We can put exercise files and the software on a virtual machine and have all the students log in with their individual Id's so they can get a hands on experience with the software. Adults learn better if they can follow a book, hear the instructor and practice hands on training. The success rate is far better for individuals who can do all three of the above learning methods. Skillable provides that type of atmospherre. We as instructors can also monitor the students computers and give assistance when necessary. I believe that type of training environment builds confdence in the students taking that class and also make the instructors job much easier. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** I would like to see a button or link on the page with the participants or in the chat area to monitor the students computers without having to go back to the dashboard. That would be very helpful. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I teach computer software classes on line and have used skillable for the past few years with great success. Students are able to log in and use the software and applications with ease. I also love the idea that I can take a refresher course with the skillable online classes whenever I want and have time to do it. ### 2. The initial setup was very easy to redeem with the key. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** I find the lab customization flexibility in Skillable could be improved. There's a need for a visual lab designer with a drag and drop interface to design lab flows without heavy scripting. Troubleshooting visibility is another area that could use enhancement. We have had problems because some labs have expired on us. There are times when we can do the labs quickly and other times we can't, because we have work and because our time is occupied with other things. I would indeed extend the possibility for those labs to be usable for a longer period. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Skillable to stay up to date with the latest in artificial intelligence and Microsoft technologies. When launching simulations, latency is seen and that can improved. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was solving the Cyber Security Problems by learning from the skillable application.
