But every time I am required to use it is awful. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** Things start incredibly slowly. Taking minutes to load a single lesson. Everything is simulated, whether or not I gain anything by it being simulated. Accomplishing tasks does not automatically check off things so you're left constantly leaving the lesson to manually check boxes and keep up with where you're at, breaking flow and concentration. Evaluate Questions can take a stupid amount of time to verify as well. And that's when the labs are working. So many times the labs have bugged out completely and left me unable to complete them. This is an incredibly frustrating experience to deal with. This mismatch forces me to exit the training to figure out how to proceed, disrupting my learning process. It's clear the lab manuals need updating to ensure they reflect the actual lab setup correctly. This issue persists even after opening multiple support tickets which always result in the same ineffective solution. The user interface is very bad and difficult to navigate, and I struggle to find any useful features in the platform. Overall, I find the platform so problematic that I would never consider purchasing it and would suggest changing the whole platform if given the chance. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** NOTHING ZERO ### 4. Tried to reach support and it just throws an error. Couldn't find any related info in the help pages. Login in gave me a lot of issues and there were many auto reloads of the same page. This system is straight trash. I do not recommend anyone give this program the time of day. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** The program is full of bugs. No lab will let you complete the assignment. At some point, you need a user password that is not provided, and the Resources tab provides no resources, only a Reconnect CentOS button. When the button is clicked, it sets your lab CLI blank and crashes the lab. I have tried several labs, only one worked, and that was the simple intro. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skillable is solving nothing, if the labs worked they would be good and useful. Your post brings me right back to balancing chemical equations and feeling like it was a foreign language. After beating myself up, I went and asked another science teacher if he could explain things a different way. I encourage you to reach out to your professor and ask the questions you have. I'm not sure which CompTIA lab you're taking, but my hunch is that it's designed to help you practice and apply what you've learned in class. That will be difficult until you have a core understanding of the subject matter. Keep trying - you are going to get through this and then if this isn't your vocation, you never have to do it again! :) That's the beauty of a semester. It's finite and gives you the opportunity to see where you shine as well as where you'd rather not spend time. BTW - Skillable is the company that hosts the lab you're taking with CompTIA. There is likely a help button on the Resources tab of your lab that will connect you with people who can help, in addition to your Instructor. ### 11. Their courses don't seem to work. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** Directions on M365 courses don't match the screen when signing on the the M365 admin center.
