**What do you like best about Simployer?**

I really like the UI/UX. It’s easy to use, and it keeps evolving over time. It’s not 100% perfect yet, but the team at Simployer listens to feedback and gets most issues fixed quickly. The integrations work as well. We had some issues the first time we set them up, but after a meeting it looks like those problems have been solved.

Pricing is okay and competitive.

**What do you dislike about Simployer?**

I would like the option to customize the dashboard individually — both for HR, managers, and personal use. I believe I may have seen that this is something that might be coming(?)

When I download files from Simployer, they are given completely different file names. The files should retain the same name as shown in Simployer.

Calendar sync (absence/home office): Can this be connected to the personal calendar, so that absence/home office is also visible when checking colleagues’ availability? At our company, some have connected the Simployer calendar, but this appears as a separate calendar and does not mark me as unavailable to others. I am attaching an image in the hope that this explains it more clearly.

This is how the person appears when checking in the “Scheduling Assistant.” The Simployer vacation day on December 22 is not shown (he had also manually added Christmas vacation in his standard calendar).

**What do you like best about Simployer?**

Very strong compliance & policy support – especially great in a Scandinavian/European context. The templates, guidelines, and legal updates save a ton of time and reduce risk.

Clear structure – everything (handbooks, policies, HR processes) lives in one logical place, which makes it easy both for HR and employees.

Employee self-service – employees can find answers themselves instead of pinging HR for every small thing.

Scales well – it works just as well for a growing company as for a more mature organization.

Feels “HR-first” – it’s designed around real HR workflows, not just as a generic admin system.

**What do you dislike about Simployer?**

I haven't found any minuses in Alexis HR.

**What problems is Simployer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simployer solves the problem of scattered HR processes, manual onboarding, and keeping up with compliance by centralizing documentation, workflows, and legal guidance in one system. This benefits me by saving time, reducing errors and compliance risk, and allowing employees to self-serve instead of relying on HR for everyday questions.

**What do you like best about Simployer?**

The slider controls and overall presentation are attractive, and everything feels simple and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Simployer?**

Some of the translations are poor, especially in the Engagement Model. It also feels like additional languages or AI-based translations are missing. Customer Service responses are not as timely as expected, and the overall quality hasn’t met my expectations either.

**What problems is Simployer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we relied on an external provider, which was more expensive and meant we often had to wait a long time for the reports. Now the reports are available immediately, so we can take action straight away. I also appreciate that there are plenty of examples showing which measures might help address specific issues. We were also able to link it to the employee data in SuccessFactors EC, which is a great help when analyzing data at departmental, divisional and country level.

**What do you like best about Simployer?**

UX friendly app and a customizable way to collect feedback from your crew.

**What do you dislike about Simployer?**

We have been a customer of Simployer for many years but recently had a very poor experience when trying to terminate our agreement.

When we, as a long-term customer, wanted to end our subscription, we were referred to vague standard terms on their website, with little to no understanding shown for our situation.

There was no willingness to find a solution, and the communication was rigid and impersonal. I expected far more from a company that claims to value customer relationships.

My recommendation to current and potential customers: make sure all terms are clearly stated in the contract you sign, and be prepared for very limited flexibility if you ever decide to cancel.

**What problems is Simployer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to increase engagement with Simployer (&Frankly app), but had a hard time maintaining a high engagement which led to not adding any value for the company.

The constant expansion of their products, the events they organize and the webinars / trainings they offer. Its really a full package you got once you start to partner with them.

**What do you dislike about Simployer?**

Not much... perhaps the absence of masterclass on how to use the tool to get use of all of the functionalities ?

**What problems is Simployer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time the admin part is consuming is crazy when you work in HR. Simployer is (as its brand name suggest) makes the hr admin "simpler". Moreover, it offers many channels for the management to know how their team is doing.

**What do you like best about Simployer?**

I like the 'playfulness' of the survey functionality in terms of colors and icons. It's nice to you can also use the app to answer questions. Im happy with the support we receive from Simployer. The system is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Simployer?**

I'd appreciate more analysis functionality to be able to slice and dice more on the results. It would also be really useful to be able to analyse correlations between the answers of different questions. Also the access packages are quite rigid, meaning that you cannot give employees partial acccess to specific teams. They either get full admin access, or only their own user access.

Very easy for me as an administrator to administer in &Frankly. Easy for employees to answer the questions. A big advantage is that you can also download the app to your mobile phone so you don't have to turn on your computer if you are out in the field.

I have nothing to complain about, I am very happy with &Frankly

I can only answer regarding &Frankly and the personell handbook and it very easy to use. &Frankly already has questions in the system that you can choose from, but you can also make your own questions, which means you can make survey questions about, for example, conferences (which have nothing to do with the work environment).

It's really easy to use. Good interface, good UX. Nice to be able to download reports in different formats and with backgrounds that makes it easier to create an own presentation. I like being able to compare teams (Available in old interface, not new yet).

**What do you dislike about Simployer?**

We have really good scores so maybe Im not recieveing a clear "this is what you can do next" after results are done. But it would be cool to have maybe an AI function give highlights, a recap and possible actions. Both on what to do with the results, but also on what to present to the team.

Also looking forward to &Frankly being integrated with Alexis!

Getting cler results and measuring over time how employees feel about the company in general, the culture, goals and direction, recognition etc.

Have all data at one place
Easy of implementation and great customer support.  easy to integration with other systems as Visma Payroll. Several users. Easy to use . we use simployer everyday. First program I open when i start working .

I can not think of any. But, maybe a lot of Click ? But that is in every systems these days .

Our employees register their working hours, the selves,   They register when they start working and when they go home. That way we know how is at work at all time.  The empoyee do also register their  absence, and the super visors approve.
I can print repofts of the informations I need.

Develop more functions an AI. For example: A function for exit data survey. To send out survey to collect data in offboarding process trigged by termination date.

One software can be used for various HR-related tasks. Many automated processes help to remember annual tasks and allocate them to colleagues (onboarding, offboarding, Year Plan tasks). Handbooks are easy to use and Simployer's service on keeping on top of the legal changes is appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Simployer?**

Deviation module is aged and little flexible. Reporting and printing are not user friendly.

Good overview of staff (master data), vacation, sick leave. Ease of editing handbooks. Automated notifications of recurring tasks and documentation of them.

All you need is a phone, the tool is user friendly and it just takes a matter of minutes to answer our short and pulsed surveys. From a manager point of view you'll have a clear overview of your team results, and good support from the library when working with your numbers.

It's not a problem but with &frankly we have the possibility to frequently ask questions and have a continues a dialogue with all our people regarding key areas for our company and all of us in it. &frankly gives us the opportunity to hear everyone's voice and we can follow how (and if) our actions make a difference.

I appreciate that it is easy to use. It is a simple and fun way to create engagement and follow up on various issues within the organization. The fact that there is so much ready-made material in the Question Library is also a plus.

Now all pulses are closed on Sundays, it would have been good if one could also control the closing day oneself. Not just the start day for the pulse.

It helps us continuously monitor and measure various issues. We can quickly identify what is troubling and drive improvement, and it also creates increased dialogue and engagement within the organization.

I would like it to be more deepgoing in questions that we want to know more of.
We have got information from our staff that it would be great if one could see previous answers on the same questions to compare or just for remember.

I appreciate that the questions in the engagement model are based on research and that it is easy to compare internal and external benchmarks!

It is not the most user-friendly system, which means that HR has to spend a lot of time coaching managers on the system itself.

We really appreciate that the engagement model are based on research, so that we can be sure that we are measuring the rigtht areas (instead of building our own surveys).

This has been an amazing and smooth tool to check the pulse of our employees and among different teams.
Its very easy to integrate and setup, and usefriendly to use. The scustomer support has been helpful and made it easy to get started.

Nothing really. Sometines its not responding as well in desktop as in smartphone.
