"Effortless Data Integration, Some Configuration Hurdles"
5/5
What do you like best about Skyvia?

I use Skyvia to integrate and sync data between our internal systems, CRM, and database, effectively supporting our staffing and marketplace operations. I appreciate how it eliminates manual data transfers and maintains data consistency across platforms, which is crucial for managing large volumes of gig workers and job listings. The automation feature and the ease of connecting multiple data sources stand out to me. It saves time, reduces errors in our workflows, and ensures operations run smoothly without requiring manual input. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, although optimizing workflows took some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

Some advanced configurations can be a bit complex, and more intuitive guidance would help. More guided setup for advanced integrations, clearer error messages, and simpler workflow configuration would make it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the consistency and reliability of Skyvia when it comes to scheduled jobs. Once processes are set up correctly, they run smoothly over time without needing attention. The setup was smooth and intuitive, making it easy to get everything running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

I wish there was more proactive alerting in Skyvia, especially for edge case failures. It would help us catch issues earlier and respond more quickly when unexpected things happen. Improved notifications would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solid integration platform for day-to-day data workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Skyvia?

What I like most about Skyvia is how practical it is for real integration work. We use it to move and sync data across systems without having to build and maintain custom pipelines from scratch. It gives enough flexibility around mappings, filters, and schedules, while still being approachable for a small technical team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

The platform has a lot of functionality, so the interface can feel a bit dense at first. It takes some time to understand which tool or approach is best for a specific use case, especially if you’re new to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Scheduled ETL for Accurate, On-Time Financial Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Skyvia?

We use skyvia for scheduled ETL jobs that support our financial and operational reporting. Data is loaded from SQL server into our reporting environment on a regular schedule, and the process has been consistent over time. This reliability is specially important during monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, when timing and data accuracy really matter. Once the job are configured, they run as expected and don’t require much manual oversight, which helps keep reporting processes on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

For more advance reporting related setups, especially when additional validation or transformations are needed, it would be helpful to have more practical, finance oriented examples in the documentation. This would make it easier to fine tune setups for less common scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

When I set up my connection to NetSuite I had to connect each data table into my Integration, there are hundreds. It would be great to have a "select all" feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Backup Management with Strong Recovery Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Skyvia?

The biggest advantage for us has been how straightforward it is to manage backups without involving heavy engineering work. Setup was relatively smooth, and once configured, everything runs automatically. We also appreciate the ability to access historical snapshots and export data when needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

Skyvia excels at consolidating marketing data from multiple platforms into one centralized system. The automation features save us hours of manual work, and the scheduling ensures data pipelines run consistently without supervision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

Real-time syncing capabilities could be improved, as there can be slight delays depending on schedules. Also, debugging failed jobs isn’t always intuitive, and clearer notifications would help resolve issues faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great tool that works in the workplace"
5/5
What do you like best about Skyvia?

For me it’s the incremental updates. We have quite a few Salesforce objects and there’s no reason to reload everything every time. Once we got the sync set up, there really wasn’t much to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

Honestly, nothing. Skyvia met all my needs, and I didn't encounter any deal-breakers. Anything minor was easily manageable and didn't affect the overall experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s simple and I don’t need a whole integration workflow just to update a few thousand records from a file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skyvia?

a little more guidance around file issues would be nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
