One software can be used for various HR-related tasks. Many automated processes help to remember annual tasks and allocate them to colleagues (onboarding, offboarding, Year Plan tasks). We are a small business and like systems that are user friendly and at the same time fulfills the requirements we have for follow-ups without being to complicated. &frankly helps us to continously collect important feedback that helps our managers grow as leaders and us as a company to become better employer. All you need is a phone, the tool is user friendly and it just takes a matter of minutes to answer our short and pulsed surveys.
