What do you like best about SimplyDepo?

Before using simplydepo, every department had its own tool or spreadsheet — sales used Google Sheets, merchandising had separate reports, and route planning was done manually. It was impossible to see the full picture or get real-time visibility into what was happening in the field.

Now, everything is in one place. We can view orders, client accounts, new prospects, field routes, and merchandising data on a single dashboard. Our sales reps use the mobile appdaily to capture orders, check promotions, and upload in-store photos, while managers instantly see the results in the web app. It’s incredibly easy toidentify which clients need attention or where we’re losing efficiency.

The transparency is what I value most. Every rep’s day is visible — which stores they visited, which ones they skipped, what feedback they collected. It’s eliminated so many blind spots in our operations. Even our finance and logistics teams now have access to real-time order data, which improved coordination across the company. What do you dislike about SimplyDepo?

What do you like best about SimplyDepo?

SimplyDepo has completely changed how our field sales team works. Before using it, everything was manual — reps took orders on paper or in spreadsheets, then had to return to the office to re-enter them into the system. It created delays, mistakes, and a lot of wasted time.

Now, our reps manage the entire order process directly from their mobile devices. They can create orders in real time, apply client-specific discounts, check product availability, and even print or email invoices right on-site. It’s fast, accurate, and professional — clients really notice the difference.

I also love that we can track all activities in real time. As soon as an order is placed or modified, our office team sees it immediately. What do you like best about SimplyDepo?

It was so easy to integrate with our Shopify shop! It automatically pulls our B2B orders in from the field to our online channel, where we utilize it for smaller boutique accounts. There are a lot of features on offer, but not so many that it feels intimidating to use in catalog management and track planning it does the business. For the most part they were easy to implement, but our complicated customer specific pricing from our old system took a few back and forths for them to connect. I used to spend days reconciling wholesale orders that came in through email and phone calls. Customers would send incomplete information, and our sales reps often had to chase them down. With SimplyDepo’s customer portal, buyers can simply reorder from their past purchases with one click. That small change has reduced back-and-forth communication dramatically. On the finance side, QuickBooks integration makes reconciliation straightforward. I now spend minutes instead of hours on monthly closing.
