
Before using simplydepo, every department had its own tool or spreadsheet — sales used Google Sheets, merchandising had separate reports, and route planning was done manually. It was impossible to see the full picture or get real-time visibility into what was happening in the field.
Now, everything is in one place. We can view orders, client accounts, new prospects, field routes, and merchandising data on a single dashboard. Our sales reps use the mobile appdaily to capture orders, check promotions, and upload in-store photos, while managers instantly see the results in the web app. It’s incredibly easy toidentify which clients need attention or where we’re losing efficiency.
The transparency is what I value most. Every rep’s day is visible — which stores they visited, which ones they skipped, what feedback they collected. It’s eliminated so many blind spots in our operations. Even our finance and logistics teams now have access to real-time order data, which improved coordination across the company.
