Some prebuilt integrations requires use of vendors who have an agreement with Shape and not your business. Was charged an outrageous cancellation fee when moving to a different platform.

Do not use if you are hoping to retain your customer experience internally as a company. Shape will control several aspects of your users experience without the ability to control them as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
