When I encountered issues in the lab environments, the support from the application support team was amazing. The team was aware of common issues, showed empathy when there was delay in support, and had them resolved eventually. The desktop environment was great, and didn't have any noticable stuttering. I only used Skillable for 7 hours implementing microsoft 365 solutions; although it was nice having a different desktop, it wasn't nessecary. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** From what I saw, our lab group had many issues from the start. Things like user account details not being populated was common, but I don't know if that was an issue with the instructor's setup or Skillable. I didn't like how the user login details wasn't shown in the lab instructions for the first time, and took me a while to find the computer account details. Having a quick tutorial at the start of the labs would make the interface easier to understand. There were also some spelling mistakes throughout the lab. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding the implementation of solutions helps me ask relevant questions to myself; completing these labs prompt me to seek the answers on why I'm implementing these things. Skillable presented information in an easy-to-read format alongside the desktop environment, which is very similar to the VMware HOL environments.
