time consuming. For piece of mind I performed a 'test' restoration to our connected CRM. The test consisted of selected contact records with associated deal (purchase) records. The restoration from backup was flawless and took less than 5 minutes using Skyvia Snapshot. Picking a favorite feature - piece of mind.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

There really is no downsides for us. It met all of our requirements.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy Integration into existing platform.

 ### 50. A convenient tool for data replication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liza P. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Skyvia?**

Skyvia was our best choice for data replication as we were looking for easy-to-use interface along with powerful functionality. Since Skyvia offers secure integration with detailed monitoring and data transformation capabilities, it was a win-win for us.

**What do you dislike about Skyvia?**

While Skyvia is a user-friendly tool for data replication, its documentation sometimes may not cover all the specific use cases. However, the operations with data are mostly smooth.

**What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main challenge we faced was disparced data in HubSpot and Monday, which made it hard to analyze together. Skyvia allowed us to integrate data from both platforms into Google BigQuery, providing a unified view. It also automated the replication process, meaning no more manual repetitive work to keep data up-to-date. For that, we use scheduled updates.
